Ellie Taylor vs Sarah Seafair (debut) - Knockout match

The winner of this match will be decided by knock-out with no count-outs or disqualifications.


Ellie had been in a few matches in the AFW now and although she didn't intend for things to turn out the way they did the redhead was still getting more experience in the rougher kind of action. Ellie being a faithful believer of practice makes perfect thought that perhaps if she kept having these kind of matches she might actually learn a thing or two, after all one of her best strengths was her endurance so it made sense for her to focus on rougher matches. Regardless she was still a nervous wreck backstage as she feared both the large crowd and a potentially brutal opponent, when she was out there things seemed to flow better but Ellie despite being tough wasn't very fond of the idea of being beaten on. 

Ellie would try to suck that all up though as she got a prompt from backstage officials and her theme " Atom bomb baby " Would start to play which would give Ellie the signal to reveal herself to the crowd. The redhead would be wearing her usual attire and would break out into a light jog towards the ring, her leg was slightly in pain from a recent match but it wasn't too hard to hide the fact and shrug off the minor insignificance as she jogged towards the ring and waved to some fans on the way down. Upon reaching the ring Ellie would slide under the bottom rope before going to her corner and stretching while waiting for her opponent, Ellie wearing her usual attire. 

Sarah was rather eager. Though she had been through a few fights, this was going to be her first one in the AFW. Though she had a good resume, her manager still didn't think she was going to be ready for the big guns of the league just yet. A small demonstration of her ability should convince them otherwise.
Sarah took a deep breath as she finished her last minute preperations before she left the backstage. The blonde would be dressed in a simple white undershirt along with black shorts and a blue jacket. She walked confidently down into the ring where her opponent was waiting. A young lady with red hair was lying in a corner. Sarah slided underneath the ring and onto the side.
"So your my opponent? Never heard of you before, someone new?" She asked her as she awaited the bell to ring.

Ellie would conclude her stretches when she heard her opponent enter the ring, turning around to face her opponent while smiling. " Yeah I've only had a few matches, I've never heard of you either so I'm guessing that you're also new? " Ellie would respond before returning the question, waiting for her opponent's response once the bell went.

After the bell rang Ellie would breath heavily to calm her nerves before walking to the centre of the ring and putting her hands in the air, signalling her opponent for a test of strength. " I'm Ellie by the way. " the redhead would respond as she waited to see if Sarah would accept her challenge.

"Name's Sarah." Sarah would happily accept Ellie's test of strength, but only after removing her blue jacket. The blonde would start off by pushing against Ellie. She knew not to underestimate her opponent. From the get go, she pushed with all her strength against Ellie, hoping to push her towards the ropes. Her next move would depend on the results of this challenge.

Ellie waited for her opponent to fully join hands with her before starting to attempt pushing her opponent back, unfortunately for Ellie though Sarah seemingly was a fair bit stronger and had immediately pushed with all her strength, driving the small redhead quickly towards the ropes. 

" Whoa " Ellie would squeal as she was clearly outmatched, the redhead trying to make the best of a bad situation by falling to the mat and trying to trap one of her opponent's legs between both of her own. attempting to drive Sarah into the mat with a drop toe hold.

Sarah who had managed to push Ellie towards the ropes so easily was a little surprise, it was easier than she thought. Normally she would have seen through Ellie's little move, but because her mind was surprised by how easy it was, she let herself be distracted, allowing Ellie to drive her onto the mat with a drop toe hold.
"Offh.." Sarah grunted as she landed on her back. The attack was rather light so she wasn't really hurt. She rolled to the side and prepared to get up once more to go on the attack again.

Ellie was worried for a second that she was going to be disadvantaged early in the match but luckily the farm girl managed to turn things somewhat in her favour, Ellie managing to get up to her feet pretty quickly and trying to immediately break into a run towards Sarah. Once Ellie was within striking distance she would try to turn her petite body and shoot out her arm in a knife edge chop, attempting to connect with her opponent's bust before then trying to latch onto her opponent's arm with both of her own and trying to hold it above her own red hair.

Ellie would then attempt to twirl her own body while holding onto the arm to try and twist it, the smaller wrestler trying to continue twisting the arm and putting pressure on it. Ellie truthfully wasn't much of an experienced wrestler and the only thing she could really do was lock on holds and put pressure on limbs, even then she wasn't specifically amazing at doing. It was possible that her opponent could just power out of her hold but the redhead would hope that didn't happen.

As Sarah was getting up, Ellie managed to shoot her arm out and give her aknife edge chop, slapping her breasts. The blonde grunted as Ellie then latched onto her arm gave it a twirl, attempting to twist it.
Sarah grunted in pain. It hurt but it was easily bareable. "Not bad." Sarah commented as instead of just trying to outpower the hold, Sarah would use other arm that was free to give Ellie a hard punch to her face, hoping to break the hold. If that worked, she would then kick Ellie in the stomach hoping to double her over.

Ellie would believe that her methodical and technique based style was actually being effective in this match, believing that she had the advantage until she suddenly took felt the impact of her opponent's punch and immediately let go of her hold and instead brought her hands up to cover her now pained face. 

As Ellie did so she would quickly receive another sensation of pain in her body, the redhead being kicked hard in the stomach which would force her to bend over and let out a long groan in disapproval of the sudden pain she was experiencing.

Sarah seeing a chance would shove her opponent's head in between her legs as she wrapped her arms around their waist and lifted them up.
"Going up." She playfully teased as she held the position for a powerbomb for several seconds, before she slammed her down onto the mat.
She wasn't through yet though, if her attack went through, she would run towards the ropes and bounce of it as she leapt towards Ellie for a leg drop to her chest.
