Fright Fight Main Event - Onigashima Vs. Imperial Order(C) : Tag Team Title Trick or Street Fight

In what was yet another odd demonstration of teamwork and symmetry between the loathed tag-team champions, both Gwendolyn and Akiha had decided on virtually the exact same manner of offense as they both began blatantly choking their demonic opponents. Akiha by means of her newly acquired Kendo stick, and Gwendolyn by simply using the nearby middle ropes before straddling the red oni's neck. It was a position that best exemplified just how much of a rotten start the fan-favorite challengers had gotten off to, though the rallying cheers from the audience never died down despite the oni's lamentable state.

Gwendolyn smirked haughtily upon unseating herself from the back of Shizuka's head, the heiress than patting down the side of her thigh as if she were flicking away dirt or grime from her fanciful dress. Her sense of smug superiority and blinding insistence towards indulging herself in the holiday spirit preventing her from quickly capitalizing on the red oni's obvious vulnerability. Instead, she would perform a another fanciful twirl in place behind the red oni before stopping in place and pointing her starry wand towards Shizuka in yet another dramatic pose.

"Ha~...Perhaps now you wicked demoness' have seen the error of your deplorable ways and the futility of opposing the resplendent cuteness of Mahou Shoujo Gwendolyn~...You but need to submit to the referee to repent for your crimes and acknowledge yourselves as unworthy of basking before her evanescent beauty and majesty~..." Gwendolyn elegantly stated with a pompous smile before stepping back up to clamp onto Shizuka's red hair to lift her back up for an attempted Irish whip across the ring.

Akiha had managed to sit on her opponent back and place the kendo stick around Yukari. While both her and Gwendolyn were performing similar kind of attacks and many would see them being in unison as a tag team, this was actually far from the truth, the crimson hair wrestler was now only thinking about herself and her opponent. She kept pulling back despite the resistance that the blue oni was putting up.

“I thought we could keep this professional, sure a few basic insults here and there, like how you are better but you just had to bring that topic up. You are going to apologize and beg for forgiveness to me about what you said, otherwise...” said Akiha as she would then give an evil smirk and pull back even more with the kendo stick before then giving her opponent a bit of air so she could speak and give an apology and beg.

Getting a kendo stick on her throat and then pulled from behind was something that Yukari didn't want to suffer any time of a day, and when she heard Akiha's words, she was regretting her choice of words. When she thought about it again, it was wrong to insult someone's body just because things got tougher for her and her partner. Still trying her best to lessen the pain by trying to pull the stick away from her throat, she tried to speak to her tormentor. "Gaaakh...!! F-fine, sorry!! M-my fault!! D-didn't know... hrgh...!" She was having difficulty forming words due to the kendo stick pressing against her neck. When Akiha gave her a bit of air, she continued, "...y-you're g-gonna t-take that... brghghh... p-personally!!" She was forced to apologize for her lack of tact earlier, and while it's not a sign of her submission, she still hated it that she was forced to apologize because of such a minor gaffe. Admitting her own fault in the most embarrassing way was the worst way of admitting one's fault.

As for Shizuka, she groaned, catching a few words spoken by her partner and their opponents. "Urgh..." She hoped that Yukari wasn't submitting to them, otherwise that would result in their defeat early in this match. Coughing up some spittle after getting herself choked by the middle rope, she was trying to recover and regain her wit when Gwendolyn went to grab her hair. Shizuka didn't particularly pay much attention to Gwendolyn's long-winded speech about her being a magical girl and stuff like that due to her trying to recover earlier. And now that she was pulled away from the ropes, Shizuka had no choice but to go with the motion to prevent hurting herself more.

Still disoriented, Shizuka was then sent running across the ring, and she quickly pivoted herself so that her back would touch the opposite ropes and hooked her arms over the top rope, stopping her motion altogether. Shaking the last bit of cobwebs off her head, she then noticed several items placed not too far from her. It happened that she saw a custard pie next to her leg, and an idea formed inside her head. Unhooking her arms off the top rope, she would quickly scoop up the pie and look at Gwendolyn. Without wasting any second, she would sprint over to the blonde heiress, planning to use this new item as her weapon.

