Tension Tag Title Match: Eliza & Clyde vs WhiteGale (c) - The best of the best!

Eliza figured this would have occurred sooner or later, if it had to be the case of Daisuke proving too much to contain then the dancing passion would take it upon herself to give the Canadian a rough intro back to the neutral game. And Ms Harenwood opened it with a kick from her legendary legs, the ones that had brought men and women alike to the mat in defeat against her. Still Dai was nothing if not persistent, she would have felt that strike for certain but pressed on nonetheless.

"Oouf!" Eliza grunted out as Dai shot out a kick of her own connecting into Eliza's ribs, the British dancer staggered back a couple of steps with a hand clutching the affected area. The kick was more fuelled by the strength and gritty nature of the Canadian, regardless Eliza wasn't done.

In fact kicking was her forte in case Daisuke didn't know, and Eliza would proceed to get into this slugfest. Confident that her lower limbs would prove better Eliza would quickly spin in place before shooting the left leg right into Daisuke's right thigh, Ms Kamiya might have some strength. But so did Eliza in that area, plus the technique to back it up.

Sion watched as Daisuke threw a kick at Eliza, only to have one come back her way. As Dai reacted to her thigh being struck he had a feeling he might get a chance to come in soon, depending how things with the ladies went with what could become a kickfest, knowing what he knows about the both of them.

He kept an eye on their leg work as far as where they were moving and striking and saw Daisuke about to make a move on her end. Dai knew Eliza was some sort of a leg expert, but she wasn’t completely lost on that topic as she looked to make Eliza aware of that after taking the recent kick from Eliza and keeping herself mentally in there. She took her left leg and went to deliver a quick to the lower part of Eliza’s right leg, a few inches or so below the knee. That wouldn’t be all if she could help it for she intended to make a quick transition following that kick and attack her up high with her right, looking to connect with a spinning kick to the side of Eliza’s head.

Eliza wasn't one to really go into slugfests, it tended not to be very fitting for a lady of her stature after all. Plus her opponents which were usually tall males, made it a rather difficult venture to undertake. Ms Harenwood instead tried to make her attacks count, but perhaps against a stubborn opponent such as Daisuke Eliza perhaps was a bit off point. Against female fighters it had been questioned with the dancing passion's ability to contend with them, this had been ignored by Eliza as simply the narrow opinion of critics. But perhaps there was a small grain of truth to it.

"Ngh!" Eliza grunted as Daisuke took a similar approach that she had just now, and it was something the dancing passion had done in her matches where the opponent cut down to size. The Canadian got Ms Harenwood down to one knee, sensing danger Eliza proceeded to try and get back to a vertical base as quick as she could.

Only for Dai to quickly swing around and deliver a blow to the side of Eliza's head, there was a loud smack noise and Ms Harenwood briefly swayed in place before staggering back and loafing somewhat on the nearby ropes. Her eyes rolled around as she pondered just what hit her, perhaps there was a sense of irony in being attacked with her own form of offence. But it was lost on Eliza at the moment.

Clyde had been watching the match carefully and winced as he saw Daisuke manage to take a lead against Eliza with a quick low kick before following up with a heavy spin kick that made Clyde wince as he saw it strike Eliza hard.

"SHIT!" Clyde cried as he saw the blow connect and Eliza stumble back in a battered daze against the ropes, clearly knocked for a loop.

"C'MON ELIZA!!" He shouted while clapping, trying to wake up his partner and get her head back in the game, he then held out his arm in case she wanted to tag out!

While Dai knew she could handle herself against Eliza's legs she was surprised she was able to change Eliza's vertical positioning so quickly. She didn't stop on that fact though as she looked to stay on her. As Eliza attempted to get back to her feet Daisuke 'helped' her back up the rest of the way and pressed her against the ropes before sending Eliza across the ring to the ropes on the other side.

Daisuke wait for Eliza to get some distance before going off them herself. Just as Daisuke was about to spring off them she felt Sion sneak a tag in on her shoulder. Daisuke continued on anyway and if Eliza came off the ropes on the other side she would, instead of trying to strike her she would look to drop down and slide past her, just as as Sion sling-shotted himself over and aimed a launching clothesline in Eliza's direction.

If there was one thing that Eliza had come to grips with over her time in Tension it was learning to take a beating, sure she'd prefer not to but against the usual opponents of Kyoto it was bound to happen sooner or later. Indeed Ms Harenwood's successes had improved when she learned to "Take the bumps" so to say, but it wasn't good to do so if she could help it.

