My god Lana's outfit. So hot.

That match, while not steller, wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Lana's still green, but she could improve with time, and it made a nice little time filler title challenge as we await for the next challenger.

I can already tell people online are going to crucify this match, but personally, I'm loving it.

No, its not a modern day classic, no its "not as good as Omega/Okada", but its a damn fine old school classic match. This entire match is basically a tribute to the kind of main event matches that St. Louis became a famous wrestling town for, and as a big fan of the classic old school matches, I am LOVING this.


Edit: To clarify, St. Louis is an OLD wrestling town, and was a hot spot for main event matches back in the days of territory wrestling. This match is emulating the style and kind of old school main event matches you would have seen back in the territory days, and as you can hear, the crowd loves and appreciates this.

ok so that last stretch was more WWE than old school St. Louis, but take that out and it was a really good old school style match, and the table spots were fun.

That was fun.

This is the RIGHT choice to make, as all those other guys (except Ziggler) can easily get to the main title themselves without it.

The problem for Corbin is that the next champion will probably be John Cena. When he returns at the 4th of July he will make more cheese than thousand cows could give milk for in a single day and defeat the evil foreigner in a title chance out of nowhere.

Ok, several people now have been allowed to defeat Cena clean. But Baron Corbin? The patriotic championship of Cena will probably be defended very hard by the bookers, so a third party will interfere to cost Cena the belt and make Corbin look like a guy that can´t do the job on its own. Not exactly how you want your monster/big guy heel champion look like. A guy of his size can back down out of a fight, but he can´t do it like RUN OWENS RUN did it without looking like a dork.

After that article about how much of a clusterfuck planning around MitB is, its not the biggest worry in the world that Baron won. It's a multi-man ladder match, its not like he's beating them clean in 5 minutes or anything.
