[ONE] Round One Match: Paige Knight vs Tara Kwan

Tara was in this, but only to an extent. She was out of it, the pain in her spine beyond all comprehension. Had her foes slam forced her that hard upon the canvas, she would of been hurt. But given it was against the corner of such a solid surface, she was in absolute agony.

Flailing her arms wildly, she could but gag as her foe hoisted her up a tad, before pressing that injured back against a knee. Immediately Tara screamed out, bruised back instantly the target for further abuse. To make matters worse, Paige seemingly began to pour everything she had into it, soon starting to turn Tara's body into a perfect curve. Eyes watering at the ungodly pain, Tara could but continue to flail as she held out in defiance, the referee keeping close proximity following the pin as it seemed to soon be all over!

Paige would release Tara after dealing a significant amount of damage. Paige would then go for a quick cover to see if she did enough damage to secure victory. The only problem with that was that when Paige released the Backbreaker Submission Tara rolled closer to the ropes. Paige would go for the cover, and the referee wold get into position to count the pin on Tara. Even if this wasn't the end of the match Paige would force Tara to expend energy to kick out at this point.

The release couldn't come soon enough, as Tara quickly latched onto the obvious fact that her foe too was likely conserving energy. The Korean felt that had she suffered any more spine-based agony in the moments prior to her opponent going for the pin, she would of likely conceded there and then. Back pain does not fade quickly after all, and a win here would push her against another woman who likely bared witness to the ache Tara's spine suffered.

Rolling towards the ropes though, with a little more energy in her than she perhaps could of been left with, she'd simply watch as Paige closed the distance. Playing dead, she offered no response until her bustier foe was atop of her. The moment she was however, attempting to hook her shoulders and legs for the pin, Tara would scream out loudly; both hands going to Paige's own left, as she tried to bring it up and back behind her foes own back, in a quick kamura lock!

The crowd and referee equally going ballistic, given both the fact the Korean seemed to have life in her, and the fact her legs were blatantly touching the ropes. Tara didn't care, she needed to damage, and fast!

Paige, the referee, and the AFW crowd were shocked as Tara locked Paige in the Kimura Lock. "AAAAAAARRRRGGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!" Paige screamed out in pain as Tara was seemingly close to snapping her arm as she tried to endure the hold, as her foot on the rope as the referee would begin the 5 count. "1!!...2!!...3!!...4!!" If Tara didn't release the hold she'd be disqualified, but if Tara released Paige. Paige would roll to the outside of the ring to tend to her hurt arm from the Kimura Lock. This could be a detriment for the match, but also could make Paige's arm a target for attack if she continued in the tournament.

The Kimura was the definition of desperate, but it was perhaps that which made the pain so potent. Tara twisted her foes arm as hard as possible, screaming all the while to match her foe as she forced herself to fight back. If she didn't, that would of been it, there and then, no doubt about it. To Paige's luck, had Tara being any stronger, she would of perhaps found her arm twisted out of shape for months to come, let alone the night ahead.

The Korean soon fell to the ground, her spine still feeling as if it was in pieces as her foe made the escape. She'd pushed the lock to the maximum, holding onto the very last second to force maximum damage. Now, she had to force herself up to capitalise. Easier said than done when walking felt a task in itself.

Sliding out of the ring feet first, Tara wobbled on uneasy legs as she gripped the apron. She'd soon try to follow suite, walking after her injured foe with the slowest of paces.

"Sorry...busty...gotta put you...on your back for good!"

Both women were firing on all cylinders. Paige had targeted Tara's back, and Tara targeted Paige's arm. Tara would follow Paige to the outside of the ring to continue this hard found match. "Come on then, bring it ON!!!!" Paige said as she got back up to her feet to try and nail Tara in her chest with some Knife Edge Chops with her good arm. If Paige's strikes found their mark, she'd try to Irish Whip Tara into the steel steps on the corner of the ring.

Closing in on her foe without a plan nor full stability, Tara would find her extending arms grabbing nothing but air as a good few chops to her frame made what little fat was on the girl jiggle. Had her hand not immediately latched onto the apron, she'd of likely fallen back down there and then, much to the satisfaction of the nearby members of the audience apparently satisfied at the slapping of the Korean.

Stunned but still standing, Tara soon found her arm gripped firmly with force put behind it. Ever keen to avoid collision with steel however, she'd instead aim to jump just at the last second, almost flipping in the air over the top of the stairs themselves. She'd land with a noticeable thud to the canvas past the stairs, but such was much more preferential than the stairs themselves.

Paige managed to toss Tara over the steps and causing the Korean woman to land on the outside floor near the announce table. Paige would go toward the announce table with an idea in mind. This was the ONE tournament, and what better way than to give the fans at home something to talk about. Paige would get to the announce table to start to strip the announce table of it's monitors and wires to prep for what she wanted to do. Paige was close to a one armed woman but she wanted to do something memorable. She'd try to position Tara's head in between her thighs, and would attempt to hoist Tara up in the air for a Powerbomb through the announce table as the referee got up to a 5 count for the ring out count.

There was no good possible reason Paige could of been hoisting the pinkette as she was. Even if she didn't intend to put Tara outright through the table, it could still be used to devastating effect with a few small slams or via banging the girls head against it like it was a drum. Tara could give no response though, at least for now as Paige dragged her without issue. The moment Tara's head was forced between those thighs, it became apparent that there was only one way her foe was intending to have her interact with said table. Hoisted up without issue, it was only as Tara sat upon the beauties shoulders, that she began to fight back.

"Kyaa!!" Roaring, she'd bring her fist down against her foes cheek, repeatedly as if her very life depended on it, trying her absolute best to make Paige buckle and release her from such a dangerous position!

Paige found it hard to be able to hoist up Tara to her shoulders when her arm had sustained significant damage from the Kimura Lock from earlier. As Paige tried to straighten Tara on her shoulders so she could prepare to break Tara through the announce table but Paige would then take a barrage of fists to her skull causing her to crumble and land backwards back first onto the floor. Tara would land on her feet and Paige had a sense of urgency as she tried to make it back to her feet as the referee got to 7 count for the count out.
