But siren is not actually using the pic, it's not on Reika's bio, and now she looks way different XD

It USED to be on her bio and even then she is still using it. So it's still best to ask before using it. Knowing Siren, however, she'd probably say no as she likes to horde pics of Reika, similar or exact character, to herself.. xD

We'll just have a fight to the death for the pic then XD

I've had a look into the case.. The situation as I see it is:

Siren used the picture HannaBanana has uploaded in the past for Reika, however since then Siren has edited the profile and excluded that picture from her bio... This picture does not appear to be a fan made picture of Mari Makinami Illustrious from Evangelion, whom Siren uses for Reika... Nor is it a commision picture made by laffinityl specifically for Reika (which Siren also uses). It appears to be a stand alone original.

With that in mind I'd say the pic is up for grabs, you can't resverve pics that you don't have on your profile because you used them in the past (unless it is a commissioned pic made specifically for your character or a picture of anime/game character that you regularly use for your own). You can ask Siren out of courtesy regarding the pic (to avoid future issues)... But if Siren wanted to reserve the picture, they have not posted in an active roleplay on AFW for 2 years (despite a brief few posts in discussion she made recently). They would not only have to come in and change their profile to have that picture in it as well, but would have to start roleplaying once again on the board.

Okay, you now saying this, i need to ask. What about if we give others permission for using commissioned art? Cause Killcarrion is using a pic I commissioned for my Katori Kimura for his Shinobu Echigo since it features that character being Moonsaulted by her. If I say it's okay, he can keep that pic up, right?

This whole commisioned art thing sounds really complicated in the ears of a layman.

I think your example case is quite different from this one... What I said was intended to protect pictures that a members have had commisioned of their own characters from being used by someone else as their character

ie. I don't think it would be right for anyone to use the below picture as their character regardless of whether Siren is active or not because it appears to me that Siren had this picture commissioned specifically for her Reika character

If you imagine that Siren didn't have that picture on her bio... It doesn't mean that someone else can now take that picture for their own character... If Siren gave permission to use that pic though, that would be another matter...
