Setting the Hierarchy! [Open Challenge]

Karina created some lunging distance between the two, bringing her fist down upon the canvas and would lift herself up onto one knee first, keeping her eyes on the opponent that rose up much quicker than she did, though was not surprised by it. The woman had speed, clearly faster than Karina in pretty much anything while Karina seemed to excel in strength, something she was planning to use to her advantage if she would ever catch her opponent slacking.

That time was not now, the woman came in quick and every foot between them was closed within an instant, Karina not having the ability to properly defend herself as she was still rising onto her feet, her eye widening slightly as that knee slammed right into her bare abs, causing her to lean forward and over that knee, though was not going to let the Brazilian get away, instead she'll try to wrap her arms around Leanna while she was close, wanting to catch the girl into a soft hug to keep her close!

Strength wasn't going to work, that damn wolf girl has lots of it. Back to the drawing board and use what Leanna is capable off. Almost coming like a cheetah towards the rising Karina, Leanna came in fast, and her knee would of course drive into the bare abs of Karina, sure that she had driven some air out of the woman. Admittedly, she didn't expect her opponent to not be so deterred after that, more tougher than she seems. Soon, Leanna feels Fenrir's arms wrapped around her, no doubt a tactic to keep her close and not have the Wildcat running around free.

Was that going to stop her? No, Leanna is ferocious close quarters as she is using a hit and run tactics and if Fenrir was looking for a fight, then she was going to have one hell of a fight. Leanna would soon raise her arm up, looking to strike the exposed back of Karina's with her elbow, just something to soften her up and get some good hits on her bigger opponent

Karina knew that it was not going to last long, the way Leanna was showing herself in this ring already was enough for Karina to confirm that her opponent was going to brawl her way to victory. Who was Karina to stop her if she could find a way to exploit it? The elbow smashing into her back did reward the girl with a soft grunt but Karina was not about to let go before her plan was set in motion, just shifting her feet upon the canvas to try and get a solid footing, a balance where she could use her strength and not be threatened to lose stability during it.

She took in a sharp inhale of fresh air before those arms would constrict around Leanna's waist, not wanting the girl to continue having free reigh with her arms and sought to lift her straight off her feet and over Karina's shoulder! If she got that far she'll quickly turn around and fall back in a quick attempt to try and smash Leanna back and back of her head first to the mat with Karina coming down on top of her!

Leanna herself wasn’t looking for an easy kill of sorts, not that she came in expecting one as she first saw the veteran Karina. The most satisfying are the ones where she would work hard into tearing her “prey” apart. And with the elbow right onto the back on Karina, she was gonna work hard!

She managed to get a grunt out of her which did egged the exotic woman to deliver more, just to get her fangs really sinked into the larger beast. Her arm was raised for another strike, though Karina would suddenly lift up the Wildcat up in the air and over her shoulder! “Shit!” Squirming herself free wouldn’t work with how strong Karina was, she had Leanna in her tight embrace. Instinctively, her legs went to wrap around just above the waist. It was going to be a slam, she knew it. Had to expect as such with a woman like that.

Feeling she is falling back down for the fast decent, she would tuck her own chin in, just so it isn’t so head first as Karina would like, more so the upper back first. Even so, it doesn’t stop the landing from hurting any less as she felt her body slammed to the canvas with the weight of Fenrir landing on her! “Uggh!” Gritting her teeth, the head would meet the canvas soon after, finding herself in a bad position with the bigger girl on top of the Wildcat!

It was clear for Karina that her opponent was quicker but was also a bit on the brawling side with the ways she chose to attack the long haired fighter. Unfortunately for the Wildcat was that Fenrir had plenty of endurance to deal with most pain, especially this early in the match! She had managed to lift the woman up, turning herself away from the ropes so the impact point would be closer to the open rather than a place where Leanna could potential get an easy rope break, clenching her teeth as she brought Leanna down to the canvas with plenty of force packed behind it!

Karina was far from done though, rolling herself onto her hands and knees and eyed the downed girl, crawled over towards her and tried to reach for Leanna's hair, wanting to grasp it and yank it upwards to force the girl the sit up, wanting to slip behind her and wrap her other arm around Leanna's throat to go for a simple yet effective choke hold to keep the Wildcat from being too quick!

Left in a dangerous position, Leanna’s back arched up, still feeling it from that slam from the bigger girl. It was what she was trying to avoid, Fenrir has more strength than the Wildcat and would have to play things a bit more cunning than any other prey. The exotic woman would curse herself for being too greedy when she’s dealing with a big beast. Someone with a lot of endurance needs to be worn out.

