Grace Allen vs Maria Tempesta

Grace never saw it coming. She knew danger was close at hand, every instinct she'd ever cultivated in the ring told her that much. But her dazed state and Maria's high flying offense combined to completely blindside her.

There was pain and an explosion of lights sparking before vision that was growing more the a little hazy at the edges. Then, the weightless sensation of flying as the blow sent her halfway across the ring, rolling over once before stopping, laid out on her back.

"Uhnnn..." A low moan was all she could manage, along with a shake of her head as if trying to wake from a bad dream. A light misting of sweat made her cleavage glisten under the arena lights as her breasts heaved up and down.

Maria's move was executed almost flawlessly, her boot meeting Grace's head and sending her crushing onto her back in a dazed heap. Rolling back up to her feet, Maria made a mocking bow to the audience, especially to those who were booing her, before glancing down at the fallen American and seeing the number she had done on her.

Wasting no time, Maria knelt down and straddled Grace's chest for a schoolgirl pin, grabbing one of the other girl's thighs and hooking it back. In an instant, the ref girl was starting the countdown. "ONE...."

For a second that seemed to last for an eternity, Grace was lost in the hazy twilight realm between consciousness and not. She stared up at the glaring arena rights and the crowd was white noise in the background. She felt pressure on her chest, something warm pressing her flat, someone staring down at her....

Then her leg was hooked, leveraging more weight onto her shoulders, and everything snapped back into clear focus. She felt as much as heard the first count, and Grace started thrashing and bucking wildly beneath Maria.

TWO ..

The second count came and she fought even harder, finally managing to rock her shoulder up off the mat to break the pin, though Grace wouldn't stop fighting until she'd actually thrown her opponent off of her!

Grace had clearly been hit hard by that last blow, as evidenced by the fact that the country down reached two. For a moment, Maria dared to believe that this was the winning pinfall-- until Grace thrashed underneath her, getting a shoulder up. Before Maria could even curse, though, Grace kept thrashing, twisting sideways and throwing Maria off of her!

Landing on her butt, Maria gave an irritated growl and rolled back to her feet. Grabbing her opponent by the hair, she turned, trying to whip Grace towards the corner before following after her with a sharp kick aimed at her face!

The world was still tilting this way and that in awkward fashion and Grace Allen was only starting to recover when she was yanked off the mat and whipped into the corner. Her legs moved more our of muscle memory then anything else, and twice she nearly lost all balance and went crashing to the mat. In the end, momentum carried her through and she crashed, back first, against the corner turnbuckle.

"Uungh!" There was pain, sudden and sharp, but it also helped to wake her up after that brutal kick. Just in time to notice the threat of Maria's follow up attack.

There was no time to think, only to react in the most basic manner possible, grabbing the top rope to her left to keep her balance as she rolled out of the corner and of the way of Maria's incoming kick!

Grace was still dazed as Maria whipped her towards the corner, and Maria could practically hear the dull thud as her opponent collided with the turnbuckle. It was a shame that Grace wasn't living up to her name, but hey, as long as one of them was wooing the audience (namely her), Maria was fine with that.

As she zoomed up after Maria, however, leg extended like a fuelling Lance, Grace suddenly spun sideways. Stunned, Maria tried to stop too late, her leg flying between the ropes and skidd8ng painfully against the turnbuckle. Gasping, Maria was left momentarily with her leg trapped between the ropes and, more importantly, vulnerable to whatever counter Grace had in mind.

My turn.

Her head was still throbbing, feeling as if she'd been kicked in the face by a mule, but Grace Allen was wide away now. There was nothing like narrowly avoiding a vicious attack that cleared out the cobwebs and put everything into razor sharp perspective. Realizing that Maria had gotten her leg stuck, Grace made use of her long legs to send a high kick to the back of the luchadora's head, hoping to stun her!

If her blow landed cleanly, Grace would slip up behind her dangerous opponent, hooking her arms underneath Maria's as if to lock in a full nelson hole.

"Oh, your leg stuck, girl? Don't worry, I'll help you out." She leaned close to speak into Maria's ear, before revealing what she really had in mind. Grace would indeed pull Maria's leg free, and then immediately move to arch backwards, trying to lift the other girl up, over and finally crashing down on her neck and shoulders with a dragon suplex.

Maria was still stuck, and still cursing up a storm, when Grace's boot slammed against her skull. Colours exploded across her vision, and she cried out and slumped backward, her long white hair arcing back as she did so. She had been dazed quite thoroughly by Grace's counter attack, and she slumped backward, legs still caught in the ropes and keeping her upright.

She was still dazed as Grace pushed her up and locked her arms. Hearing Grace's taunt past the dazed ringing in her ears, her eyes widened, but before she could do anything, Grace arched back. Maria went flying head over heels, before crashing hard to the mat. Her entire body jolted before she flopped over onto her front, stunned by Grace's brutal move.

Grace leaned against the top rope for a few seconds, catching her breath after getting back to her feet following the suplex. There hadn't been much opportunity to recover in this match with both women going practically nonstop since the bell, and it wasn't over yet. Unwilling to waste an opportunity, she turned and crossed over to where Maria lay prone. Grace bent down to grab the luchadora by her ankles and turn the woman over onto her back, before looking to drag her into position, diagonal to the corner turnbuckle.

If Maria was still too out of it to resist, Grace Allen would return to the corner and live up to her name. She hopped up nimbly onto the middle ropes, jumped again up to the top rope and finally leapt backwards into a perfectly executed moon-sault, aiming to come crashing down across Tempesta's body and possibly go for a pin.

Maria had to admit, that last move from Grace had been impressive. It had also been painful as all hell, but she couldn't deny, she found herself wishing she had done it. Now she would definitely have to wow the crowd by doing something riskier and flashier...as soon as she managed to get back up. Unfortunately, beyond kicking weakly with her left leg at the mat, her body was too stunned and pained right now to do much getting up.

Groaning, she dug her elbows into the mat and tried to roll herself over. Opening her eyes as she flopped onto her back, the first thing she saw was Grace...well, gracefully...arcing down towards her in a moonsault.

"Oh..." was all she managed to say before Grace slammed down on top of her. Her legs jacknifed off the mat from the impact before Maria finally went still, her chest heaving. She felt one of her legs being pulled, and was dimly aware of the countdown beginning in the background.

"ONE...TWO..."

Her spine was aching very badly by this point. It took a lot of willpower on Maria's part to kick out with one leg, but somehow, she managed it. It was fair to say, though, that she was in a bad spot now.
