Modern Day Warriors - 'Demon' Masuyo Ai vs. Saikawa 'The Samurai' Saigo

The Demon kept herself on her back as she recovered from Saikawa’s assault. She was starting to get an idea of just how this woman got so far in her career. Masuyo dabbled in kenjutsu herself once upon a time and understood fully the importance of aggression. But even so, the Samurai had found a way to take that mentality to new heights.

Literally.

Masuyo cracked an eye open, hearing the excitement from the crowd build and noticing Saikawa scale the turnbuckle. Seems she was getting pretty confident with her momentum. Maybe a little too confident. A crime that Masuyo herself wasn’t entirely free of.

A wicked smirk overtook her face when she witnessed the Samurai finally take her plunge from the top rope. Her opponent may have been a master with a sword, but she was still new to the ring. As the woman descended down with her elbow drop, Masuyo rolled to the right towards the barricade just short of impact, intent on showing Saikawa the consequences of inexperience.
