Real 'science' starts after the match.

Nikolette grinned when they layed next to each other, holding one another. "Yer right. I thought the first one was great but I never woulda guessed that the second one would be even better. Ya know, if it keeps goin this way then we'll be set!" She followed her words witha soft chuckle. She then leaned in and gave Satomi another peck on the cheek. "Ya know..." She said as she was thinking aloud. "We got the whole night together." Her cheeks blushed as she said the words and her eyes widened. "err... I mean!" She tried to cover up the words and turned her ehad. "I mean... we should take our time right?" She said. "Cause there's so much of each other to enjoy, ya know?" She wondered if that worked or not but even if it didn't she was sure it would be alright. Her hand began to run along Satomi's perfect back and she purred softly. Even under the lab coat and shirt she could still feel the little dips and the bumps of her spine. She really wanted to touch them with her hands and not just through fabric.

She decided to get Satomi to talk a little though. It was hard for someone to compete with Nikolette when it came to running their jaw so she asked Satomi a question. "So I guess ya been livin in Japan yer whole life, eh? Myself i didn't know a lick a japanese until i got here. How'my doin anyway?" Once she said it she cursed herself. Dangit Nik! There ya go again makin it about you, cut the girl a break she don't wanna hear yer life story

All of this time she was spending together with Nikolette really helped put the young scientist at ease. She had never really met a person quite like her before. First enting this league, Satomi had met two girls who helped her feel more comfortable, but ever since she had that match with Judy, she had nearly given up on people here, feeling like it was a useless attempt to try getting along with anyone here. But the more she stayed close with Nikolette like this, and they cuddled like two girls just fumbling with love for the first time, it felt soothing, like all her troubles were washing away.

And it was these feelings that made Satomi remain calm, even when Nikolette gave a hint about spending the night together, like they might truly dive deep into something passionate. In fact, she actually giggled a little, like it wasn't a big deal to her. Even though Satomi was so new to this all, she felt guided and cared for in Nikolette's hands, like there was nothing to be afraid of. "It's alright, I understood what you meant." Satomi said calmly, in a delicately sweet tone as she went to kiss Nikolette right back on the cheek, subtely enjoying the same she was given a moment ago. Satomi just inched herself closer as she sat up and even leaned her back into the gently rubbing, giving light sigh, exhaling in deep relaxation.

"You're doing well, Nikolette-chan. I like hearing you talk, it's like you always have something interesting to say. Unlike me, I doubt you want to here me tell you about myself or why I'm here." Satomi knew that she was just asked if she lived in Japan her whole life or not, but there was doubt in her mind that Nikolette really wanted to know, and thought she just wanted to make the offer so Satomi didn't feel left out. No one really wanted to hear what she had to really say, right?

"Ahh, Thank ya." Nikolette said when she was complimented. "It's pretty easy fer me ta learn the basics of a language but gettin the rest down, all the little things... that's kinda tricky I guess an I know it's the little things that can stir up problems when it comes ta talkin." She smiled. Even though she was talking casually now, she couldn't help but notice how Satomi was as well. Like there wasn't a problem at all. Even the scientist's giggle seemed just right and nikolette was glad that Satomi was feeling relaxed. She would have felt some concern if she had made Satomi feel awkward even though she herself had messed up and said something pretty awkward. Ahe leaned into the cheek kiss and her green eyes lit up again.

Suddenly she furrowed her brow at Satomi's statement and reached out and wrapped her knuckles against Satomi's head. Definitely not hard, but enough to get her attention enough to know she had said something that Nikolette believed to be foolish. "Don't ya go an say that now!" She said in a tone of disbelief. "Yer gonna tell me that all that confidence ya had just dried up when ya left the ring?" She smiled to make Satomi know she was only lightly scolding her and not really upset. "Course I wanna know bout ya. But me an my big mouth ain't shut up fer two seconds ta give ya a word edgewise. Ya just give me a smack when ya need ta say somethin and I'll shut right up." She beamed despite the words. "If I didn't care ta know bout ya then I wouldn't have wanted ya ta come join me. I ain't just callin ya in here cause..." She paused and blushed suddenly. "Well..." Her tone was much softer as she looked into Satomi's eyes. "I wanna know everythin about ya." She nodded with confidence at those words. Her smile turned into a sly grin. "An round me, I don't wanna hear ya say things like 'no one wants ta know about me' or things like that. Round me... ya don't have ta be meek or apologize fer bein you cause I really like ya..." Her fash blushed again. "A lot... ya know." She looked away for a second but quickly grabbed one of Satomi's legs. "So tell me then... why are ya here? The only thing that seems odder than you wrasslin is me wrasslin." She said with a small chuckle.

