Colette De Beaumont vs Daisuke Takeuchi - showcasing the Ninth wonder of the world

Colette's struggle to a seated position would be more troublesome than she expected, the redhead didn't exactly have low expectations for the AFW but her opponent's strength and technique was way above what she was expecting for her debut match, she had requested a strong opponent, but didn't expect it to be someone as skilled as the Prince. Regardless Colette 's elbow strike seemed to give her an opening, even if the Prince was far exceeding Colette's expectations, she still knew that any wrestler would leave an opening if she put more pressure on them.

Luckily for the redhead her struggles ended up giving her some room to breath as well as giving her a opening for movement, as soon as Colette had some room to work with she would attempt to fit one of her arms between Daisuke's own arms and her head to alleviate the pressure on the sleeper further. If all went according to plan then the wonderchild would attempt to push her hand locked in his sleeper against Daisuke's face to make him face away from the redhead, before then trying to push her feet against the mat to get into a standing position and hopefully force her opponent onto one also.

Colette would then wait until both wrestlers were on their feet before quickly trying to manuever one of her legs behind one of the Princes and trying to wrap both her legs around one of Daisuke's legs, then following up by crossing her own legs together around his and trying to free herself from the sleeper with a drop toe hold. Hopefully the redhead's own arm being locked in the sleeper also would give her more leverage to break the Princes tight sleeper as she fell towards the mat and attempted to take him down with her.

If the wonderchild managed to manuever her way out of the sleeper then she would attempt to keep her legs locked around Daisuke's leg, meanwhile she would try to put her arms at either side of Daisuke's head before then joining her hands together just in front of the Prince's chin before then trying to pull her arms back to lock in an STF. If things had went according to plan then Colette would end up with her front pressing into Daisuke's back as she pulled back on his chin to try and deal as much damage as possible.

" You're technique is amazing, but I'm not giving up yet! I hope you'll return that favour" Colette would say, finally responding to her opponent's taunts only after things looked to be in her favour. Even if she managed to lock in the hold Colette knew there was no way Daisuke was tapping out to this now, the Wonderchild was a good enough wrestler herself to identify a strong opponent and could already tell this was going to be a tough match for her.

For a rookie Colette didn't really seem that inexperienced, perhaps she might be a new face in the AFW but an accomplished wrestler elsewhere. In any case, all wrestlers new to the AFW where rookies to the prince- regardless of their prior experience. With her trapped in a classic sleeperhold, the prince thought the tap was coming soon, as was his condescending attitude until he felt that sharp elbow strike that struck him in the ribs, forcing him to ease up the submission hold with a small grunt of pain in his voice being heard.

With his hold loosen up slightly, Colette took her chance and quickly jammed her free arm against the free space of his arm and her neck to try and create some space while pushing her hand locked in his sleeper against the prince's face to make him face away from her to further distract him as she began to stand on her feet while forcing the prince to do the same. "Shit...no...no way" he said in a baffled tone.

With the two of them on their feet, the prince was focused on trying to secure his hold again that he let her legs go by unnoticed. He didn't realise she had trapped her legs around his own and after a slight pull forward she went down on the floor while taking Daisuke with her, slamming him down face first as she hit with a drop toe hold, making him release her from his clutches.

*THUD*

Instantly, Colette using those legs locked around Daisuke's leg, would put her arms at either side of Daisuke's head before joining her hands together just in front of the Prince's chin to pull her arms back to lock in an STF. Now it was the prince's turn to be trapped in a submission as he let out a moan as his head was being pulled back, his hands quickly went up towards her wrists as he looked to pry them off his face while rocking to either side to try and shake the redhead off him.

She was certainly keen on wrestling Daisuke full on but the prince was more interested in picking up the win "Arrrghhh oww" he moaned as he struggled hard to get out of the STF.

Colette was glad to escape the prince's painful submission hold and was even more satisfied to lock him in her own submission, although the redhead would worry a little when Daisuke started to pry her wrists apart. Of course the wonderchild tried her best to keep her hold on, or immediately wrap her hands back around his chin when she lost her grip, but the hold became even more difficult to maintain when Daisuke rocked from side to side making his back too bumpy for Colette to stay focused and continue restraining him fully.

