Josey Wales vs. Mari Fuuma

The floor of the garage was slick now. Josey had earned Mari's blood. The sight of blood made many sick, but the Outlaw was completely unfazed. She had seen blood before, both her own and her enemies' a thousand times before and it was a welcome, rather than gruesome, sight. It meant that Josey had slammed Mari's head against the solid car damn hard, and the cowgirl took some pride in that fact.

In fact, that might be the end of it. The Outlaw's arms were strong and the hard steel of the car had the potential to knock Mari out right here and now, and Josey took a few steps over towards her opponent. She listened closely for groans of pain and heard nothing other than her thumping heart. That may mean that the match was over.

The Outlaw bent down and grabbed Mari's hand. She lifted it up. She then dropped it. If it fell all the way to the floor without Mari resisting, that meant that the Outlaw won, and that was a hell of a way to end the evening.

On her hand and knees, Mari brought her other hand up to wipe some of the blood off of her face. Clearing her vision of her eye for the most part, Mari stared at the red goop that came from the cut on her head. The stream of blood reached her lips as she licked it into her mouth, getting a full taste of her own blood. Hearing her opponent walking towards her, Mari knew that this was not the time to be worried about losing some blood, because if she did her problems would become a whole lot worse than a little blood.

Groaning out as Josey grabbed the her hand, Mari felt it being pulled up but not in the way that would suggest an attempt to pull her up. She wasn't sure why her opponent was doing so as she cracked open her eye through her blood as her hand was quickly released. Mari quickly figured out that Josey was checking to see if she was KO'd, a notion that Mari found insulting. How dare she thought it only took this much to end her.

Tightening her hand into a fist, Mari kept her arm up as she glared straight into Josey's eyes. "Not...yet." she would hiss out as she quickly sat up and tried to bury her fist into Josey's stomach.

This match was over. The world was her oyster now. The cowgirl could ride off into the sunset without even casting a glance back towards this contemptible woman and this shitty garage. A glass of whiskey or two, or a dozen would help her see the night through, and that would be that. Josey then would be just as unconscious as Mari seemed to be right now. The Outlaw was one hundred percent confident this little affair could be buried.

But Mari's hand just wouldn't go down. Not only did it not go down easy, it formed a fist. Josey's eyes went wide with shock and then they closed. Not because Josey wanted them to, but because she didn't have a choice. Mari socked her in the stomach and she doubled over and took a few steps backwards.

When she opened her red eyes again, they did not shine with the confidence they once did. Doubts had not crept in yet, but the inchoate forms of dangerous misgiving began to form on the periphery of her consciousness. The Outlaw tried to shake them off, going forward and trying to get a punch down low.

Smashing her fist into Josey's stomach, Mari bought herself enough time to get to her hands and knees. She knew that she only had a few precious seconds to ready herself for when Josey came back at her as she looked up. But then she saw a split second of Josey's eyes, they were wavering. It gave Mari a breathe of life, a rush of adrenaline as she rose to her knees.

Josey came back at her, but Mari was ready as she would reach out to grab the fist of the Outlaw. Looking up with her bloodied face, Mari flashed a smile as she would then yank on the arm of the American to pull her close to then try and head butt Josey right in the chin to extend her period to catch her breath.

Josey had a hard head. She was stubborn, sure, but she had taken enough shots to the head to know how to deal with them. She had given out her fair share of head butts and had accepted enough of them to know that they hurt like a bitch. As Mari's head pitched back, Josey's eyes went wide with fright. Then as the woman's head went forward, her chin exploded with pain. Josey was sent reeling back.

She clutched her chin. Mari had walloped her but she hadn't drawn blood yet. That wasn't to say that Josey wasn't bloody as some of the blood that Josey had drawn was now on her as a stark reminder of what she was capable of. She wiped the red wet stuff off of her a bit before she pitched forward again, this time with an awkward kick.

Mari's head was spinning a bit after smacking her forehead into Josey's chin. Mari was surprised that hit didn't knock Josey off of her feet, but with her powerful opponent staggering about she couldn't really complain that much as she herself stumbled up. Holding her head she advanced towards Josey, managing to avoid her opponent's kick as she lurched forward to grab on to Josey's long blonde hair.

Gasping out, she eyed one of the cars with her not blood covered eye as her lips curled into a smile. Quickening her pace with Josey in tow, she attempted to fling Josey head first through one of the window to earn some blood for herself.

Josey's eyes squinted when her hair was grabbed. She hated that shit. This was wrestling, fighting, and that was for thin bimbos who couldn't throw a punch if their lives depended on it. It was an effective means to control how people moved and she knew that it severely limited the range of what a girl could do in the ring. But this wasn't a ring.

What she hated even more was having her head nearly smashed in. Just like with the hair, there was nothing the cowgirl could do. She tried to brace herself for the impact that would surely come at the end, but nothing would have happened if she managed that impossible task. The Outlaw's hard head broke the window and sent glass everywhere, and Josey's body slumped against the car. Josey had been sent halfway to la la land, and leaned against the car groaning.

Mari turned her head after throwing Josey into the window to avoid catching glass in her eye. Panting as she slumped against the car, she looked at the blonde being draped through the car door as she staggered towards her. She was confident that crash was enough to win her the fight as she grabbed the back of Josey's top, pulling on it to force her opponent out of the wreckage and back on to the floor.

Panting to herself, Mari walked around Josey's downed body to survey her opponent and the damage she wrought on her. Reaching down, she would reach for Josey's hand to lift it up and just like her opponent did to her. Looking to confirm that Josey was KO'd, she would dangle the arm over head before releasing it to proclaim her victory.

As Josey flopped to the floor of the garage, her blood was clearly visible. There was no doubting that this blood was entirely her own now, as it was all over the window of the car as well. The Outlaw felt lucky that the glass hadn't gotten some vital artery, lest she be in a position that was far more unenviable. Her blonde hair formed a halo around her head as she lay groaning on the concrete floor of the garage.

Then Mari pulled her hand up. Josey thought of just letting it fall. It would have been fairly easy, really, to just make all this pain go away. And the pain was unbearable. Her head was throbbing and her neck had been assailed with a bunch of little cuts. The Outlaw felt an awful lot like she was losing, and it could all come to an end.

But Josey wasn't like that. She held her arm up high, and then turned it into a middle finger aimed towards Mari before launchign into a swift upkick.

Mari was sure that Josey was finished, however she was given a rude awakening when she watched as the hand refuse to fall. Her eyes widened when the middle finger flipped her off and before she even had a chance to register the finger, Mari was soon kicked right in the face. "Gah!' Mari cried out as she stumbled backwards, blood flying off of her face after being hit. Covering her face, Mari hit the side of the car and twirled around before running into another car.

She should've known that Josey was nowhere near done, though it was hard to believe after crashing head first into a car window. Panting, Mari stood back up as she started walking back towards Josey, she couldn't let her get another heavy hit in. If Mari got back to her opponent in time, she would try to blast her across the face with a heavy punch.
