Caroline Brookes vs. Lucy Stone

After eating concrete for what had felt much longer than ten seconds, Caroline could have kissed the canvas as Lucy rolled her onto it. The reunion with the ring was bittersweet, though. With her scalp burning, head throbbing, and mind clouded, Caroline struggled to tell up from down long enough to rise to her feet. The most significant damage, however, was definitely in her right arm, which ached from her shoulder to the tips of her bruised fingers. There was no reason to think that Lucy would stop pounding that arm, but it already hurt enough that Caroline was going to have to favor the rest of her body when she tried to attack.

When Lucy confronted her, Caroline reacted by shooting Lucy a hostile glare, the purple bruise on her forehead growing visible where it had been driven into the steel steps. If the Demon approached, Caroline would start to backpedal slowly, forcing her to close in further if she wanted to press her attack. Was the Tennessean scared, retreating to protect her arm? It certainly looked that way, given that she was clutching it to her chest.

As her back started getting close to one of the turnbuckles, however, Caroline would straighten up a little. Her retreat had been a faint, trying to get Lucy to come after her. When the Demon got within a few feet, Caroline would suddenly hop forward, twist her body sideways, and kick up one of her legs, trying to clobber Lucy between the eyes with the most audacious high kick that the audience would see that night – made all the more audacious by how easy it would be to duck under if Lucy hadn't been fooled by Caroline's feint.

Lucy would see Caroline start to back up as she did and shield her arm, it certainly looked as if she wanted to escape the demon but...Lucy wasn't one to be so easily fooled. Caroline hadn't shown and demure side to herself or any cowardice so far in the match, in fact she'd given Lucy more than enough trouble. Trouble enough for Lucy to be very cautious of her foe.

Seeing her press herself up against that corner post, Lucy was just waiting for something to happen....and then it did! That kick of hers sailed up into the air and Lucy would narrowly duck her head underneath it! Whipping across the air above her head and even a few strands of the redhead's hair. She would had widened eyes through the whole ordeal as it seemed as if she might have narrowly avoided a game ending kick!

Stepping forward she would try and grab Caroline's head and slam the back of it against the steel ring post, trying to clean her clock and hopefully leave the blond dazed!

Caroline exhaled, a despairing sigh, as she saw Lucy glide beneath her attempted kick. Her spry opponent was fast, too fast for the winded country girl to keep up with. Getting her leg back on the ground and regaining balance took too long for Caroline to offer any sort of defense as Lucy swept in for her counterattack, gripping Caroline's head tight and throwing it back against the corner of the ring!

“Gah!” Caroline sputtered as her skull rattled with the impact, the back of her head thrumming with pain. Too dizzy to move, Caroline sunk into a seated position in the corner, clutching the back of her head and shaking it side to side as spots danced in the peripherals of her vision. The hazy visage of Lucy Stone still greeted her, however, as the rough redhead took in the sight of her increasingly helpless rival.

Narrowly avoided what could have spelled defeat for the young Demon, Lucy took the window of opportunity that had presented itself to her and took a hold of the country girl's head and banged it right against the corner turnbuckle. The city girl that was Lucy watched the blond sink against the corner onto her butt, looking rather dazed. Just like she wanted!

Lucy would reach down for a handful of that blond mane and yank on it to try and pull the woman up to her feet. Looking to then pull her away from the corner and then drop lower, trying to press her shoulder against Caroline's midsection before rushing forward, trying to drive her back into the steel corner post! Looking to keep taking the fight out of the country girl that had so far proven to be more trouble than Lucy had ever expected.

“Ahh!” Caroline cried in distress as Lucy's fist closed around her hair, getting a firm grip. The trip back to her feet was bumpy, with Lucy having to give her hair more than one firm tug to motivate the blonde back to her feet. She was exhausted, and the back of her head was still pulsing from the wallop it had taken on the turnbuckle. Stumbling forward, Caroline was quickly re-introduced to the corner when the Demon aligned her shoulder with Caroline's stomach and drove her straight back.

“Uhf!” Caroline gagged with the impact, folded in half against Lucy's shoulder as she drilled Caroline's back and stomach with the same move. With Lucy hunched, Caroline's top half tipped forward, her boobs pressing into Lucy's back as the blonde coughed for breath. Her hands scrabbled for purchase, and they both found the small of Lucy's back, where her fingernails dug in. Since Lucy's outfit didn't protect the lower half of her back, Caroline decided to punish her for that, raking her nails up Lucy's body to leave a set of tractor lines up her spine!

Lucy smirked as she nailed Caroline towards the corner and drove that back of hers against the steel post while digging her shoulder into Caroline's stomach, she had hoped that it would take the fight out of the blond, but it looked as if she was far more feisty and tough than Lucy gave her credit for!

As those nails of hers dug into the exposed back of the redhead and then raked up and left some nice red lines as Caroline got a fair bit of skin with her under those finger nails! Lucy would howl out in pain, a sharp yelp..."Aaaah!" surprised and in pain she would quickly scramble back and away from Caroline as she'd arch her back and wince from the pain.

With Lucy stumbling back, Caroline saw the best chance she would ever get to turn this match in her favor. Her right arm was killing her after being worked over by Lucy, and she was exhausted, but the Demon wasn't exactly fresh either. If the rookie could just catch her off guard with a single big impact, it might give her the chance to lock in a submission good enough to put Lucy away!

Stomping out from the corner, Caroline could briefly be seen giving her right shoulder a firm rub to bring the hurting arm back to life before she swung her right fist upwards, trying to clobber Lucy in the chin with a hard uppercut! With luck, it would snap Lucy's head up and expose her neck just long enough for Caroline's other hand to reach out and grab it tight, squeezing her windpipe with punishing force. Bracing her weak hand against Lucy's back, Caroline sucked in a deep breath and tried to summon the strength to lift her up for a devastating chokeslam!

Lucy was surprised that Caroline was able to fight her way out of the hold and now as she was stumbling it seemed as if the blonde had something brewing. Trying to adjust herself and shake her head to clear the cobwebs, she was instead met with a nasty uppercut! Her chin smashed by that rising fist of the blonde!

"Nngh!" Lucy grunted as she was sent stumbling backwards....but she didn't get very far, as the hands of Caroline shot around her neck next. Grabbing her and lifting her up into the air before she brought Lucy down brutally hard onto her back. " Guuauh!" The redhead let out as she was slammed down by that chokeslam.

Caroline didn't quite believe it when she landed the chokeslam, but the evidence was all there. She saw her opponent's lithe frame leave the canvas, and felt the crash resonate through her forearms as she slammed Lucy down, the ground beneath their feet quaking with the force. Somehow, her last ditch effort to stay in the match had succeeded!

Wasting no time, Caroline leapt forward and dropped her body across Lucy's, hooking a leg for the pin! Her eyes were wide, and her muscles tense, as the referee started a count to the raucous backdrop of the audience.

“One!”

“Two!”

Lucy was down flat on her back after that mighty Chokeslam, a move that had surprised her greatly! She laid there with her back aching and her mind in disarray after the devastating blow. She gasped and coughed out a bit...then suddenly a weight came down on top of her frame.

The body of Caroline placed on top of her and her leg was hooked as the referee would start the pin count...

The first count came and went and so did the second one...but as the hand of the referee came up into the air for the third time and was about to be brought down, Lucy's body would buck! Shifting to the right as she would break the pin attempt and kick out! Still gasping for air and panting from the pain.