"Eat some pie, fancy-butt!!!" Shizuka yelled out as she would attempt to commit the oldest slapstick action in history on Gwendolyn, aiming to smash the custard pie onto that smug face of hers with the same strength of a clothesline takedown.

Her typical pompous braggadocio aside, Gwendolyn still felt no earthly reason to interpret this utterly preposterous matchup as anything more than an opportunity for her to demonstrate her flamboyant flair for the theatrical as well as have a modicum of dare she say...fun. Her lackadaisical approach could hardly be considered unwarranted given her team was gallivanting around in fanciful costumes while squaring off with mere fledgling newcomers who were no doubt chosen due to their ludicrous wrestling gimmick.

And it was with that carefree demeanor that Gwendolyn made her fanciful, magical-girl declaration. The heiress showing her commitment to her craft by refusing to break character even while taunting the exasperated red oni and at the risk of providing her ample time to recover and concoct a plan of her own. The pompous aristocrat than tugging Shizuka off of the middle rope for a sprinting Irish Whip across the ring. She intended to greet the fleet-footed oni with a swift bicycle kick once she returned to the middle of the ring...but instead frowned when she noticed Shizuka having stopped herself and was hesitating against the ropes. Gwendolyn scoffed and took some power strides towards the red oni before having her world explode in a splattering mixture of custard cream and well-baked crust!!

"HMGFH!!" Gwendolyn's muffled hollering accompanying the panicked flailing of her arms as she collapsed backward to complete the comedic pratfall. Throngs of audience cheering at seeing the splattering spectacle unfold before them, the heiress herself than eerily raising herself back to a seated position. The silver tray would slide off of her face and enable her to wipe the white custard from her glaring eyes, now centering solely on Shizuka with the same fiery indignation Akiha had harbored towards Yukari.

"You're MINE...*ptuh*..." Gwen snarled out while spitting out whatever pie remnants was on her lips, though the gobs of cream were still obstructing her vision somewhat...

Having the Kendo stick and making her opponent gasp for air, bring a small amount of satisfaction but nowhere near the amount she wanted. Giving her opponent a bit of breathing room, Akiha then heard her apologize. Sure it technically wasn't a submission but in her mind, it was just as good as one, she had beaten her opponent and made her take back her words and apologize for it, this was a major victory in her book.

“Maybe next time, you will think twice when you say something disrespectful, now then back to the match!” stated the Crimson hair Japanese wrestler as she dropped the Kendo stick, allowing her opponent to catch her breath. Yet the Japanese Crusader was not going to stop attacking Yukari. Akiha would attempt to grab her opponent hair, if successful, she would then attempt to bash her head several times on the canvas, trying to stun her opponent.

Yukari coughed when she was finally released from being choked by the kendo stick, but Akiha didn't stop attacking her. Yukari's blue hair was grabbed by the Japanese wrestler, causing her to squeal out in pain before her face was bashed onto the mat several times. "Uuunnf!! Unnnfh! Unnfh!!" Her face hurt a lot, and she closed her eyes tightly, trying to endure the vicious attacks from Akiha.

Meanwhile, Shizuka managed to successfully take Gwendolyn down with a pie to her face, which was something that the crowd was enjoying. "Yosha!!!" The red oni threw her fist into the air. Seeing that Gwendolyn was still busy with getting rid some of the cream off her face, Shizuka decided to indulge in some childish taunt for a bit, pulling down her lower eyelid and sticking out her tongue. "Nyeeh!" And she would immediately turn around in order to distance herself, only to see her teammate, Yukari, having her face bashed repeatedly onto the mat by Akiha.

Immediately after that, Shizuka would quickly rush over to both Yukari and Akiha, attempting to deliver a bicycle kick to Akiha's face in order to stop her from attacking Yukari even further.

Immediate flashbacks began pouring through Gwen's infuriated thoughts as she wiped the creamy frosting from her posh visage. The heiress incapable of not drudging up the appalling memory of being plastered in the face by Alaina's multi-teared cake during her Creme De La Creme promo. In what was becoming a dreadfully reoccurring theme at this point, Gwendolyn gnashed her teeth from once again suffering such a mortifying indignity. And all to the laughing amusement of these uncivilized cretins in the audience.

