Trinity vs Tina: A Lesson In Wrestling

The crowd seemed to be enjoying themselves. And why shouldn’t they be. They got to watch Tina run around the ring and run circles around the larger Trinity. She effortlessly managed to avoid the clothesline dropping down like it was nothing. Trinity on the other hand struggled to slow down, Hitting the brakes in the vien hope she could stop. Sadly she didn’t and ended up going chest first into the top turnbuckle. At least she was tall enough so it wasn’t her head.

The impact of the turnbuckle had caused some damage, her chest throbbing somewhat from the impact. The main takeaway from the crash into the turnbuckle was the fact that it had stunned and winded Trinity. The shock from Tina suddenly avoiding her attack had yet to fade and so for now, Trinity was stuck in the corner, exposed.. With her back to Tina. She most certainly wasn’t on the streets anymore.

Tina smirked as she held on to the ropes, safe in the knowledge that whatever shook them so hard wasn't her getting her head taken off by the powerful Trinity. Stepping away from her little safe haven she quickly rounded back on Trinity, wrapping her arms around her waist. "Ever flown much girl?" the superstar asked, pressing her chest into her foe's back before lifting and throwing herself backwards. She hadn't planned it out but if Trinity was going to be in the perfect position for a German Suplex, Tina wasn't going to say no to giving the amazon a bit of airtime.

In all of her fighting carrer, Trinity hadn’t really been thrown around. Everyone she fought were strikers and brawlers. Anytime she had met a grappler or a high flyers, they were small weak little girls, who Trinity could smash around like a caveman's club. But Tina was different. She was bigger than most grapplers than others she had faced. Though she didn’t expect Tina to be able to lift her. She was wrong.

In a perfectly executed suplex, the small woman picked Trinity up and smashed her down on her neck. A small groan of pain left her lips as the pain from her neck rocked down her spine, leaving the woman limp for a few seconds, leaving the larger woman disabled again “Dammit….” She muttered in a daze.

Tina breathed a deep sigh of relief as Trinity flopped down after being taken for a rough ride, her arms ached from having to go from 0 to 100 fast enough to get the big girl off her feet but at least this seemed to be much better at keeping the Vegas fighter down compared to just slugging it out, giving the blonde enough time to take stock of the situation as the crowd roared in approval, wanting the superstar to keep up her fast paced offence. 

Tina on the other hand was more than happy to slow things down and catch her breath after that frantic exchange, picking herself up to grab Trinity by the arms, pulling the big woman so she could sit up while the cowgirl planted her boot firmly in between her shoulder blades. Trinity had already gone flying once, now it was time to stretch the big girl out with a surfboard stretch.

Rather frustratingly for Trinity, it seemed Tina had enough experience of fighting with brawlers that most of Trinity’s tricks wouldn’t work. She had been hoping that maybe Tina hadn’t gotten much experience outside of grappling, and perhaps she could of caught her off guard. But at the moment, it looked like that wasn’t happening. The pain in her neck was nothing new. When she first arrived she had to endure Liberty’s crusade against her spine, so this wasn’t exactly anything she hadn’t dealt with before.

Still didn’t mean that it didn’t hurt though.

The slam had stunned Trinity enough that she couldn’t do much for a few seconds, but that was all it took for Tina to make her next move. The crowd seemed to be enjoying this at least, Trinity couldn’t really bask in their enjoyment though, as she wasn’t having fun. She would feel the Texan grab onto her wrists and then feel a boot press hard between her shoulderblades. At first Trinity had no idea what she was planning, however it became quickly apparent when the tugging and pulling of her arms began.

Trinity didn’t want to give away to Tina that she was in pain. She didn’t want to give the woman any sort of satisfaction knowing that what she was doing was having an effect. So a small grumble and groan was all that Trinity let out. Though shortly after she did begin to smack her boot into the canvas as a telltale sign the the hold was working her over just the way Tina had planned.

While it might have been a slower pace than they would have liked, and Trinity's chest was somewhat obscured by the wire mesh, the crowd was still appreciative of Tina's efforts to give the big rookie a good-old-fashioned stretching out, pulling back tightly on the amazon's arms to get the most out of each stretch before leaning back in to re-adjust. 

It wasn't just the fact it was probably hurting Trinity, with the involuntary stomp confirming the blonde's suspicions, it was also good for Tina so that when she needed to stop and take a breath she could, no sense wearing herself out faster than her opponent, even if she did have to take the boot off for a brief moment so she could properly lock the big woman's arms under her own armpits.

Trinity was starting to really hurt. It was clear that Tina was not going to let go any time soon. She could start to feel the fire like pain from her shoulder blades start to slowly work it’s way down her back and closer to where Tins boot dug into her back. She couldn’t contain that pain any more and the thumping foot previously had now been replaced with groans of pain. All the while Tina could just sit there and smile and look pretty for the camera while Trinity was taking all the hurt. Maybe submission holds weren’t too bad afterall.

She needed to escape though. Trinity need to find a way out. But how. Her mind began to flick through her options. She couldn’t think of anything right away. She couldn’t lean in as Tina’s foot prevented her from doing so. Leaning forwards and away would only increase the pain. So here Trinity was, stuck out of options. Then she had a brainwave. “Going to just sit out here and maintain the hold huh?”

After speaking, Trinity began to try and stand up. Now it sounded stupid, but Trinity was going somewhere with this. She would scramble her feet, trying to get a grip that would allow her to start raising her lower body. The plan was simple, she couldn’t get Tina to let go, but if she could stand up on her legs she could straighten her back and force Tina’s boot to go back to the canvas. Sure Tina still had a hold of her arms and such. Trinity hadn't really thought ahead, or even prepared for the possibility that Tina may have other tricks up her sleeve.

"Well what are you gonna do to stop me?" Was Tina's immediate response before Trinity showed just what she was going to do to stop the smaller blonde "Whoa!" she let out as suddenly her boot was rising with the larger woman's back, forcing her to slip down and get both her feet on the floor so she wouldn't end up doing the mid-air splits. The size difference was becoming all the more aparent as Trinity stood up, Tina did her best to keep her arms pinned back but it wouldn't be the stretching she had been doing earlier.

Trinity hadn’t thought this far ahead… Now she was on her feet, she could feel Tina pulling her arms still. She wasn’t out of this yet. “Oh come on! I thought you would have given up! You are one stubborn Texan that is for sure” Trinity groaned as she could still feel the burn from being pulled at the arms. It was then she decided to do something stupid. Risky. But worth it. Trinity jumped backwards, bringing her body flying towards Tina’s upright body. The angle would mean that the impact wouldn’t be anywhere near as deadly, but at least the back of her spine would crash into Tina’s ample chest.

Tina was ready for a lot of things Trinity could have done to break the Texan's hold: use her size and leverage to throw her forward, send a kick back at the blonde's knee, but she wasn't ready for the bigger woman just jumping back, letting her weight throw Tina off balance as Trinity used her body to  crush Tina into the corner, breaking the hold out of reflex as her limbs jolted from the impact.
