AJ Shay vs. Spider Kikuchi - Arachnophobia

Spider didn’t fail to notice AJ’s shiver when she moved over the rookie’s body, and she couldn’t help but wonder what was the source of it. Revulsion? Disgust? Or, perhaps, something a little more complicated than that, something she would prefer to keep hidden? This was where the real fun came in. Dissecting opponents, figuring out what them tick, peeling apart the layers until she had them laid bare - most times figuratively, sometimes literally.

She would get there with AJ, too. The brunette was her puzzle to solve, and she intended to take her time.

”Uh-oh!” She giggled, her highest, shrillest sound, as AJ thrashed about, trying in vain to unseat her, before she gave up and threw her efforts into a crawl for the rope. A valiant effort, and the crowd rallied behind her, clapping along, supporting her as she made her way to the ropes. It was all so moving. Spider just had to join in.

”Come on, AJ!” She reached back and gave her a couple of quick slaps on that cute rear of hers, egging her on. ”You can do it! You can do it!” Spider had a nice round of rousing laughter, before an idea took hold and made her grin even wider. ”Let me help you.”

Just as AJ was getting close, so close to the ropes and her salvation, Spider unhooked her legs and freed her from the hold. That didn’t mean her suffering was over, though, far from it. Her very next move was to crawl forward, yanked the rookie’s hair, and pull her the rest of the way to the rope, forcing her neck on top of the bottom one and planting her knee on the back of her neck for a choke.

The referee started counting right away, quickly running through the count. No matter. Spider intended to enjoy every nanosecond of this.

She couldn't do it. No matter how hard she tried to tip Spider over, her balance was impeccable. Every time she twisted one way, her shoulders burned as her opponent tightened her legs around her arms, reining her back in to where she had started. She even tried to tuck her legs in underneath her, but was having too much trouble managing that with where the woman was seated on her back. That left only one option, so she started her “crawl” to the ropes.

It was a slow and painful journey against of her, using only her legs with boots scraping and kicking at the canvas she was making so little progress. The her face pressed to the canvas was an ever growing frustration, really putting how powerless she was currently into perspective every time she had to going her face against the mat to make forward progress.

She felt isolated, vulnerable, lost… until she heard the clapping. The audience was cheering her on… rooting for her to escape. She had always been wrestlers get fired up to break holds and thought it was just a bit of showmanship before powering free, but now she knew better. It made her feel stronger, more motivated to break free with so many people supporting her, counting on her. Her boots found steady purchase, she ignored the friction burning her exposed skin. She was going to get to that rope no matter what!

Was… Spider clapping for her too? Was the woman just being cheek- “Eeeeee!” What the hell! Alexa reflexively bucked when the woman clapped her backside flaring up in an uncertain mix of anger and embarrassment. “Shut up!” The rookie barked from before, kicking her feet into the mat even harder. This stupid woman and her dumb nickname and her banshee laugh. She was going to make her regret all of this once she got free. The ropes were so close…

When Spider relented, she was equal parts relieved and frightened. Immediately she tried to scrambled away towards the ropes like a panicked animal, assuming the woman wanted to drag her back to the middle of the ring. She was thinking about it all wrong. Looking at everything through the eyes of someone to played by the rules. She almost made it too easy when Spider grabbed her by the hair, wrenching her throat down against the ropes. She tried to pull herself away but something hard and heavy wedged itself against the back of her skull and spine keeping her pinned.

Having the ring cable digging into her throat was far worse than any choke she had been in, especially with Spider riding her hard, adding her weight to the equation. She reached up, clawing at the woman's leg, legs flailing as she struggled to expedite the woman's removal from on top of her. She could hear the referee, but the count seemed so slow, so meaningless. Spider might as well have dragged a knife across her stomach and spilled her guts across the mat at this point, her felt as though she was bleeding out anyway. Her screams were mute, with air to give them voice. This woman was picking her apart, what good we're the rules at this point?

Spider was getting the distinct impression that AJ wasn’t quite used to the intimate contact, didn’t react well at all to that spanking, and that gave her a few more ideas as she rode the little heroine about the ring. She wouldn’t take it to the point of a disqualification, of course, but wrestling was such an intimate sport by design, and now that she had a way to fluster her foe with ease, she would be silly to avoid it.