Help it she couldn't, as right now Eliza was dazed by the strike that Daisuke pulled. Perhaps Ms Harenwood might take that as a personal affront that the Canadian got one over on her with her own preferred style of combat, if she could ponder that at the moment. The fans of the British dancer were many, no doubt hoping Eliza would get the chance to one up Daisuke and prove she knew nothing about a kick.

Still the female Canadian made to sling Eliza with an Irish whip off the ropes, that served to get Eliza back into this. She accepted the new ropes, rather than sandbag against them which could have led to significant injury. Only Daisuke seemed to back off, as the Brit pondered this she saw a shadow behind her get dark. Quickly Eliza turned only to be clotheslined by Sion.

"Augh!" Eliza shouted as she fell to the mat hard, she got completely blindsided there. The teamwork of WhiteGale was nothing if not noteworthy it seemed, and Ms Harenwood now had the problem of dealing with the fresh man that was Sion.

Clyde watched with worry as Eliza lay dazed on the mat after that brutal spin kick. He bit his lip as he watched as Daisuke lifted her up and flung her into the ropes while Sion made a surprise tag and Daisuke charged in.

The cowboy's eyes went wide, thinking it would be a double team but to his surprise, Daisuke dropped low and slid past Eliza while Sion...

"ELIZA, LOOK OUT!" Clyde cried out before seeing the six foot tall male that was nearly twice her size plow into her with a devastating clothesline and send her flopping to the mat hard.

"ELIZA!! You blind sidin' sonovagun!" Clyde shouted towards the ring as he grit his teeth before looking over at Eliza with concern. He honestly didn't even realize just how worried and concerned he was for the dancer.

Lina wasn't sure what was about to happen when she saw Sion make the tag, but she was pleased with the result as she saw launch himself over the ropes and as if on target took Eliza down with the line.

Daisuke pondered for a second on if she should see if Sion wanted to get a little double team action since since Clyde and Eliza wanted to do some earlier, but before she could make up her mind she had the ref telling her that the tag was made so she decided to leave without any incedent. Sion wasn't finished with just that takedown. He knew it would take more than that to finish things, but he already had an idea of where he'd go from here. He made note of where she was and made a move towards the ropes again. This time however, as he was already inside the ring he leaped to the middle rope and sprung himself back towards Eliza with a springboard cross body, looking to catch a recovering Eliza by surprise and get a quick pin if he could connect and hold on following the take down.

Eliza's approach to combat had suited her well in her time in wrestling, but perhaps it wasn't as transferable in tag teaming as Ms Harenwood believed. Sure she had one tag match with Clyde, but that had been ages and perhaps the dancing passion fed the nostalgia filter. Eliza felt like she might be needing a moment to get her bearings in this fight, though perhaps in future when this match was looked back on the British dancer might give WhiteGale respect for the fine display of tag teaming there. But only time would tell if they were worthy of the titles.

Ms Harenwood grunted as she wiped the sweat from her brow, there wasn't much. Though perhaps she was expecting there to be so, she got a couple of seconds to catch her breath at least. Which Eliza planned to exercise to the fullest extent, but of course the male Canadian wasn't going to let the dancing passion relax. No sooner did Eliza start to rise did Sion spring his trap and plow into Eliza with a crossbody.

"Argh!" Eliza shouted as she got crushed under Sion, she wasn't expecting that of the man. Most of the guys she tangled with didn't go flying like that, perhaps that sterotype worked against her, the ref was answered for the pin.

Eliza quickly raised her elbow, she had been taken off guard. But she hadn't take a bad enough beating yet to make victory possible for WhiteGale, Ms Harenwood pounded the ground a bit in frustration, as an immediate outlet she supposed.

What Sion was impressive enough that it could have had a chance of ending things early if luck was on his side, sometimes that can make all the difference and get enough of it to score big.  It wasn't enough this time however, but neither him nor those in his corner were put down by that.  Lina saw Sion hit two impressive looking moves back to back and she had a feeling if more came he could keep Eliza down for a three count, but he had to be careful himself and not get too reckless.

Seeing Eliza's reaction after the kickout, Sion didn't want to give her a chance to retaliate in another way so he want to grab hold of her, lifting her up for a back suplex. If he managed to take her back down with it he would look to go for another pin attempt, but not before wanting to return the favour from her and Clyde attempting to squish Daisuke earlier in the the bout.  He would look to get up quickly and while standing near Eliza he would leap from where he was and go for a standing shooting star press before, wanting to come down on top of her for a pin.  While not coming from upstairs he would still want to be quick about it, wanting to make Eliza's feel something, even if not as much instead of if he were to come off the top rope as he has had an interest in doing that from above.
