He hasn't added it to the profile yet, but I'm pretty sure Cirno plans to use Pic3 as a reference for Karina Rine. Could be wrong.

So, do we have some form of picture protection here? For example, if someone likes a picture that someone else posted and is free to use they can't just try to make a character before them.

Nope, no such protection. If someone posts a free picture and states they intend to use it, you could theoretically make a character with that picture and effectively cock block them.

I figured, but there's also the possibility that they don't check this thread often and had no way of knowing. Well they could just lie about about it which is a bigger dick move in my opinion. Bottom line those two people could perhaps work something out or abide by the "first come first serve" rule. With that said I should finish my character ideas.

First come, first serve. It prevents people from putting up blank or incomplete profiles (which used to be a problem).

If you see a pic that someone has posted up here which you like , I'd always recommend talking to the poster of the pic first (particularly if the pic was only posted a week ago)... hopefully you'll be able to come to some kind of agreement.

There is no reservation of pics, however if I found that there was a case where someone posted a pic and intended to make the bio, only for another member to steal the pic the next day... I may very well consider the legitimacy of the second members claim to the pic. I don't want people to be afriad of posting pics here cause someone might steal it
