A Gymnast Battle - Michiko vs Julia Hiroshi

Michiko felt the satisfying thud of her forearm to Julia's cheek and took a moment to lay there and catch her breath, knowing she at least had that much time before the blue-haired girl might go on the attack again. She felt Hiroshi shove her away, and when she did, Michi yelped and rolled towards the ropes until she could hook an arm around the bottom rope, then scrambled the rest of her body to hug it, knowing she was safe so long as she was in the ropes from a submission from her fellow gymnast.

When she got herself snug against the rope, she turned her head and glared at Julia and shouted, "You get off me and stay off me! Know your place!" Michiko huffed adorably, which happened to be anything but with how ill-tempered she was at the moment.

Julia would slowly make her way to her feet, trying to keep some weight off off one of her legs due to Michiko's previous hold. Just like the other girl, she also needed a breather.  She huffed and shook her head no to Michiko's request. "My place is on top of you..." she would say between breaths. "With you bent in half." She continued. With her opponent against the ropes Julia didn't have much of a strategy other then to regain some energy.

Julia didn't want a repeat of the beginning of the match so she would try to prepare for Michiko's next move. "But if you're afraid of losing like that, the keep sleeping on the ropes."  She would taunt, trying to bait the gymnast.

"I'm not afraid! You just don't understand simple strategy," said Michiko bitterly as she released the ropes and then stood up on the apron. Michi brushed off her jacket and then stepped through the ropes again, glaring at Julia. She sized up her opponent and thought on how to approach this next.

The blonde's determined stare continued to pierce through Hiroshi and after thinking things through enough, she decided that she would charge at Julia, looking as though she'll hit her high, but then using it as a feint to attempt to hit a low dropkick to the knee she had already worked over! She figured that she might as well keep working over the limb to keep Julia's speed down and make a submission easier for her.

"Giving both of us time to rest...great strategy." Julia thought to herself. She would wait patiently for Michiko to come at her with whatever she was planning. She couldn't help but feel nervous though as the other girl just kept on staring her down. She could feel the malicious intent and it sent a little shiver down her spine. Julia was ready for her though, or at least she thought. She would prepare for a high hit and try to go lower and strike the running girl in the chest. This wouldn't work too well against what Michiko actually had in store for her though.

Julia would whimper as she was struck in her knee. Just like she fell to the floor again, clutching her knee. Her leg was already hurting and this only added to the pain. Suddenly her opponent's talk of strategy was starting to sound more serious.

Michiko was awash with satisfaction when her plan worked. The thud when Michi's boots met Julia's knee only encouraged her spirits as she quickly stood up as the blue-haired girl was struggling in pain, holding her hurt knee. "Aww... looks like you're down again, loser!" shouted Michi mockingly before grabbing hold of Julia's leg. She would then stick her foot on the inside of the fellow gymnast's leg and then lick her lips.

Michiko, using her agility, would then leap up and pull Hiroshi's leg up with her in order to jump down on top of the girl's leg to smash her knee into the mat with great impact, hoping to further debilitate her opponent's knee. Without the use of her leg, she figured that Julia would be next to worthless to stop her from attaining total victory.

Julia lay on the ground holding her knee, scowling as Michiko taunted her. She had no good comeback to the other girl's words so she would just stay silent. She was not silent for long however, starting to yell as her leg was grabbed. "Hey ouch quit going after my leg!" Julia would start to kick her other leg frantically as she tried to get in a good shot towards the other girl's stomach. Knowing it was a bad sign, she felt a knot form in her stomach when Michiko would lick her lips.

Julia would gasp as her opponent jumped up into the air with her leg in tow. Michiko quickly came down on her, smashing her knee on the canvas and causing Julia to yell out in pain. "Yaaaaaaah!" She would squeal and writhe on the mat in pain while clutching her knee. She knew she would be feeling that one for a while.

Julia's yells were practically music to Michiko's ears as she knew she had damaged her opponent's leg rather well. She laughed as she rolled on the mat and shook her head. "Stop going after your leg? Just as soon as you submit. How's that sound?" asked Michi, bitterly smiling at Julia before scowling again.

She grabbed hold of the blue-haired gymnast's foot as she rolled onto her back in her agony and then raised it up enough so she could try to kick the inside of her knee multiple times. Her intent was to continue injuring it before leaping up and trying to land on the inside of her knee with a vicious knee drop and applying a leg wrench to torque it painfully. Michi was ready to keep Julia out of this match and, if she were fortunate and Julia weren't stupid, get her to submit from a painful submission.

Hearing Michiko's proposal Julia would shake her head no. While she desperately wanted to stop the assault on her knee, giving up just wasn't an option for her. She was here to win and wasn't going to let a bit of pain stop her in her tracks yet. She would glare at the other girl from the ground, hoping to get a chance to wipe the smirk off her face.

When Julia saw her opponent going for her leg a second time she knew that if she wasn't able to do anything quick then she was as good as crippled. As Michiko reached for her foot, Julia would try to quickly sit up and wrap her arms around the other gymnast. She wanted to grab her in a tight hug and try to twist and pull her down to the mat. At the very least she would hope to keep her opponent's attention away from her knee.

Just as Michi was able to pull Julia's leg up, the blue-haired girl grabbed her around the waist. Michiko was confused until she took her down to the mat sloppily. She couldn't even mount any kind of offense! Who did she think she was to try such amateurish maneuvers on her? Michiko was offended, even though she had been taken down, but if that was the best she could do, the blonde battler would make sure to make her pay.

What followed from Michi after being taken down would just be a flurry of forearms and elbow shots at Julia's head until she let her go. "Get off of me you terrible, awful loser! And learn to actually wrestle!" she shouted angrily.

Despite her fairly sloppy move, Julia was able to____While she wasn't able to immediately mount an offensive, bringing Michiko down to the mat was a start. Looking to build on the momentum she would try to shift into an actual hold. Suddenly though her opponent would rain down a flurry of strikes at Julia's head.  "Oww nnng I wrestle just...fine!" She tried to respond despite taking a stray elbow to the face. The irony that her opponent was scolding her about wrestling skills when it seemed her move of choice was a flurry or random blows was not lost on her. "You're the one just flailing like a child!"

In an attempt to get away from Michiko's wild strikes, Julia would try to quickly maneuver herself and turn Michiko so that her opponent's back would be to her. If she couldn't use her legs effectively anymore, Julia woud try to use her arms. She wanted to reach around Michiko and try to catch her in a sleeper hold.
