Adrian Kytes vs Navi Florges

Adrian's attack on her outside the ring took a lot more than Navi thought. By the time the blonde pushed herself to her knees, not only was the ref counting to 7, but her opponent was already back to her feet, and quickly approaching her.

Adrian would grab a handful of her blonde mane in an attempt to yank her up, Navi hissing in pain as she quickly stood up from the pull.

Almost on instinct, Navi's hand shot for Adrian's own hair, trying to reach for her ponytail and hardly tug on it in retaliation:

"Let...go...now!"

"aaAAAH!" Adrian shrieked in protest as her head was pulled back by the ponytail, her chin shooting skyward as her neck was cranked back in an attempt to even out some of the pressure to not be entirely on her scalp leaving the former cosplayer dangerously off-balance. "YouLetGo!" the brunette yelped for lack of a better comeback, keeping an iron grip on the blonde locks. What started as a wrestling match had decended into a catfight and neither competitor seemed to be interested in re-raising the bar to a level of respectable competition. Not when hair was on the line.

Both competitors viciously pulled on each other's hair, and neither of them was willing to let it go, as the competitive spirit between them slowly transitioned into disdain for each other. The French blonde increased her grip on the American brunette's hair, pulling her away from her face a little bit...before:

"You...FIRST!", she screamed loudly as she duck her head and pushed it forward, aiming her forehead right for her opponent's nose for a hard headbutt!

Adrian snarled and yanked and was content to continue this struggle until Navi relented or until the heat death of the universe, whichever came first, until her lovely plan was interrupted by the sound and feel of skulls crashing together, the French woman's forehead neatly colliding just above the bridge of the former Hardcore champion's nose.

On reflex, Adrian let go and staggered back, a few strands of blonde hair scattering to the arena winds as she was left stumbling on the outside with a hand on her nose and her hair still in Navi's grasp.

Still growling despite her hair being released, Navi didn't  even notice that Adrian actually managed to get a few strands of her hair out of her scalp with how hard she was pulling. All she wanted to do was to hurt the former champion right now, beat her to the pulp to...

"NIIIIIIINE!"

Navi's head got slightly clearer at the count of 9. Both of them were about to get counted out. Draw was the worst possible scenario in her current predicament...

...winning by countout was in the close second, wanting to definitively beat the woman no matter what it took.

Still holding the brunette by her hair, Navi hardly yanked on it as she herself rolled into the ring, trying to get the dazed ex-champion into the ring to break the count, and to keep the match going!

Adrian took advantage of the brief pause in the action as Navi noticed the referee's count to rub the bridge of her nose. Her head was still spinning from the headbutt with the additional advantage of not hearing what number the ref had gotten to. Uncaring about the impending count out as the blonde headed towards the ring apron, Adrian pulled back on the grasping hand and raised her boot, trying to catch Navi right in the chin.

"...what the----AAAAH!"

Right as Navi attempted to roll back into the ring, Adrian would pull on Navi's arm, that was still holding the brunette's hair hostage. Right as the blonde came close to her foe, the former champion would raise her boot, nailing Navi right on her jaw with a hard kick!

Releasing Adrian's hair from captivity, the blonde barely caught herself on the ring apron...before she accidentally slipped off, barely catching herself on both her hands. With her mind dazed by Adrian's kick her vision went fuzzy, and her hearing dulled, as ref started calling the 10th count of the ring out countdown!

"Wooooo!" Adrian let out as she staggered forward free of Navi's grasp. Her ears were ringing, she hurt in pretty much every possible place she could hurt, but it was all worth it. Wobbling all the way to the ring apron, the former cosplayer groaned as she managed to roll herself in before slinging an arm over the bottom rope. "Okay... Eleven..." She counted to herself, unaware to the referee rushing to the timekeeper to announce the match a draw until she heard the bell ring. "Wait... what?" Adrian mumbled through the mid-fight haze.

"TEN!"

Despite the ringing in her ears, Navi clearly heard the final count of the 2 women being outside the ring. A quiet: "No...", escaped her lips, right before:

DING DING DING!

...the bell, signalling the end of the match, let itself known.

Lifting herself up by her hands, she looked up...to see that Adrian didn't make it into the ring either. The match ended with a draw, and the ex-champion deprived her of the opportunity to beat her.

"Grrrrrrrr...you...fucking idiot...", she swore at the former cosplayer, trying to roll into the ring and lift herself back up to her feet, her tired brain already scrambling to make up the long and loud tongue lashing towards Adrian and the result of this match...

"What? WHAT!?" Adrian screamed as the timekeeper rang the bell. "This is Japan! We get till Twenty here! Twenty! It's in the rulebook! I'm... well... This is all your fault!" The former cosplayer rounded on the blonde with an accusing finger. "I'm not an idiot! I'm the smart one here! It's you who's stupid! With your... stupid idiot-ness." The combination of the match and the shock decision had evidently done a number on Adrian's ability to form cohesive thoughts and arguments.