Satomi's eyes widened a little, feeling like she was getting disciplined when Nikolette spoke like that to her, and then grinded her knuckles a little into the sides of Satomi's head. It nearly roused her headache back up, but she did it light enough and let go before that could ever happen, making Satomi more confused than annoyed. Nikolette just seemed playful like that it seemed, as the girl was quite a talker, and didn't seem like the type to sit still very long. Which, that was surprising in itself sine Satomi was invited to this room, where they really only had eachother, and someone as energetic as Nikolette didn't have a whole lot to do. Then again... that all depended on how things went between them later as well.

"I.. I guess I'm just not too good at socializing, unlike you." Satomi said with a nervous smile, rubbing the back of her head sheepishly, feeling like Nikolette definettly had that over Satomi, and despite not knowing the full language, she was still a better person in holding a conversation than Satomi ever would be. "But... thank you. It's really releiving, knowing someone cares about me like that. I feel the same way about you, Nikolette-chan." Blushing just ever so slightly as she said that, enjoying calling her 'chan' and getting close to her, Satomi leaned back again as she felt Nikolette's hand rest upon her stocking covered leg and thigh, relaxing at the girl's light touch and smiling a little with her pale lip. She adjusted her glasses slightly and turned towards Nikolette, tilting her head a little, almost like a curious child before speaking. "I dunno though, you seem like you're used to this fighting thing, me... I didn't really have the choice." At the end of her sentence, giving a few hints to how she was hear now like she was ready to talk about herself finally, Satomi let out a slowly sigh. She was relaxed to have Nikolette here, feeling cherished and loved, but she also felt like aside from Nikolette, she didn't really belong here, but she didn't have that option.

Nikolette listened carefully to Satomi's words. "I just try an be friendly, that's all. No one likes a mopey sour puss. Where I was, if ya just sat around not talkin ta anyone, no one would pay ya a lick of attention... guess I'm just used ta it." She said with a shrug. She then smiled. "It's cute that ya say it like that." She said truthfully. "I'm glad I could relieve ya, Satomi." Despite her soft giggle she blushed too, feeling the same way the scientist did about it. Just because she was kind of loud and had a bigger personality didn't mean that her own feelings weren't the same as the scientists. In some way, she hide it by being loud and up front instead of quiet and reserved. So for Nikolette the intimate setting, where it was quiet and just the two of them, was the same as Satomi being able to speak casually and candidly to someone.


Nikolette waved her hand. "ahhh, it's not like that. I used ta scrap all the time in the orphanage, this ain't nothin really. To me it's just roughhousin and the winner still gets to eat." She beamed at Satomi but inwardly frowned at herself. "Whatdya mean ya don't have a choice? Doesn't everyone have a choice bout the things they do?" She really didn't understand what Satomi meant and urged her to continue with a gentle squeeze of the thigh and a pleading look from her emerald eyes.

Nikolette made a good point, and Satomi couldn't help but find something convienient about it. The two of them were so different, but it's these differances that seemed to make them really compliment one another. Satomi kept to herself, sheltered herself, and found science to be the most serious and important thing in the world to her. Where as Nikolette was more open, outgoing, and she looked at science as something to have fun with, enjoying it rather than looking at it as something so important. They were so different in personalities.. and yet, Satomi liked that, she felt like Nikolette was everything Satomi was missing, and she cherished that.

When Nikolette expressed herself, Satomi nearly managed to smile again, secretely enjoying the fact that she was called cute, keeping that locked to herself as she nuzzled herself closer to Nikolette. Leaning her shoulder once more against Nikolette's, her head only inches from her friend's, she didn't turn to face her, a little embarresed about being so close, yet feeling like this was.. right for her. She felt comfort in being with Nikolette, even if it was her first time really getting this close to a person outside of one other scientist she used to be with so much, these new emotions brought comfort to Satomi, like this was how things should have been.