" This is one of my go to submissions... You're really good mister prince " Colette would say, before finally letting go of Daisuke when a sudden turn caused her to roll to the side of him. Colette know her own strengths and weaknesses and knew that she was much better at countering and escaping than she was staying in control, but she wasn't so green that anyone could escape her submissions, in fact they were usually her main way of tiring people out or finishing matches. Due to this fact it was certainly worrying for her when Daisuke shaked her off, although the naive woman couldn't help but get excited when presented with a such a challenging foe, barely feeling the pressure that she should be for a debut match. 

The wonderchild wouldn't let that get to her though, as she pushed her hands against the mat and got up to her feet as quickly as possible, she didn't want to immediately go in for another attack after such a tense exchange and so would just create some more space between Daisuke and herself if she got up first. " Oh, I forgot! " Colette would suddenly say, her face twisting into a worried expression before she revealed what she was talking about.

" I'm Colette! Who are you? " the redhead would call out, transitioning from an intense battle for control to a late introduction much less awkwardly than would be expected. Despite her genuine interest in the Prince who was giving her a hard time, the way she carried herself and phrased her question may be taken the wrong way. Or even if it didn't, such an experienced wrestler might just be irritated by a AFW newbie like Colette suddenly interrupting their exchange.

She might not have looked like it, but she certainly knew her way in the ring. Quickly from countering his submission move, Colette locked a STF submission of her own on the prince who was down on his belly and struggling to find a way out. He finally managed to pry her wrists off from his face a bit while rolling to either side which more or less did the trick as the wonderchild eventually decided to let go and roll to the side of him.

She had a rather genuine interest in this match, her heart as the purest of intentions which was to just wrestle Daisuke and test her strength and skill against him, no matter who the victor would come out. However, wrestling for Daisuke was purely to pick up the win and make a name for himself. Which is why her genuine attempts to compliment him, only sounded condescending in his mind

Things got a bit awkward as they both got up to their feet and suddenly, the redhead started to introduce herself to him. "What the? Hah, don't you think we've gone past that point haven't we?" he grinned before quickly lunging back in towards her, looking to feign in a lunge then slip past her to get in behind where he would try to wrap his arms around her waist from behind and give her a good squeeze as he attempted to trap her in a waistlock.

Colette would hear her opponent's comment and would frown before giving her own disappointed response. " Come on, don't be like that."Colette would joke, planning to continue talking but being cut off by his sudden lunge forward.  Colette was a tiny bit down about the fact that she didn't catch his name, especially since it was her own eagerness at the start of the match that was partly to blame for her not getting it in the first place. Colette would likely find out who he was after the match anyway, someone as smooth and polished as Daisuke could certainly be a good example for her to follow in the AFW.

When Daisuke lunged forward Colette would respond quickly, trying to wind back in order to throw a weighty chop against his chest, but not expecting the feign and ending up being trapped in a waist lock. The redhead was good at countering, but she certainly lacks the ability to see through an opponent's true intentions, all Colette could really rely on in the ring where her instincts, her eyes and her speed, which seemed to betray her at the moment as she fell right for the princes trap.

" What, can't you talk and wrestle at the same time? " Colette would joke, struggling in the waistlock and trying to part Daisuke's hands for a moment before realising that wouldn't work. The wonderchild would then attempt to wrap her arms around his neck in a headlock, it wasn't exactly the extravagant escape plans Colette usually employed in the ring, but due to her opponent's feign it was all she could really do at the moment. Truthfully Colette still hadn't caught on much to how serious the Prince was towards wrestling. The wonderchild herself valued wrestling immensely, although she showed her appreciation in a much more playful, lax and unfortunately awkward way, which would certainly cause her to keep up the somewhat forced small talk when there was a chance for it.

Daisuke was a bit annoyed at the fact that his opponent seemed to take this rather casually. He didn't know that she could wrestle seriously while being calm and composed but at the moment, the prince simply thought she was patronising him. He simply shrugged his shoulders at her first comment before lunging in at her, only to get in behind her. Clearly she was not absent minded as she did try to counter with a chop but the prince was smart enough to use that lunge as a feign in only. Once he got in behind, he trapped her in a waistlock and began to squeeze her. However, that didn't stop Colette from continuing with her conversation, despite being in some pain.

"Hmph, talk and wrestle? Sounds like something a common wrestler would do. I am Daisuke "the wrestling prince" Takeuchi- not just your average wrestler" he grinned before her hands raised up and wrapped around his head, catching him in a side headlock. He let out a annoyed grunt while trying to squeeze her harder from behind, now that the two of them were equally trapped in each others submission holds.