Not when she was getting shrieks like this. Such delicious noises. Even when they were muted, thanks to the constriction pressing against AJ’s neck.

She shuddered as the little brat thrashed about underneath, fighting to get some oxygen in those lungs of hers. With her weight like this, she could’ve easily enjoyed the sensation all night long, and never gotten tired of the torment.

”1, 2!”

But yes, that. Irritating referee.

”3, 4-”

Spider sighed and let go of AJ at the last moment again - and stepped back so she could have some time to recover - again. One more being seperated from her fun, just when she was starting to enjoy herself. Shame. But there were other ways to torment this waif. If she couldn’t inflict physical damage, mental would do.

”Not having a good time, huh?” She took a few steps back and bent over to wipe some imaginary tears from her eyes. ”I’ll tell you what, AJ-chan. Just give up, right now, and you can save yourself a world of pain and possible injuries, him? Tap the move. Just three good taps, and you can go on to not spend your night writhing in agony. How does that sound?”

Burning. It burned when she gasped for air after release. She needed the air so badly but the moment she had it she was beset upon by an overbearing cough. She pulled herself forward, slumping over the bottom rope as she held her throat and kicked her feet. She didn't want to stay here, couldn't risk it while she was still vulnerable. She leaned her weight forward, fingers pulling at the apron to drag herself out of the ring to drop to the floor.

She had managed to throw a leg over the edge first, falling onto that before collapsing at ringside with a far lighter landing than she may have had if she just fell out. She was clutching her throat with a hand, wheezing with narrowed eyes as she slowly started to get herself up. She was in a bad way and looked every bit the part.

She looked sidelong up into the ring as Spider spoke to her, glaring daggers at the woman as she panted with ragged breaths. She attempted to shoot right back at her but her words were swallowed up by another coughing fit that almost brought her to her knees. She needed to do something, change things up… but she didn't know how to actually fight this woman anymore. Every time she had tried to engage her it hadn't been enough after she lost her momentum.

”No, no, no-”

Ryoko was on the verge of pulling her hair clean off her scalp. Anything would be better than having to watch this go, seeing AJ tortured like this. It was like her friend had just forgotten to wrestle all of the sudden, like she was freezing up. A nicer wrestler would’ve given her some space - an Alaina, a Silver Ace, a Blue Thunder Mask. But Spider? Spider smelled blood.

Ryoko started to scramble over the barricade, only to be pushed back by security and given a harsh stare. She was just a fan. Just a bystander. Just someone looking on while the nicest, sweetest person she’d ever met was getting dissected.

When AJ didn’t respond, Spider’s smile grew an inch wider, and she started to saunter over, looking to continue the assault - but then the little brat had to go and be intelligent, rolling out of the ring to catch a breather. The sort of thing that she would’ve done herself, and the audience would’ve booed her for it. AJ? They clapped. Encouraged her on. Pumped up their worthless waste of flesh.

This did not improve Spider’s mood, and she started to step back with her arms folded, when AJ suddenly burst into a coughing fit. One that left her wide open.

Spider took a few steps back into the ropes, bounced off, then came charging across the ring at full speed. The crowd started to lift up, anticipating some aerial feat, for Spider to sailing over the ropes and onto an unsuspecting AJ. They readied their cameras, lifted them up, and…

...Spider just slid under the bottom rope, landed beside AJ, and gave her wild slap to the face.

Alexa hunched forward, shoulder leaning up against the side of the ring..she pressed a closed fist to her lips, body seizing up as she coughed uncontrollably. She couldn't even keep her head raised to watch for Spider, her eyes were tearing as she struggled to breath over her coughing fit.

The crowd swelled, expecting something big. They wanted a show, but many, wanted to warn her. The rookie reached out, planting her palm on the side of the apron to steady herself, looking up into the ring. Donning a look of sudden wide eyed hoor, she staggered away from the ring, trying to prepare for some sort of flying assault. One that never happened.

The brunette turned to follow Spider as the woman deftly slipped from the ring to stand before her. The slap caught her completely off guard, sending her stumbling backwards. She fumbled over her own feet, falling into the barricade, managing to hook her arms back behind her to arrest her fall.

Alexa panted heavily, straining as she tried to push herself back upright. She shifted her jaw carefully, trying to work a bit of feeling back into her glowing red cheek. She looked as frustrated as she was frazzled, trying to mentally prepare herself for what might come next.

