SS 18 Tag Team Titles: Imperial Order (c) vs Blazing Blizzard

Akiha came to her sense as she saw Blazing Blizzard celebrating… crap… this meant they had lost, they were no longer on top and were no longer the tag team champions. Knowing Gwendolyn she would probably blame her for all of this, something that Akiha was not looking forward to it. She could hear the audience cheering and would place her hands on top of her face before rolling her way out of the ring, making her way to the ropes before rolling out. She would grab onto the rails and make her way towards Gwendolyn, seeing how her tag partner was.

Hacking up sporadic coughs whilst cradling her indented abdomen, Gwendolyn began making the precursory motions of arising once more after having been speared practically out of the ring. The infernal Northman having blindsided the heiress out of the corner of the ring and while on her trajectory towards saving their tag titles. Belinda now currently nowhere to be found as the grimacing aristocrat tugged onto the metal railing to rise up to her feet, the heiress still believing herself to still have time in order to prevent herself from losing her precious tag-team title belt-...

"-NEW Tag-Team Champions....Blazing....BLIZZARD!!!!"

The announcer's resounding declaration hammered home the detestable truth as Gwendolyn perked her head up with incredulous shock to a truly nightmarish sight. The team she had deemed unfit to even qualify towards challenging ladies of their illustrious regality...were now hoisting their tag-titles into the air to the deafening adulation of the entire Roman decorated stadium. Gwendolyn's aghast look of stupefied horror remained seemingly stuck in time, even while her crimson-haired partner dragged her equally battered frame besides the heiress. She eventually adopted an irate scowl with her glaring eyes fixated on her lost championship belt as she bitterly uttered...

"...You are aware that I blame YOU for this atrocity, correct?"

There it was, Gwendolyn was already blaming her for it. Akiha would simply roll her eyes, she just needed to wait it out, though right now she wasn't really in the mood for it. After a match or two, Gwendolyn would be moving on, it was one of the things that Akiha liked about her, she didn't really let herself get trap in the past and instead focused on the future. Still, she was not in the mood for Gwendolyn blaming of her, especially after everything that had happened. "Of course you do. If you didn't I think that you were ill in some way. Now then, unlike you who is going to throw around blame, I am going to work on the next move to make." stated Akiha as she held onto the railing but then she started to hear the crowd starting to chant. "Die, Die, Die." Oh, how could she have forgotten, the extra stipulation that had been added.

"Silence, I am about to make my decision!" stated Angelique using the microphone from her VIP booth. She would then stick her thumb out sideways and slowly start to shift towards the down motion before then shifting it up to a thumbs up, meaning live. The audience would start to boo at the reaction but a smile would be on her face as she would then look at Imperial Order, her eyes and facial expression giving out a message, indicating that they owed her one now.

There was indeed enough blame to go around for this horrendous debacle and utter travesty of events...it just so happened to be that all of it was centered squarely atop the shoulder's of her blundering tag-team partner who seems to revel in countering Gwendolyn's bitter comments with oh-so cleverly quips and retorts. Gwendolyn was still fuming in repressed indignation at the humiliation being perpetrated against her by having these brightly colored hooligans now be the ones brandishing the tag championship belts...but the sheer embarrassment of the moment had the potential to be multiplied ten-fold if the General Manager had issued her judgment against them.

Angelique's upturned thumb having Gwen sigh in relief to the booing outrage of the audience. But she knew perfectly well this favor would not come without a costly price-tag attached to it. Up till now she had been able to avoid directly reconnecting with Angelique, a fellow entitled socialite of exuberant wealth and lineage, and a lady whom was once considered to be Gwen's closest friend as young whipper snappers. But now, it seemed there was no more delaying this undoubtedly...intriguing, reunion. Gwendolyn slumping her shoulders with a defeated sigh before standing upright once more as she began waltzing away from the ring and towards the ramp, motioning for Akiha to join her while trying to maintain her high-class dignity even in defeat.

"...*sigh*...come. Let us make leave of this detestable travesty and put it behind us with as much haste as humanly possible before my blood begins to percolate any more than it already has. I require a long, soothing bath and spa session to wash away the putrid stench of defeat..."

Akiha was getting ready for another remark by Gwendolyn but then the audience started to chant and her vision turned towards the general manager of Friction, Angelique, an old friend of hers. The crimson hair crusader eyes would widen as she started to see her thumb starting to go down before it was then raised back up. The Japanese wrestler would sigh in relief, lucky that her childhood friend was now the General Manager.

That being said she then did see Angelique face and knew what it meant. Gwendolyn seemed to have the right idea, retreat for now. She had some explaining to do and would probably need her tag partner help when dealing with the General Manager depending on the demands. Akiha knew that Angelique was not an opponent to take lightly. The redhead wrestler would quickly follow behind.

Belinda would be handed the belt much like Chelsea, though she was more interested in the one that Akiha had worn instead of the one that Gwendolyn had, it didn't matter too much to her, though it seemed to be of gave importance to her tag partner who snatched the belt that was formerly Gwendolyn's, leaving Akiha's to Belinda.

The Swede would take the belt and raise it up into the air, holding it high with Chelsea for a moment, before she lowered it. The chants of the crowd seemed to want Akiha and Gwendolyn to suffer another finisher of the Blazing Blizzard, but...it looked as if the General Manager had other plans. As Belinda looked up at the VIP booth, seeing the thumb go up and letting the team of Imperial Order leave. Part of her didn't mind that, Belinda didn't exactly find it necessary to beat down on her rival and lower in what was probably a low point.

She'd simply move up to Chelsea, lean in to her partner's ear and whisper. " Let's climb opposite corners and raise our belts." Belinda let out, partially to take the attention and bring the spotlight back to them, and partially to appease the crowd in some manner so they wouldn't leave this match booing cause Imperial Order had escaped punishment. Belinda would then take to the opposite corner, climbing up to the middle ropes and raising her belt up high into the air, she was sweaty and hurting quite a bit....but the sensation, the feeling of pride and accomplishment of becoming a champion had swept that away...though she'd be feeling this match for the rest of the week.

"Oh come the-" Chelsea didn't get to finish her words instead growling and kicking the mat when she saw the thumbs down. The aristocrats got off easy for something that should have been there chance to show them up. But no all they could do was show off the belts they had won, something Gwendolyn and Akiha weren't interested in letting them indulge too long as they took themselves out of here, leaving the winners to take in the cheering fans who were likewise dissapointed in the outcome.

And they still had to remind people that the best part had been achieved, moving to the opposing corners and standing up on them raising the gold in there hand. Pointing at Belinda while she did so to show the other half of this great tag team the redhead knew that this was a night neither of them would be forgetting for the rest of there lives.

Belinda and Chelsea would show off their titles, as they both climbed turnbuckles and raised their belts to the cheers of the crowd. It looked as if both the crowd and Chelsea both had forgotten about how Imperial Order's punishment had been snatched out of the hands of everyone, but that was a bit of the point that Belinda had tried to get across. This was supposed to be their celebration after all, their moment. Not the moment of downfall for Imperial Order, but the moment of triumph for Blazing Blizzard.

The Swede would gesture over towards Chelsea, as without the both of them and their teamwork, this wouldn't have been possible. The blond raised her belt yet again, before buckling it around her waist.
