Quintyn "Quin" Marsune vs Tommi Sinclair - Double Debut

"Uno, Dos, Tres, Cuatro, Cinco..." Counting in his head, a new face was seen doing a couple of pushups just in gorilla position, taking deep breaths, chest to the floor, back straight, the usual stuff. Its something he does when he is nervous, something to clear his mind. And honestly, he needed to. He had gotten news that he would be debuting, not long after he had signed the papers. It was all such a blur, with how things are moving. Part of him feels he is prepared, though the other part knew that this is AFW. A league that pales in comparison to where he had fought. The vast audience that would be there watching. He tried his best not to let that weight crush him. Not on his debut.

"Seis, Siete, Ocho..." It was a struggle, but this wouldn't be his first rodeo as he has been fighting for most of his life. There was a reason why he had gotten a debut that quickly. And this was his chance to show that it wouldn't be a mistake.

"Nueve-"
"Mr Quintyn Marsune? You're up." Those words soon take him back to reality as he was mid into his last pushup. Giving a nod, before he would complete what he has started. "Diez! Alright, Vamos!"

The electronic music of Daft Punk soon blasted the speakers as Quintin stepped into the arena, the new face appearing in the ramp. Wearing a grin on his face as he looked around the arena. The excitement was felt as he jogged his way to the ring. Removing his shirt, which had the logo of the dojo he belongs to, revealing the toned and youthful frame that he possesses, pumping his fist into the air. Sliding from underneath, Quin soon got to his feet, looking around. So this is what it feels like to be in Tension.

Quintyn made his way to his corner, surprisingly giving a bow to the ref as he does. Where he came from, it was important to have manners. Bouncing on the balls of his feet, not exactly dressed like a wrestler, with his tight yellow and black, MMA compression shorts, black shin & instep guards and gloves. Rolling his neck, he already has butterflies in his stomach. Probably was stage fright. But maybe it would get better once the action was underway.

Tommi Sinclair:

Tommi was very nervous for tonight. Despite being a secretary, she was being forced into a match by her employer, Ashley. "You should have some fun!" she said. "Wrestle with some guys, you'll love it!" she said. Sure Tommi had been taught how to wrestle by Ashley, but the young woman was far too shy to be in front of so many people right off the bat! It wasn't really up to her, though, so she'd have to face the opponent that was chosen for her.

But as much as she hated this, the brunette was eager to beat up a guy. Tommi had always been watching as the Red Nation punished the opposite sex. And tonight she'd get do some punishing of her own! So after putting on her red one piece and hachimaki, Tommi would put on her black wrestling shoes before heading out to make her appearance.

The song Red Nation would play as the young woman walked through the entrance. She was very nervous, but managed to make her way down the ramp without tripping and making a full of herself. With the crowd cheering wildly, Tommi would roll under the ropes and get in the ring. She'd have to fix her attire, though, since it was riding up on her. Tommi blushed as she pulled at the bottom of her one piece, and then walk over to her corner without looking at Quentyn. Soon, she'd peak at her opponent and become quickly anxious.

He looked tough! And really well built too. The woman knew she needed to calm her nerves, sadly it wasn't going to be easy. In the end, Tommi would hand her glasses to the ref girl before balling her fists. She needed to take this guy down, and as soon as the bell rang, she'd charge forward to do so!

A few quick stretches here and there, Quin stood there waiting for his opponent tonight. Somewhere in the back of his head, he expected that the higher ups would throw him into the deep end and seeing if he could sink or swim. Who knows? Maybe he might do well in his first bout.

Soon, his opponent came out and she's....not bad at all. He had heard that Tension has been home to some hulking monsters so seeing Tommi was a relief in a way. The glasses were a nice touch. Quintyn wasn't going to look down on her, just based on appearances. Not that he would anyways. He wasn't big as most guys but even he could surprise most. He could expect this girl to be the same.

As she got into the ring, Quin came forward with a friendly smile. Showing respect to the red clad woman as she gave the ref her glasses. "Hey there, since we're both debuting, let's give the audience a good show." He greeted as he offered a handshake. But it seems Tommi wanted to get straight into business as she balled her fists and charged straight at him as soon as the bell rang!

Out of instinct, Quintin ducked and shot low, pushing off the balls off his feet as he attempted to dash in and wrap his arms around her legs, going for a takedown. It was perhaps his go to move to start things off and something simple.

Tommi felt a bit bad about ignoring her opponent's handshake. She was just too nervous, and she panicked when deciding to either take a shot, or be respectful. It looked like she chose wrong, though, as Quintyn suddenly ducked heretic and went for her legs. Tommi would let out a sudden yelp as the man took out her legs, which caused her to land hard on her back.

"Aaack! Oh no! Get off!" the young woman yelped out as she was knocked down. Not wanting to get caught so early in the match, though, Tommi would try to place both feet against her opponent's chest before shooting out her legs to send him flying backwards. It wouldn't hurt that bad, but if successful, it would make some space for her to hopefully stand back up on her feet. Tommi could already tell that Quityn had more experience than her, so if she wanted to win tonight, the secretary would need to be clever. She'd also need to be crafty and a little cheap if possible!

It was mostly instinct that kicked in when he decided to tackle her to the ground. Considering that she went straight for that than to shake his hand, meant that she could be a dirty fighter. Which was disappointing, considering first appearances and such.

Now, he went straight to business, having taken Tommi down to the ground, Quintyn sought to move up on her, so that he doesn't get caught in a guard right away. Though what he did get caught wasn't a guard but both feet pushing him off, sending him rolling backwards away from her. Well that wasn't good.

"Damn..." He muttered, could have had her but slipped away from him. He'll have to be better if he was going to best this crafty opponent. Straight after rolling back, Quin scrambled up and came at her, though he wasn't going for a takedown, attempting to slip behind her and wrap his arms around her waist!

Tommi was surprised to find that Quintyn was swinging around behind her. It felt like she'd just forced him away, but as soon as she stood back up, the man was already on her again. He had rolled with the landing before scrambling back at the secretary / grappler. Now her opponent had Tommi in a waist lock and she needed to get him off.

So the young woman would start to throw her arm back at Quintyn in an attempt to hit the side of his head with her left elbow repeatedly. She was losing her cool a bit from having the enemy so close, and Tommi couldn't help but be worried about this position that he had her in.

"H-Hey! Let go! Let go! Let go! Let go!" the panicked woman shouted repeatedly as she tried to get herself free. Tommi knew she needed to get away, but her opponent's grip was too strong. She needed to stun him if she wanted to break the grip that he had on her.
