Alaina was pacing backstage. She was wearing her tiger stripe one piece swimsuit, kneepads and boots as she looked ready to go. She wanted to get her hands on Akiha and Gwen. She felt like she cost her and Julia what turned out to be the only shot at tag gold as much as Gwen's mist did.

Julia would have had a clear shot at the belts had Alaina not been laid out, knocked out at the hands of Gwen and Akiha. It was embarrassing, humbling and humiliating to the amazon. She shook her head as she worked her way through the hallways and made her way to.the ramp.

As her music played she came out. Instead of high fiving fans she walked out down the center of the ramp, looking angry as she stormed her way down to the ring. Alaina climbed up onto the apron and through the ropes standing in the middle of the ring with her arms crossed. Stern faced she turned and stared up the ramp waiting for Akiha to make her way down.

Akiha was now getting ready for another match with Alaina the Amazon. She had fought her two times in the past, one in a single match and the other in tag team tables match. In both those cases, Akiha had come out on top of her foreigner opponent. That being said, it had been a while since Akiha had done a singles match, her last one was actually before Summer Splash, where she had faced her arch-rival, Belinda. It had been a brutal match and it seemed that the match that Akiha would take part in would also be a brutal one as it was a falls count anywhere. This meant that there were no disqualifications and the battle could make its way into the crowd or backstage. That being said the Japanese wrestler was ready and she had her bottle as well, something that had saved her and Imperial Order in the past.

After taking a few moments to make sure she was ready, Akiha would then make her way towards the entrance. She could hear Alaina theme music play and would wait until it died down. Then Akiha theme song started to play and she would make her way down the ramp, with the tag team title belt over her shoulder. The audience would boo but like always, the crimson hair crusader simply ignored them and focus on her opponent. It seemed that Amazon was pissed and Akiha could somewhat understand.

Once she got near the ring, she would climb up the steps before grabbing onto the ropes and then performing a flip over it, showcasing her high flying abilities. She would then take a look a good look at the Amazon. It seemed she was serious and wanted revenge, the Japanese wrestler knew this was going to be a brutal match. She would place her bottle near the turnbuckle and rest on the turnbuckle, waiting for the bell to ring.

Alaina watched as Akiha came down, and even though she Gwendolyn was the far more vile person the losses still stung Alaina.

Tonight was her first step towards redemption.  As the bell rang Alaina moved in on Akiha.  She was going yo do all she could to be the aggressor in the match.  Alaina would act and force Akiha to react.

The amazon stepped in and swung her hips around as she raised her leg, trying to catch Akiha in the side with a fast kick to start the match off!  Alaina knew Akiha's game now, and was more familiar.  If she didn't soften or stun her first using higher impact moves would be a tougher proposition.

Akiha could tell one thing, Alaina was not happy with her. Guess it was true what they said, she couldn't handle a loss. After the first time, Akiha had beaten her, the Amazon had gone down into the slumps, it actually took a bit of talking and a spare from Akiha to somewhat cheer her up. Hopefully, the hostility would only remain in the ring, if that was the case, then the Japanese crusader was fine with it.

The bell would ring and the crimson hair crusader would enter a grappling stance. She was a bit surprised that Alaina didn't say anything. “Come on, no little remarks or... gah!” stated Akiha as she was caught by surprise by Alaina attack, causing her to take a few steps to the side and place her arms up in a defensive stance. Part of her wanted to go to the ropes to get a break but seeing as this was a fall count anywhere, it was useless to do so.

Alaina just shrugged and moved towards Akiha. "Nope, not now. The great tag champs who resort to using mist to retain there titles still leaves me in shock my dear crusader." Alaina said as she stepped in and sent a hard right hook at the side of Akiha's head!

From what Alaina knew of Akiha outside the ring she liked the girl for the most part. However the tag match left Alaina simmering. Sonic Boom had been an active team longer than almost all the team's getti g matches nowadays. Still, they never got tournament invites or title shots like newer teams did. They had to claw their way into the title scene for a cheap tactic to rob them of tag team gold.

