Tomoko Iida vs. Spider Kikuchi - Ready or Not

Tomoko was brought down by her opponent, and was trying to recover when Spider went for another attack, this time targeting her knee. She was unable to move away, and as a result, she took a strike to her knee, causing her to cry out in pain, throwing her head back.

"UWAGHH!!!"

The attack would surely leave Tomoko immobilized for a while, and as she remained on the mat, she became an easy target for Spider to work on, and at the moment, she would not be able to stop whatever nefarious plan that Spider had on her next.

With that scream of pain, it was all too easy for Spider to slip back into a controlling role, assume her natural position as the dominating force in this match - far, far too easy. As much as it truly pained her to admit, this Tomoko was a competent wrestler. While she had every intention of making an example out of her, it was becoming clear how much she’d have to work for the privilege.

So be it.

Her opponent was in retreat, full retreat, but that wasn’t about to happen if Spider could help it - and she could. Leaping forward, she dropped down on Tomoko’s aching legs and wrapped her body around it, clinging to it like her namesake. With her arm around the ankle and her legs clamped on the thighs, she began to pull the leg in the direction it was never designed to get, applying a vicious kneebar, pouring on all the pressure she could muster.

Tomoko was on the mat, immobilized thanks to the attack to her knee. She moaned in pain as she focused on her recovery, but it seemed that Spider wasn't about to let her recover as she began to set up for some kind of hold, and Tomoko's eyes widened in horror as her opponent began to clamp onto her legs, putting her into a kneebar, causing intense pain around the affected areas.

"GWAAHHH!!!!" Tomoko cried out in pain as she frantically tried to drag herself closer to the ropes with her arms. Tears started to gather in her eyes as she struggled to move herself closer to the ropes, hoping to at least reach it with her fingertips. But at the moment, things seemed dire for the former idol as the other wrestler got her completely trapped in her hold.

Spider had to give credit where credit was due - Tomiko could scream. Really, it was one of the better screams she’d ever heard. Some women had that shrill scream, loud enough to hurt Spider’s eardrums, which made her want to crush them even more, which made her go even harder, which made them scream louder - nasty feedback loop.

Tomoko had no such problems. Not too loud, but not to soft, either, with the right amount of bass in her voice. It was almost soothing. She could’ve recorded it and used it to go to sleep every night, she was sure.

More importantly, it was a good sign that her efforts to work on the leg could and would bear fruit with this woman, as she made a desperate crawl for the ropes. ”Come on, Tomoko!” She laughed and spat at her opponent. ”You can do it! I believe in you!”

And Tomoko did do it, to be fair, getting the ropes after a hard struggle. That didn’t gain her instant freedom, though, as Spider milked the hold all the way up the four count, giving her opponent one, final jolt in the knee before she rolled off and popped to her feet.

Hands on her hips, she took a step back and leaned over, eager to see Tomoko try and stand up after that torture. It was always nice to see how her work was progressing. Really get a feel for it.

Tomoko struggled to crawl towards the ropes, hoping to get herself the freedom that she desperately needed, but even after reaching the ropes, Spider didn't immediately release her from the hold as she kept holding onto her way up to the four count. "AAGHHH!!!" Tomoko cried out in pain as Spider gave her knee one last jolt before she was released, leaving her a trembling wreck at the ropes.

"Uuuuhhhh... auhhh..." Tomoko moaned in pain, the pain on her leg made it hard for her to move. She struggled to pull herself up, but things seemed difficult for her to regain her bearing. The hold itself seemed to have dealt quite a damage on her, which was something Spider would take advantage of after this. "Hnnghh..." Tomoko had to use the ropes to keep herself up. It was hard to keep herself standing now that her knee was throbbing, but she couldn't keep herself there forever because she still needed to bring the fight back to her vicious opponent.

Spider ran a hand through her hair, letting her lustrous locks flow free, and enjoyed a pleased sighed at the sight before her. There was nothing quite like the feeling of dominating a match, and she was starting to get that feeling here with Tomoko, like things were finally going at a comfortable pace. It was just a matter of holding it, and she had all the confidence in her ability to do just that.

If the look in Tomoko’s eyes was anything to go by, she knew it, too. That knee was going to be a constant problem, and there were so many ways to make it worse.

Grinning from ear to ear, Spider lowered her stance as she came in, arms open, closing the distance. When she close enough, she lunged out and tried to grab Tomoko by the arm, attempting to pull her in and send her running with an Irish Whip towards the corner. A simple move, but it didn’t need to be too complicated - all she wanted to do was force Tomoko to use that leg in ways she clearly didn’t want to, exacerbating the damage.

Tomoko winced as she tried to stand on her own feet. The pain on one of her feet made it difficult for her to maintain her balance, and she knew that this would spell trouble for her in this match. As she struggled to recover, Spider made her way towards her, and before she could do anything, she was grabbed by her arm before she was sent towards the corner with an Irish whip.

"Hnghhhh!!!"

Tomoko still felt the pain on her knee as she was forcefully sent running towards the corner, and when her back hit the turnbuckle, she had no choice but to remain there. She couldn't move away from there as she would try to take this opportunity to recover, draping her arms over the top ropes, hoping that she could lessen the pain before Spider could do her next move.

Keep her moving. Keep her active. Keep her hurting.

Spider was starting to see the winning strategy here quite clearly, and it was one that revolved around forcing Tomoko to move at her own pace, not allowing her to get a move in edgewise. It was a plan that carried her all the way into the corner, and let half a dozen ideas off in Spider’s darkened mind. She had a few nasty thoughts…

Tomoko needed to be properly pliant, however, and to that end, Spider broke into a run and dashed towards her prone foe, coming at the corner with quick strides. When she was close enough, she leaped up, swung her elbow forward, and attempted to hit Tomoko clean in the eye with her blow, hoping it would have enough force to lay her out.

Tomoko was at the corner, trying her best to get her mind back in order, but as she was at the turnbuckle, she saw Spider coming towards her, and before she knew it, she was hit right in her eye.

"AAAAGGHHHHH!!!!"

The pain was simply too much that her entire body reacted to it. She brought her hands onto her eye where she was hit. The hit would surely leave a nasty bruise, and it was enough to leave her a trembling wreck at the corner, unable to do anything, leaving herself a helpless prey for Spider to feast on.

Oh, that was a good scream. One of the best that Spider had ever heard. Tomiko had just the right amount of tenor in it, enough to tickle her ears without being too load, not making her ears ring. And from the sound of things, she had good reason to - that strike landed clean. Could not have asked for better.

It left her get free and brought her opponent down, giving her a golden opportunity that she didn’t dare waste. So many opportunities, so many ways to truly make this sting. She had a plethora of submission holds, but she wanted to give her opponent something special. Something to remember her by. Had to be more complicated than a Boston Crab or a camel clutch.

...oh, she had it. Just the right move.

First, she needed to get her opponent in the right position, though, away from the corner.  With that in mind, she gave her opponent a couple of quick kicks in the sternum to keep her pliant, then reached down and grabbed her by the ankles, pulling her out of the corner and dragging her towards the center of the ring, giggling all the way. ”Guess what comes next?”