Letting out a soft sigh though, taking note that Nikolette mentioned she was from an orphanage to ask her more later, Satomi went on to explain her own situation a little, looking away from Nikolette's eyes and down at herself, slowly putting her hand on Nikolette's that rested on her thigh. "I was lied to.. I went to college with the support of a company known as Sindertech when I was just sixteen. I left what little I had soulely for pursueing knowledge. ..Then they pulled all the funding away, and I was left in horrible debt. I can barely keep my lab going, and spend all I make back to Sindertech and the college since they pulled the plug on me. It's... complicated really. I got involved in some of their projects." Satomi paused after those few sentences, not really wanting to think of the unfortunate events she went through that lead her here, but it was best to get off her chest now, she felt like she just shouldn't hide anything from Nikolette, it didn't feel right to her. "...I fight here to make money and pay back all my debts. I can't sell any of my research and work, I'm not good at much else... so I came here. It's the only way I can make the money I need." Satomi's eyes remained looking down at the ground, heaving another long sigh like she was feeling sorry for herself.

Nikolette listened to Satomi's words. though her story was different in the details, the crux of it was nearly identical to Nikolette's own story. She squeezed Satomi's hand and smiled. "Ya know..." She said softly. "Sounds a lot like my story. I ain't got no fancy corporation in it but it's the same. My love fer science drove me here. My passion fer workin with machines. I wanted to be the best inventor ever, just like Mr. Tesla." She paused as she heaved her own sigh, beginning her tale.

"Grew upin an orphanage, poor as can be, but we were happy enough. The village where I lived didn't have nothin fancy an I think even if I searched the whole country I would never of found a decent place to learn. But I've always been able to learn on my own." She pointed to her head. 'Got a photographic memory so it's hard ta forget things. Anyway, old man who was the mechanic let me work as his apprentice when I was old enough. I saved up everything I could, even though it wasn't much. Eventually when i turned 18 I had enough to move. Thought here in Japan I could make myself a machine shop liek I always wanted. This place seemed like the place to be for a technophile like myself." She then blushed and spoke a little somberly.

"Used up all my money just to get here. Didn't know a lick a the language and ain't no one gonna hire someone who doesn't have an ounce of 'proper' education. So I scrounged up enough money to buy a book on japanese an was able to convince these fine folks to let me work on their cars for some money. Been tryin to save wwhat I can so i can open up my machine shop. After i got ta watching these gals do their thing, I though, You could do that alright, Nik. Even with out experience you're built a lot tougher than most of these girls. Since it payed better too, I studied up on wrestlein and learned the basics and gave it a shot. Best thing I ever did." She beamed proudly and grabbed Satomi's chin. "Cause I woulda never met ya if i hadn't. "

"Even with all that, those hard times and wanderin around like a darn fool, I think that I did good. And I still think I can make my dreams come true. Yer situation seems pretty dire, but ya can't go lookin at it liek a hole yer never gonna climb out of. Think of it as a basement to the new house of your life. It's a foundation for better things. You'll get out of it." She squeezed her hand. "An I'll help ya if ya want. I want ta help ya." She then grinned. "Cause I think that machine shop would look just great with a big ol lab stickin outta it."

At first, Satomi just kept her eyes trained on the floor, her legs dangling over the edge of the bed as she just thought about her situation getting here. Even tohugh Nikolette was the only person she told a few details to, Satomi left a lot out. There were details to her story she didn't dare tell, afraid that her newest friend would hate her eternally for her sins. Science was a pursuit of knowledge in search for answers to many of lifes mysteries, but when she worked with Sindertech... the young scientist had commited atrocities that she could never forget, even though she wanted to bury them forever. Maybe one day she would trust Nikolette in knowing them, when they were close enough that her opinion on her wouldn't change. But right now, they were pursueing this as something new, having only met today, and rapidly growing feelings for one another. Even in her darkness, Satomi felt a bit of light from being with Nikolette, the girl really meant a lot to her...

