I know Hamish started a thread a few years ago along these lines, but i thought i would have a go at reviving it. So if you have anything you want to write up; Promos for your matches, interviews with your own characters, observations in the AFW universe, heck even rumours. Go right ahead. If you have seen a match that you loved to read? Write a post up about it, let's try to get as much content as we can here; and don't forget to suscribe to the thread to be kept informed of any new news that appears!

A few things though:
~ For now, lets keep this for Friction Events and Matches, that way things don't get confusing. If you have a dual character, only post about events that happen in Friction.
~Try to post within the style of everyone else. ie, title is in H1 etc, just keeps things uniform.

Souko Kawamoto Hopes To Revive Career Against Mimi Yoshihara

Wrestler Souko Kawamoto is relaunching her career tonight as she tries to put her previous record behind her. Souko's record so far has been rather disappointing, scoring only a single victory across several matches, Souko has struggled to make a impression in the league since her debut against Kyoko Akan earlier in the year. Speaking with AFWNN, Souko said "It has been a very difficult few months for me and I am hoping this new match up will give me the opportunity to start anew. Not just for me, but for the fans too. I am far better than what my previous matches have shown and against Mimi, i plan on showing that"

Souko joined a local Osaka Wrestling League straight out of high school and from there has debuted in many differing leagues across Japan after she acquired the Osaka Women's Champion belt. Moving across leagues, Souko had numerous success before being taken on by the AFW.

Mimi Yoshiara is most famously known for her part in the now defunct Wrestle Angles league. Former title holder Mimi moved across to AFW like many former Wrestle Angels. Mimi has failed to secure many matches since her inception and many fans are looking forward to seeing her back in action.

Odds currently favour Mimi to win the match 80% to Soukos 20%