Colette wanted to learn as much as she could from the Prince, but even the admittedly slow redhead was starting to notice that she was getting on his nerves, and that he didn't want to talk. Although it seemed her insight was unneeded as Daisuke straight up expressed it a moment ago, causing Colette to frown a bit as she heard herself being referred to as a common wrestler, sure she hadn't done anything in the AFW and was far less experienced than her opponent, but the wonderchild already had some pride and wasn't so certain if she should let that pass unchallenged.

For now though the wonderchild had to focus on staying in control, talking between grapples and moves was one thing, but she knew that if she was to talk while she was trying to subdue the experienced wrestler things could only end badly. Colette would let out a pained grunt as The prince squeezed her tighter, causing the redhead to pant for oxygen and to deal with the pain, she was gifted in many fields but unfortunately pain tolerance was not one her strongest suit. Since the wonderchild couldn't speak with her lips she would try to use her body to express her distaste for his last statement, taking the pain of the waist lock for a few seconds, before she managed to will herself to squeeze her arm tighter around his head for the headlock.

Colette trying to use the ring to her advantage would get an idea, while the two were fighting for control in their respective submissions the wonderchild would try to slowly pace forward towards the ropes, it was obvious that she wasn't getting there soon, but that didn't mean the redhead wasn't going to try and gradually make her way there anyway.

The prince was rather surprised at his opponent's genuineness perhaps. Daisuke was the type of wrestler who loved to talk....when he was in control of the match and the fact that wonderchild had done so well in the start of the match, had frustrated him that he hadn't gotten a chance to really assert himself over her- despite she being a rookie. So, when the wonderchild tried to open up to the prince, he simply could not accept it!

"Mngh y-you're headlock isn't anything special Urgh..barely hurts, YOU on the other hand look like you're struggling for breath, so why dont you just submit now" he moaned a bit as they both squeezed each other in their submission moves respectively, all the while the wonderchild began to walk towards the ropes, with Daisuke continue to walk in behind her and continued to squeeze her.

For a moment the silent struggle between the wrestlers would create some tension, both competitors squeezing the other as tightly as they could, but the moment wouldn't stay so quiet for long as the Prince decided to throw in some traditional trash talking to go with his polished submission hold. " Y-yeah right Daisuke. Has anyone ever surrendered this early?" Colette would respond, trying her best to stop her voice from wavering, although with Daisuke's strong arms sapping her energy it was certainly a difficult task.

The wonderchild could tell from the way that things were going she would likely give in first, the pain in the hold was almost getting unbearable, but at least her approach towards the ropes seemed to be progressing well. As Daisuke increased his squeezing Colette would be forced to let out some agonised groans in response, and would start shifting more of her focus towards rapidly making it to the ropes than trying to return the favour by squeezing his head, afterall she knew that if it was a game of endurance then her opponent would likely win.

If the redhead managed to lure Daisuke towards the ropes then she would stop just in front of them, probably seeming as if she were about to reach out to grab them although instead she would wrap her arms tightly around Daisuke's neck and jump off the mat, pushing her feet against the second rope to try and get some air time. Using the spring from the rope Colette would attempt to propel herself back towards the middle of the ring while the Prince hopefully still held on to her, which combined with Colette's arms squeezing round his head would create the groundwork needed for the springboard bulldog the wonderchild was attempted to nail Daisuke with.

The prince could indeed feel the tension as both of them were determined to keep each other in the submission hold but it appeared that the prince had a slight edge as Colette seemed to be running out of breath faster than the prince was, especially since his strong arms were squeezing her body and her arms simply tightened around his head. Daisuke engaged in some trash talking but Colette decided to stay humble as she continued to drag the two over towards the ropes, "Mngh ow....you could be the first one to do so"he continued to taunt as Colette finally walked near the ropes.

The prince expected her to grab the ropes for a break however she had other plans in mind. She reached out to grab the ropes with one hand and with the other she would wrap her arms tightly around Daisuke's neck before jumping off the mat and pushing her feet against the second rope to leap in the air and use the ropes to bounce off towards the middle of the ring which combined with Colette's arms squeezing round his head as the wonder child executed a perfect springboard bulldog

*THUD*

The prince let out a loud moan as he was forced to release his opponent and clutch his head, rolling over over onto his belly while letting out a soft moan in pain.
