Cammy White vs Sonya Blade

Cammy is pretty strong despite not having it shown often. She was one of M.Bison's brainwashed assassins  so she should have plenty of knowledge of how to kill people.

In the anime or one of the animated movies, Cammy fought Chun-Li and her Spiral arrow was able to puncture a large reinforced steel door. In terms of speed, Cammy can keep up with Ryu.

She also has some psycho power at her disposal.

Counterpoint: Bison's Dolls are a bunch of jobbers, and she's never used Psycho Power in the games that I'm aware of.

Yeah, Cammy has never used Psycho Power, and the Bison Dolls have never been shown to ever actually WIN a fight.

Hell, Cammy's only wins in canon have been victories over other dolls, at one victory over Vega.

She's basically useless.

I will correct my earlier statement.

Street Fighter is currently 2/5 total, and 1/3 with SF/MK battles



That being said, Cammy does have a chance to win, because the actual facts don't matter to DB.


They base their decisions on two things: 1. Who they want to promote (ESPECIALLY if it coincides with another event featuring said characters)

2. Which fanbase they will piss off more by having their guy lose.

Pissed off fans will lead to higher views, more comments, more youtube views, all of which benefit Screwattack. By constantly pissing off the Final Fantasy, LoZ, DBZ, Sonic/Mario and Pokemon fanbases, they ensure more views and benefits from those views.

As for the biased promotion...cmon. Rooster Teeth partners with Screwattack, and right before its announced, Yang from the overrated RWBY utterly curbstomps Tifa from FF7, to promote its upcoming season.

Rachet and Clank beat Jak and Daxter right before the terrible R&C movie comes out.

Godzilla wins his DB around the time HIS movie came out.

Meta vs Carolina to push and promote RVB Season 14 (Which, for the record, has been a great season. RVB is still awesome, but this episode was NOT needed)

Raiden from Metal Gear Solid beats Wolverine THE SAME WEEK that Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain, came out.

Digimon beat Pokemon (Which I DO agree with), just a month after the first episode of Digimon Adventure Tri came out.


So don't be surprised if Cammy beats Sonya just to promote whatever Street Fighter V DLC Capcom has coming around.

I don't think RWBY is overrated. I honestly love the show before the hype caught onto it.

That RWBY fight was just wrong. The main thing I hated about that video was that they factored in that Yang survived her fall from vernal velocity. Now you could argue that with the aid of Aura that Yang was fine, but I believe that scene was just for comedic purposes.

Now I know Jack about Final Fantasy characters, but I still believe Tifa should have won. On a side note, if Team Rocket(Jessie, James, and Meowth) were in a death battle, they would be super human for how many times they were attacked, blown up, and then being sent flying off again to survive another fall like that.

They basically wrote it off as

"Well, her Aura means she gets stronger from any attack, so therefore she must be able to survive any attack EVER thrown at her, and be impossible to actually hurt, knock out, or kill, so she wins."

Tifa got fucking STOMPED in that fight, and that was dumb

Alright I know you being overly critical is a given but she did not get stomped.

The dumbest fight was Cloud vs. Link. Speaking from a purely neutral standpoint here, Cloud should have won, but they stacked the odds so high against him it's not even funny.

Link gets to be a mash-up of every Link ever with all of his usual equipment and a bunch more extra goodies too. Cloud gets...his weakest sword and TWO weak Materia.

Yeah. Reeeal fair guys. Real fair. Death Battle is dumb.

I remember that and even being a Link fan I thouht he was a dead man. While the points they brought up made Link have a better chance then I thought he would I was still sceptical if he should have won. Sadly I dont really know much about final fantasy as a whole so I cant really weigh in on the fight myself. I just take my friends word for it.
