Rachel Carin vs Layla Vale

The knee connected perfectly and she had sent Rachel reeling back as quickly as she was with her words when she caught on that Layla was less then pleased. Though Layla wasnt one to let others explain themselves once shed been ruffled. As Rachel was oretty close to figuring out.

"Oh im sure thats what you meant but I, as nice as I am still strive to be the best. Not settle for not being as bad." she said as she rushed the girl and tried to drive her knee into Rachels tummy. "Tell me..is that as bad as what she did to you?" she asked.

The knee to the face left Rachel more groggy than she'd like to admit, but maybe she'd be able to recover quick enough to-

"BLUH!" Dammit. The last thing she needed was to turn this into a competition of who could hurt her more. The 'humiliation' stipulation was already worrying from the get-go, and now she was seemingly doing everything in her power to make Layla actually want to humiliate her. If she didn't already, which, after a long history of getting her shit kicked, Rachel wasn't fully ready to dismiss. She could lie, say that was the worst of it, but... if this woman knew Kyoko, it wasn't likely she'd fall for it. Maybe the opposite end of things, the truth that was so excessively brutal, Layla wouldn't try to even compete. "Ow... n-not quite... it kind of reached a different level when she stopped using fists and started using a sledgehammer..." A fool's gambit, maybe, but it was the best she had right now.

Alright...now she was getting more thena little annoyed with this girls smart mouth. Though if thats how she wanted to play it Layla was game. She had broken tougher chicks then this pushover. And thankfully it was a humilation match so if she passed out, the blonde was perfectly allowed to wake her ass up and keep going until she was beaten the proper way.

"Oh thats right, she put you in the corner and you started to cry like a baby..that must have been embarrasing for you. Im going to have to pull out allthe stops to compete with that." she said, the implications clear enough as she drove another knee into her gut before greabbing Rachel's hair to lower her head for another knee to the face.

Rachel's sneaking suspicion was becoming more and more clear with every word. She wasn't like Amy after all, was she? No, Layla seemed to be the same breed of sadistic, remorseless psychopath that Rachel had the misfortune of running into over and over again. And, to make things worse, that sadist was throwing a knee right for her tummy, and Rachel wasn't fast enough to do anything about it.

"GLUEH!" she coughed, bending over and wrapping her arms over where the blow connected... as well as putting her face in the perfect spot for a follow up. She gritted her teeth as she was pulled even lower by her hair, before a second knee came crashing into her eye, leaving a faint initial bruise in it's place.

Well that was a new record. Usually people dont scope her out like that util, well usually when shes won the fight but hasnt stopped kicking them around, though a fewcaught on earlier, Rachel might just be the fastest so far. Another thing she was going to have to pay for in the long run.

With her reeling back Layla ran towards the opposing ropes and charged back at her opponent beforing jumping in the air to drive her feet into Rachel with the dropkick.

Rachel covered her eye with both hands, groaning from the rapid blows to the belly and head, but this probably wasn't the best idea as Layla came charging in for a dropkick. Both feet connected with her chest, sending her off her feet and towards the ropes behind her. When she finally came to rest, she was seated between the top and middle ropes. Her arms hung over the top, keeping her in place, but her butt hung outside the ring slightly, leaving her precariously vulnerable to being sent to the hard concrete below.

The kick hit with authority and sent the already struggling Rachel backwards and into the ropes. Layla hit the ground and slowly got back up to make sure she didnt bounce off the ropes and come back at her for the attack, only to see it wasnt necessary as Rachel had gotten caught up in the ropes. Nice and trapped for her.

"Oh no, your all caught up in the ropes. Hold on Ill get you out then you can do whatever it was you wanted to do on the outside." she said strutting backwards with another smile on her face before she charged forward and attempted to spear Rachel out of the ring to the floor...if not the barricade.

Layla didn't seem particularly large or well-built to be putting on the kind of hurt she was, and somewhere inside, that just made Rachel all the angrier. It wasn't enough that she had to be so reminiscent of the stuck up bitches that gave a younger Rachel hell, she had the physical power to back it up. Rachel felt powerless to stop this girl from getting her way, and while she was usually very empathetic and understanding this just... pissed her off.

The feeling of being speared far out of the ring didn't help. The pain in her abdomen that Layla seemed so keen on imparting hurt even worse, and they were sent far enough out of the ring for her head to clang against the barricade. Whatever crazy material Rachel was made of, it was holding up once again, but anyone else would have been out cold then and there. But, for better or for worse, she wasn't, instead just groaning and aching... and maybe bleeding a little bit.

So far it seemed that Rachel simply wasn't on her level, though this wasnt a surpise to her at all. She was intent to make sure that that was made clear to the girl through the match until she was a broken mess. Moving over to the ropes she looked down at where shed fallen.

"Oh poor Rachel, you sure your up for this? Wrestlings a tough sport eh?" She said, though the act wasnt being bought it stuck to her like glue and didnt have any problem maintaining it as she ran backwards and bounced off the ropes to run towards Rachel on the barricade and jumped through the ropes for a suicide dive.

She may have not been the best fighter, or the most charismatic, or even remotely successful, but if Rachel had one thing going for her, it was that she was tough. If not always to her benefit, she could take a heinous beating and get back on her feet, and for better or worse, that was exactly what she managed to do. Groaning, bleeding, she pulled herself to wobbling feet, just in time to see Layla soaring through the air towards her. In this instance, she would have been better of staying down, the incoming suicide dive wouldn't have really worked if she wasn't up. Instead, both competitors crashed against one another in a move that had the crowd roaring, and Rachel yelping once again. She crashed back into the hard concrete, and every muscle was starting to ache.
