Ohayo, Nippon~! (For HighFly)

Tension may have been lacking a certain level of optimistic energy of late. There's been a distinct lack of theatrical exuberance, a niche of disappointed fans, and one less sunny disposition. Well, a warm breeze is about to blow through Japan again.

It's early in the morning - almost, but not quite 7 a.m. An airplane touched down just a few minutes ago. Soon, ladden with luggage, the bright-eyed, perky-smiling face of Blaise emerges from a crowd of arrivals. He's dressed comfortably - perhaps a little too comfortably. Drab gray sweatpants, sneakers, and an oversized teal shirt make up his ensemble. His hair isn't sitting quite right, indicative that he's probably snoozed on the way here.

Suzumi parked her car at the airport, jumping out and sprinting into the terminal, only slowing down when she was delayed by slow sliding doors. The whole Wrestle Angels and Friction rosters could have stood in her way today, but Suzumi would have steamrolled right through them to get through the airport,

Suzumi was waiting where the departures were walking in when she saw a familiar face, one whom had been absent for far too long. She smiled and let out a girly squeal as she ran up tomBlaise, wrapping her arms around him and giving him a big kiss. She wrapped her arms around him tightly not wanting to let go. Instead of rattling off a torrent of questions Suzumi opted instead to enjoy the moment.

Her motor mouth could take over later.

Bright blue eyes flit one way, then the other. Nothing but a sea of people, some holding signs welcoming friends and loved ones, but no Suzumi. It's okay. She probably has an early morning training regiment. It takes a lot of work to be that awesome, and he's only too happy to support her - even if by just not expecting too much. So while his smile isn't as bright as it could be, Blaise soldiers forth with a standard, sunny disposition.

And then, the squeal.

Blaise freezes in his tracks, and immediately spots the excited girl rushing him! "Suzoomph!" Thanks to a combination of momentum and teetery luggage, Blaise is bowled over to the floor. Amidst laughter, he kisses back. "Hi!" He squirms in an effort to get back up, and realizes - much too late for his dignity's sake - that the luggage he's toting on his back is disproportionately heavy. The result: toppled turtle-Blaise.

"Uh! Um!"

His limbs shift about in the air.

Suzumi grabbed onto Blaise and helped to pull him up, smiling the entire time. "Baby I missed you so much! Like, is everything back home all right?" Suzumi asked sounding concerned. Blaise left fairly suddenly but Suzumi understood how life could get in the way. Wrestling one minute, then being told to call it quits from injury a few years ago helped her understand that one.

Suzumi gave Blaise another peck on the cheek as the two were making their way out of the terminal. "How have you been? I totally missed having you here. Also do you like have a place to live? If not you can crash at my place for a while or even just stay if ya want."

"Well...," says Blaise, lips pursing and eyes raising in innocent retrospection.

There was yelling, laughing at his expense, and a lot of belittlement.

"...It was pretty normal, I think."

His family might be jerks. He'd never admit that, though.

"Just had to make sure Gramps came through fine after the hospital. I told'em all about you, though!"

He gets another peck on the cheek, smile attaining new heights of perkiness. "I missed you, too! I couldn't see any of what was going on over here, so I'm way out of the loop!" Beat. Eyes widen. "Wait, did you just... ask me to move in with you?"

Suzumi chuckled at Blaise. His reactions to just about everything were just so damn cute! "Like, I guess so! I mean I don't know if you had any money saved up to afford a place to stay. You totally would rush back and there's a chance you might not have thought through all the details n' stuff. I just want you to know that if ya need a place to crash the offer is there hun."

Suzumi grabbed onto his hand as they walked, looking up into his eyes with a girlish smile. She had a feeling he'd stutter a bit as he processed what she said, although whether or not he would accept her offer was totally unknown. Regardless Suzumi would be happy. He was back and she could see him again. She couldn't wait to tell him about the ladies she'd slammed around while he was gone!

Blaise doesn't disappoint.

"W-well, uh... I-I mean.. er.. I m-might, y'know, annoy you? A-and there's that.. like.. dorm I was living in.. and I'd.. uh.. probably.. go... live... there," he says, slowing his vocal roll when he spots her gazing up at him all adorable-like. With a warmer, more confident smile, he repeats with a sigh, "I missed you," and squeezes her hand.

He collects his remaining suitcase to begin rolling it along with his free hand. They begin to make their way out of the airport finally.

"You remember the dorms, right..? I could just move back there. They're provided'n all.."

Suzumi nodded as Blaise spoke. She wasn't sure he would opt out, but was not surprised when he did. She pat him on the back as he composed himself, and once more spoke clearly. "Hun, its totally all right if that is what you want to do. I am just glad you are back, and I can't wait to see you in action again!"

Suzumi walked with Blaise to her car, still taking in the fact that he was back. Simply put, this was the happiest she had been in a very long time. "Do you want to stop anywhere at all before you head to the dorms?" She asked, hoping thag she could at least treat him to a nice dinner.

"Dressed like this?," he asks, looking down at himself. "I'll look like an escaped mental patient or something!" Not to mention his hair is just shy of Doc Brown levels of zaniness at the moment. "Maybe I should clean up a bit first. But..."

He leans over, nudging his shoulder against hers in that typical, boyishly-affectionate manner.

"I'd prefer you not go anywhere for a while. It'll only take me a minute to get straightened out. I won't even really unpack! Just.. just grab some fresh clothes outt'a the luggage."

He has no idea where they're walking, he realizes. He would've called a cab or something, but a part of him is hoping they're heading to Suzumi's car.

"Ok, sounds good to me. You can go freshen up and I will wait for ya." Suzumi said as she brought Blaise to her car and helped him get his stuff in the trunk. "Once we get you dressed and prettied up where do you want to go?" Suzumi asked as she and Blaise got into the car and pulled away from the airport.

Suzumi had trouble keeping her eyes on the road, as she wanted to keep looking into his eyes. She was still elated that he was back, and worried that he would have ended up having to stay in the US. "I am up for anything hun, whatever you want to do will be fun!"