When Gwen did finally flick away whatever pastry remnants were obscuring her vision, Gwendolyn perked up with a befuddled glance once she noticed Shizuka was nowhere to be found. That was until Gwen looked to the side to notice the red oni going on a direct beeline to her crimson-haired partner repeatedly who was smashing Yukari's face into the canvas. Gwendloyn's right eye twitched in restrained rage from Shizuka daring to turn her back on her, the heiress than opting to make her own dashing rush towards Shizuka from behind after climbing back to her feet. Though she wouldn't arrive in time to rescue her partner, she would arrive in time to securely fasten her arms around the red oni's petite waist.

"It's dreadfully bad manners to turn your back on a lady..." Gwendolyn bitterly uttered into Shizuka's ear while weighing herself down heavily against the red oni. The heiress than bucking her hips while attempting to pitch her opponent overhead in a bridging German suplex attempt, one that was balanced on her tip toes for in what was unexpectedly the first pin attempt of the match.

"One!"

Akiha was now smashing her opponent face right into the ground. She knew with each blow she was weakening her opponent. It also felt good to get more payback on Yukari. Yet because she was so focused blue oni, she didn't notice the other one making her way to her. The Crimson hair wrestler would not even feel the blow at first when it connected. The kick would send her rolling a bit before she stopped around the ropes. The crimson hair wrestler would exhale and hold her head for a second before grabbing onto the ropes and trying to get on her hands and knees. At the moment her head was hurting too much for her to pay much attention to the rest of the match.

Yukari had her poor face repeatedly bashed onto the mat by Akiha, disorienting her with each slam. Luckily, she was saved by the timely intervention from her partner, Shizuka, whose bicycle kick managed to send Akiha rolling towards the ropes.

"Yukari-chan, are you alright?" Shizuka asked as she reached down to grab her friend by her arm. Without her knowing it, Gwendolyn, face crusted with cream and custard, was approaching her from behind. Yukari, who was about to thank her partner, saw the blonde coming, and she shouted at Shizuka to warn her.

"Shizuka-chan, behind you!!" But she was a bit late when Gwendolyn managed to grab Shizuka by her waist. When Shizuka realized the arms wrapping around her, she had been heaved up and then back, crashing down onto the mat by the German suplex!

"Aughh!!" Shizuka cried out in pain as she landed on the back of her shoulders and head harshly. When Gwendolyn went for a bridge, the Aka-Oni realized that she was in trouble.

"TWO!"

Quickly regaining her wit, Shizuka would kick out of the pinfall attempt, getting her shoulders off the mat and stopping the referee from finishing her count. She would buck herself up, trying to get the blonde to let go of her. Still, the suplex left her a little dazed.

Seeing that her partner wasn't in immediate danger at the moment, Yukari would look for a suitable weapon, glancing at the direction of Akiha so that she wouldn't get herself ambushed by her.

Scoring an actual pinfall on the rambunctious red-demoness was actually the farthest thing on Gwendolyn's mind as she pitched Shizuka overhead for a bridging German Suplex. Achieving due vengeance for being embarrassed by her slapstick shenanigans was, however...with winning the match being a pleasant bonus. Gwendolyn's perfectly balanced and arching frame maintained it's stability until the red oni found the wherewithal to unbalance the pin attempt and prevent her team from suffering the indignity of being defeated while the match was still in it's infancy.

Gwendolyn collapsed downward but was back on her feet soon afterwards, a menacing glower directed towards Shizuka that was rather hard to make out through all of the remaining cream and custard still caked over her dignified visage. Her right boot than grinding firmly against Shizuka's cheek as the privileged noblewoman ground the red oni's face into the canvas.

"Hmph~...do me a kindness, and remain right where you are. Your proper disciplining will continue unabated once I tend to what matters most~..." Gwendolyn pompously stated with a snooty tone before stepping up and over the fallen oni. The prideful aristocrat striding towards ringside where she began demanding someone fetch her a wet towel to wipe off all of the lemon pie from her face. A timid worker seated beside the announcer's desk willingly complying by handing Gwen a towel they had stashed away that she now began using liberally.
