Hello, everybody good news today as there has been a sighting of The Black Racer here in Tokyo! Thats right, the global cosplayer who "allegedly" burns his messages into buildings is here for the first time! While it is said that he is actually a demon, I still think it's an act, but an exciting one at least! It was local SnapsGuy1000 who took the photo of The Racer last night. And according to him, and the local news, a black out occurred in the area, as well. Luckily for us, The Racer makes his own light! 


Just look at the outfit's electricity shooting out in his famous pose!