As Nikolette explained her story though, Satomi slowly looked back up at Nikolette, her olive eyes gazing at Nikolette from behind the lens of her large round glasses with a sparkle of interest, soon growing impressed and full of respect as she heard her story. Satomi was never one for sharing much, so she left out so many details, but Nikolette, the girl wasn't afraid to express herself like an open book, leaving Satomi with a broad horizon of Nikolette's life, really getting to understand her and how she got here. It was amazing really, and it made Satomi think a lot about how fortunate she was to at least have a somewhat normal upbringing, ...even if she was estranged from her family now. It still sounded like Nikolette had it really tough, but kept positive through it all; the girl was just amazing.

And then, when she mentioned about opening a shop, and putting a lab there with it, Satomi's eyes widened and sparkled, before suddenly, she practically shoved and leapt into Nikolette's chest, wrapping her arms tightly around her, her chin and neck nestling into the girl's breasts as she hugged her tightly. "That would mean the world to me!" Satomi said with the most optimistic tone she had yet, truly sounding cheerful from the bottom of her heart. "I-I can't beleive all you went through too... a-and the fact that you're hear now, and you and I are.... w-well, it's just.." Her frantic stuttering mixed with a cheerful tone to it had stopped for just a moment, as she kept herself close, never letting go before her eyes met Nikolette's again, looking up from the girl's comfortable breasts, as her glasses slid a little off the edge of her nose. But just as quick as she paused, she just smiled, breathing out a lighthearted sigh of releif. "This is just so much so quick.. I feel like it's some sort of dream and I.. I'm really glad you feel and think that way. I would want nothing more than to work with you. I can already see it now... can't you?"

Nikolette grinned at Satomi as she was practically knocked over by the scientist's enthusiasm. She hugged her tightly in return, pressing the bespectacled girl into her bosom, sharing the joy that Satomi was eminating. In the pause between Satomi's excited stammering, Nikolette spoke calmly, keeping her own joy in check enough to speak. "It's great!" She exclaimed.

She pulled Satami at half arms length to look at her and lifted her hand up and pushed her glassess back up her nose. "I guess it's kinda fast." She agreed. "But I ain't got anything i need ta wait around for right? Got to get while the gettin's good. It's a dream fer me but I ain't the kind a person ta sit 'round dreamin. I'm a doer an this is exactly what i want. Can't worry bout how things'll turn out cause then yer risking them turning out the way you kept dwellin on."

She then pulled Satomi close again. "I can see it definitely!" She said. "Big ol furnaces and all that hot melted metal everywhere. All those gears and electronics. Sweat and heat..." She leaned in and nuzzled her cheek against Satomi's and of course all those chemicals and samples in the sterile part of the compound." She grinned. "It's gonna be hard when we have to go back and forth." She said with a grin. "I don't wanna track soot and dirt into yer lab."

The thought of having her lab connected with Nikolette's machine shop was really beginning to become a vivid picture in Satomi's mind. The thought of it was something she could hardly contain her enthuisiasm about, and she felt gung-ho about making this happen as soon as possible. However, at that same moment, mixing with her enthuisiasm, there was also that comfort. The comfort of just being here by Nikolette, feeling her so close, and knowing she had a person she could trust and be with, it felt like a truly good turn for the young scientist, as she blinked when Nikolette adjusted her glasses, and smiled again.

"We could make it happen. I see so many things between you and I, so much.. that we could practically grab a star and pluck it from the sky." Saying that, Satomi actually reached her hand up for a moment, before closing a loose fist, like she had just caught something. "We can make it work, it'll be hard keeping me out of your shop when I know you're there, but we can make this really become something if we put some of our winnings towards making it." The thought of it all really put Satomi in a kindled state of enthuisiasm, as she snuggled close to Nikolette, still smiling as she felt the girl's cheek against her own. Slowly, she started to turn her head though, so they could be face to face. "Besides, even if you do make a mess when you enter the lab, it'll give me an excuse... to do this." And then, as Satomi finally turned all the way to look at Nikolette, there faces barely an inch from one another since they were just snuggling so close, she found a bit of courage and made her move, lightly pressing her small, soft lips right onto Nikolette's, letting it linger to see what Nikolette would do from the situation, closing her eyes, silently praying she would allow her to deepen the kiss.