With the predator like Karina that has been looking to set herself on top of the food chain, she wasn’t going to let up on Leanna. The wildcat knew just as much when she crawled over, grabbing Leanna’s gold locks, the exotic woman feeling the roots of her hair being pulled and naturally having to follow, sitting right up. “Grrr!” She growled, her hands would try to move and catch Karina’s but she soon slipped her arms around her exposed neck for the choke!

“Ghhk!” Gritting her teeth as she felt the arms of Fenrir snake around her throat, already panicking for the worse should Karina start to put the pressure on more! Her hands would grab at her arm though considering her strength, just prying her arm away from her throat was not going to be a easy task. Time for the Wildcat to be more cunning.

Getting her feet flat on the canvas, her knees popped up, Leanna would attempt to swing her right leg up, in turn it would fold the Wildcat up some, but with what she has planned in mind, Leanna aimed land her foot right on Karina’s face, hopefully that would be enough to get her out of this dangerous predicament!

While the plan itself was simple, Karina knew that if she would be able to apply her strength with added leverage, she was sure to leave her marks on her opponent! For this, she needed to attack the girl's lungs, securing her into a seated position and the chokehold that quickly followed. While it was a basic thing to do in wrestling, ot often yielded the best results once it was applied and Karina was not one to just squander her moment to weaken Leanna, clenching her teeth together while she secured the arm over the girl's throat with her other arms, intensifying the choke while making sure the girl was away from the ropes.

She was curious. Curious to what Leanna would answer with while Karina was looking to deny her any oxygen that would fill her lungs, eyes narrowing while she focused solely on choking the girl. She knew she couldn't win with just this but to weaken her opponent enough to gain an advantage was something much more satisfying, the fight had just barely started after all and Karina was hungry for a good opponent.

The girl began to squirm and Karina was looking to ride it out, squeezing down on that throat to make Leanna work for freedom but the woman's flexibility was not counted for in Karina's head, which soon got a foot right in the front! Karina released the chokehold almost right away, rolling backwards to get some distance between the two and get onto one knee, one hand looking to protect her face and lightly rub it. She had not seen such a counter for a chokehold before and made a mental note to expect it again if she happened to catch the girl.

In her many years of fighting, Leanna knew the effectiveness of a good chokehold, one that can serve to either weaken the opponent or to finish the match. Even the simpler stuff like a sleeper hold is still regarded as a very good hold because of its effectiveness. That being said, finding yourself in one with an opponent bigger than you are would be a nightmare.

Which is what Leanna is going through and desperate in looking for a way to escape, gritting her teeth as Karina’s arm wrapped around her neck, squeezing her throat. Best way to take out an agile fighter is to take away her stamina. Prying out of the move would not be the smartest thing to do, especially with a big opponent like Karina. Her own fingernails threatening to pierce at her skin with how she tries to get out. Despite the massive advantage and leverage that Fenrir has, she failed to account how much different the other beast was.

What her past opponents that she has fought in many other leagues had come to realise is that her attacks could come at any angle due to her flexibility. Not just that, attacks that no one would expect. Her leg swung back and Karina got kicked square in the face, which yielded the result she wanted: escape from the chokehold. Karina let go soon after, rolling back and the Wildcat rolled to her front before pushing onto her hands and knees, one hand grasping her neck and gasping for air that the lungs desperately need. That was a close call, having been caught by the Fenrir. Though it would give Karina something to think about just what kind of animal she is dealing with.

Withdrawing a few feet with repeated rolls, she would place her feet and one hand upon the canvas, pushing herself onto her knees before a rapid ascension to stand up straight, eyes maintaining on her opponent the entire time to make sure she wasn't going to try something funny while Karina was adjusting herself. The girl was fast and flexible, two things that Karina didn't quite harness. She had caught the wildcat but she managed to claw her way out of Fenrir's grip, not something Karina was about to happen again.

The only way to subdue this girl was to make sure all limbs were either trapped or out of reach from her head, which was going to be quite a nuisance if she didn't have the right hold or choke going on. She marched back towards her opponent after exhaling, grasping and massaging the side of her neck before she decided to do something different, charging straight towards the woman once more with an intend to take her down though instead of going for the usual spear she'll just wait what direction Leanna might jump to so she could lunge straight in and slam her body against the woman!
