Moe Fukuoka (debut) vs Julia Hiroshi

Moe would be thoroughly stretched by the blunette. Her howls of pain echoed as Julia pushed her to limits she didn't even realize she had! Despite being decisively on the losing end of this match at the moment, there were few in the crowd that held out hope for Moe. After having her chest and back wrung out for several moments, Julia finally opted to let Moe have a short break. She released her friend/sparring partner and let her upper body hit the canvas. Hiroshi continued to remind her of the ever-present option of submitting.

Julia remained seated on Moe's back. She ruffled the rookie's hair and asked her if she was ready for the next round. Moe panted for a couple seconds before replying. "Y...yeah, I just needed a second was all..." After inhaling one last time, Moe would try to make her move. She'd roll over quickly, attempting to force her foe off her back. If her opponent was stubborn in choosing to remain on top of her, she'd stare up at the gymnast, who would be seated on her stomach instead of her back and throw a right hook towards her cheek to give her more incentive to back off!

Julia was happy to see that Moe still had some fight left in her. She was beginning to thing she had wrung all the fighting spirit from her. She let her foe breath for a few seconds before she was ready to start with round two. "That's what I like to...waaah!" The gymnast started before being interrupted by her opponent. Julia had thought he had thoroughly worn Moe out but it seemed the rookie still had some gas in the tank. The gymnast rolled onto her side and quickly got up to her knees.

"You're really something Moe. Just when I thought I had you beat..." Julia said, partially complimenting her foe and partially complaining. The gymnast slowly rose to her feet and tried to create some distance between the two. She would then wait to see what Moe had planned, if she even had any energy left.

As Julia rolled away and created some distance between the two of them, Moe let out a sigh of relief. Hiroshi was definitely getting the better of her for a while, there. But Moe didn't want to throw in the towel. Especially not now of all times, when she felt she had something to prove to herself and to her opponent. The green clad underdog would plant a foot on the ring floor and then place a hand on her raised knee. She'd slowly push herself up to her feet, breathing deeply and struggling a bit as she did. On her way to her feet, she'd reply to her blue haired foe whilst still panting.

"I....told you.....things would be different this time, right...?" After getting up, she'd assume her fighting stance with her arms out and take a second to complete her thought before approaching Julia. "I'll tell you one thing that won't change, though...I'm not tapping!" As Moe asserted herself with her words, she'd approach her foe and attempt to assert herself with her actions as well. Moe would aim to kick to back of her foe's thigh to disrupt to balance!

Julia raised her eyebrow as she listened to Moe. Aside from a bit more resistance from the rookie, things were going pretty much the same as they had during their spar. "You...you do realize this is going almost exactly like last time right?" The gymnast teased. "Right down to the part where I'm gonna have to knock you out." She continued, laughing slightly as she responded. The bluenette was even hoping she could finish her opponent with the same move but figured it would be best if she tried something else.

Unlike last time, Moe was not being nearly as cooperative this time and landed a kick right to Julia's thigh. The gymnast's leg buckled for a second, causing her to step forward and drop to a knee to catch herself. "Ugh! Ouch!" She complained, clearly unhappy about her trying to prove herself. The girl was starting to become a nuisance that Julia would have to deal with. "That's not enough to keep me down!" She yelled, eventually trying to stand back up and respond with a jab.

Before getting a chance to kick the bluenette, Moe would be subjected to more of her teasing. "Which part's the same? The part where I actually hit you? The part where I escape your holds?!" Moe exclaimed her grievances and protests while Julia regained her footing. And when the gymnast did, she would fire back with a quick jab! A jab that would be scouted by Moe! The rookie would catch Julia's hand and attempt to quickly pull the girl in. She leaped into the air as she did and raised her leg to try to hit Hiroshi with a High Knee strike to the face in the hopes of taking her down!

If successful in knocking Julia down, Moe would hastily to throw herself on top of her friend and rival and further exclaim. "How about the part where I beat you this time instead of the other way around?!" And while she did, the referee would begin the first count and the audience in attendance would begin to cheer and rally behind the brunette yet again!

"ONE!"

Julia's jab missed and she was quickly grabbed and pulled forward. She wanted to respond to Moe's comments but her green clad opponent capitalized on the gymnast's misstep by ramming a knee right into her jaw. "Gaaah!" Julia cried out as she was hit in the face. The strike sent the blue haired girl down to the mat, landing on her back. She clutched her jaw, clearly in pain after Moe's attack.

Suddenly Julia felt Moe jump on her and would groan. "Ugh get off! You're not winning!" She yelled. She would squirm around at first, increasing her efforts once she heard the referee start to count. "N...no way!" Julia gasped as she felt herself being held down. This would only last for another second though she hoped as she put all her effort into kicking out and rolling her opponent off her.

Moe was quick to try to shift the momentum. The brunette managed to capitalize with a small counter when she caught that jab After connecting with a knee to her foe's jaw, she'd follow up on Julia's descent to the canvas by covering her!

But as the referee knelt down to count, Julia would show off her own fortitude and resilience by kicking out before the count of one! The kick out was strong enough to push Moe aside and roll her over once. Moe would take a moment before pushing herself up to her hands and knees and stating. "Urgh...I wasn't even close! Need to try harder! Moe would try to overcome her disappointment and channel it into her desire to beat Julia, even if, right in this very moment, that task seemed more difficult to do than it ever had before.

Julia quickly pushed Moe off of her. She was sorry to disappoint the girl but there was no way she'd be losing to the rookie. "Not close at all." The gymnast teased as she made her way to her feet. "Try again." She said, now circling the girl in hopes of finding an opening. Julia was trying to take her time now. She was starting to feel a bit of fatigue and wasn't going to just jump in and waste her energy.

"Hmmm, well how about this? You can have another chance later after I knock you out?" She offered with a smirk as she slowly approached her foe.  Finally she would go in to lock up with her opponent. So far Moe hadn't been too dangerous to deal with so she was hoping it wouldn't be hard to get the upper hand.

Julia's teasing continued to persist. Moe tried to brush off each of those comments, despite the fact that it became increasingly difficult for her to do so. After all, Julia had a point. Technically, the gymnast had bested her once before. Moe was the rookie with something to prove here, not Julia.

Moe grit her teeth and let out a grrr sound at her opponent's last comment as she approached. The green clad women reciprocated her foe's approach and locked up with her. She would push forward in an attempt to overpower Julia and force her back to the ropes or the corner if she were successful in doing so.

Julia let herself get pushed back into the ropes. She had no desire to test her strength against her opponent as that was a battle she didn't care to win. Instead the gymnast would lean back against the ropes. She quickly reached back to hold the ropes and hopped up before extending her legs and kicking them towards Moe's stomach. She hoped that she could surprise the rookie and land a quick and powerful kick to the gut. "Hah! Don't think I'll just sit back while you overpower me!" She'd yell as she threw the kick.

Julia didn't exactly have a backup plan and would just lunge her whole body towards Moe. She would however hold on to the ropes to at least keep herself from falling regardless of if she connected or not.