Now Julia, her tag partner and best friend were gone. As was Sonic Boom, the one thing Alaina cared about most in her career at that point, or any point up to now. Akiha wasn't hated by Alaina.... but she was here in the ri g with Alaina. She may as well have had a bullseye on her attire.

It seemed the Amazon was still upset about the whole mist usage that had cost them the belt as if they had somehow cheated. The kick to the head was something that placed the Japanese Crusader in a bad spot and forced to take a defensive position. “Gur... that was well within the rules of a ladder match.” said Akiha as she placed her arms up and had them take the hit instead of her head.

Still, the attack sent her back but Akiha wasn't going to stay on the defensive. Akiha would suddenly step forward and attempt to jump up and swing her legs, attempting to hit the Amazon with a spinning heel kick. Hopefully, the sudden offense would take her opponent off guard and allow Akiha to take control of the match.

Before Alaina could say anything she moved in as Akiha sprang up to her feet and into the air. The kick hammered Alaina in the side of the head, sending her spinning and falling down to the mat on her stomach! Alaina groaned and shook her head, rising to her hands and knees. This was the exact opposite of the place she had wanted to be. Within the rules of the match... Akiha's words rang in Alaina's head as she struggled through the pain of the kick. For someone who spoke of honor in the ring and detested foreigners at least in public her words struck Alaina in a particular way. Still, there was no time to dwell on that. If Alaina wanted to win she had to focus.

Akiha could mount quick offense and pile on, so Alaina knew she had to get up. Her fuzzy vision and pounding headache were not making that easy at all. She staggered up slowly from her hands and knees as she tried to stand back up before Akiha could do anything else to her.

Akiha running heel kick managed to work and it seemed her words were also starting to have some effect as the Amazoness had no response to make. That being said Akiha was actually starting to get annoyed now. “You know, I am starting to get sick of all of this. Every time we beat someone, even when it's within the rules of the match, they always cry foul and complain, saying how it wasn't fair or using some other kind of excuse. I have tried to put up with it but honestly, it's just pathetic.” stated Akiha in an annoyed tone.

She would watch as her opponent attempted to get on her hands and knees. This was perfect opportunity for her to teach Alaina a lesson on how brutal she could be. Once the Amazoness was on her hands and knees, the Japanese Crusader would charge forward and then perform a small jump in the air. She would then attempt to get her knee to strike her opponent right in the head, performing a shinning wizard.

Alaina heard most of what Akiha was saying as she shook her head, trying to get to her feet. However, it would only be seconds before Alaina felt a sudden crashing impact, falling back with a brand new throbbing headache! She moaned as the shining wizard hit home, sending Alaina into a slight daze all over again!

Alaina was breathing heavily, her hands cradling her head again after the devastating impact. Akiha was firmly in control now at the onset of this match. Alaina tried to sit up, knowing she had to be more than a punching bag. However, the shining wizard took a lot out of her so getting up was a far harder task than one would think. "Maybe what drives people nuts is you guys are good enough to win without doing shady stuff, but you do it anyway." Alaina muttered as she tried to stir and show some signs of life.

Akiha would take a second to stalk her opponent, waiting for the so-called Amazon to get back on her hands and knees. Once the conditions were met, she would charge forward and hit the foreign wrestler right in the head with her knee. Though despite hitting her opponent with a brutal shinning wizard, it seemed that Alaina still had some fight in her and was able to even muster enough energy to make a retort to Akiha statement.

“I must say, I am a bit surprised that you still have enough energy to speak, guess I will have to do something about that.” stated Akiha as she would then get on her feet and run towards the ropes. She would then use the momentum she had build up to bounce off the ropes and make her way towards Alaina before performing a hand stance and then trying to drop both her legs on top of the Amazon.