There was an art to being this much of a bitch, and it was one that Spider reveled in. Her little fake out with AJ wasn’t merely a deft tactical maneuver, but a way to subvert audience expectations. They couldn’t appreciate her submission skills, wanted her to be so flashy and leap around like an idiot and risk her career so they could take pictures on their Instagrams.

Not her. Never her. She’d never faced a serious injury in her entire career, because she was smart with her style. Idiots like AJ were the ones who broke their backs trying to please these little ingrates. Let them.

Spider took a bow to her adoring public, then quickly refocused on the failing woman in front of her, watching as she reeled from the blow. On the other side, Ryoko had left her seat and was starting to work her way through the throngs, trying to reach her friend as fast as she could. Not fast enough to arrive before what was going to happen next, however.

Spider had started to saunter towards AJ again, moving with her same seductive strut, only to change gears at the last moment and stride forward on her powerful legs. She lunged towards her younger foe and rammed her forearm against her throat, attempting to choke her while she bent her back over the barricade, forcing her into the angle.

And all the while, she would look down at AJ and smile, smile, smile.

Her eyes hadn't left Spider as he boot heels pushed off the thin mats, slowly rising up up along the barricade. Part way up however, her body slumped back against the divider, appearing as though she was spent. Her body told a far different story than her facial expression as she controlled her breathing. It was an odd contrast, something was off.

Spider came lunging in, Alexa leaned back into the barrier hard, throwing up both her legs to intercept her opponent, resting the soles of her boots against the veteran’s shoulder and chest, folding up like an accordian as the blond rapidly closed the distance between them. When she could get any closer, inches away from her intended target, Alexa thrust her legs back out, braced firmly against the barricade she attempted to throw Spider back into the ring apron. She might have been playing possum, just a bit.

When her boots hit the ground again, she lurched forward, shoving the barricade behind her to have her some momentum in the limited space. Her feet pounded as she took long jumping strides in chase, cocking back her arm. She plowed forward, attempting to railroad her weight into Spider’s frame full speed with a body splash, adding a swifting forearm to the mix to attempt to clip the woman in the side of the head. She needed every opportunity she could grasp at to bring this back to zero sum and start over.

Spider was eager to get her hands on AJ - perhaps a little too eager. She couldn’t help herself, really. The little brat was ripening so well, showing all the signs of a woman on the brink of breaking, and she considered herself fortunate. There were others in the AFW who would’ve picked her apart if they had the chance, but no, this peach was all hers to savor.

There was a ravenous hunger in Spider’s eyes, a wild drive that pushed her forward. Focused. So focused, in fact that she didn’t pay enough notice to the warning signs. The way she was standing. The way her arms were over the barricade. The perfect position for a counter, and she walked right into it.

AJ’s feet shot deep into Spider’s chest and sent her spiraling back, crashing against the ring apron, just as Ryoko was rounding a corner and making her way over to shouting distance. The sight helped to restore some calm - the score was far from evened, but her friend was on the right track. ”That’s it! Keep it up!”

That was precisely what AJ did, too, launching forward. Spider was still standing after she hit the ring’s edge, and her spunky foe was quick to close the distance and make a bad situation even worse. AJ crashed into her and turned her legs to jelly, making her fall to her knees and grasp her chest.

All while the referee counted away. ”3!”

Despite her choice of careers, Alexa wasn't an overly violent person. She competed, and sometimes things got rough. She knew that, everyone in this business should have known that. She couldn't recall ever taking so much satisfaction from hitting another living thing as she did when she buried her forearm into Spider’s face as they collided. She felt the give of her opponent beneath her as she naturally bounced back from the impact, unwilling to give up what that fire inside her was gifting her with.

Her smile shown naturally as she peered back to the crowd in the general direction of where she heard Ryoko. Every person however assumed she was looking to them, acknowledging their cheers, which only made them louder. It felt so good, so right… this is why she did this, this is why she was here. She turned her attention back to the match at hand.

The brunette looped her striking arm around Spider’s head, wrenching her to the side in a gripping headlock. Not the tightest, it was clear after a moment that wasn't the point. She twisted, taking a few long strides before throwing herself forward, attempting to rip Spider off her feet and plant her face down on the floor with a running bulldog. She may have applied a bit of extra force to the downward push of her opponent to sink that landing in a bit more.
