Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
James was a big fan of this submission. When he applied it to women, it forced their boobs forward and out and looked good on a lot of posters. Furthermore, it was draining and painful, and sapped a lot of the upper body strength that was so desperately needed to win a match. When it was applied on him, he hated it, directly proportional to how much he loved applying it to women.
He felt like he was on display, and his pain was nothing but amusement for the crowd. That was the whole point of wrestling, he supposed, but he hated it at the current moment. His back and arms were ablaze with pain and he grimaced. There was very little escape from this hold, but James tugged as much as he could to try and get out of it.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
Yajiri couldn’t help but smile just a little as she locked James in the camel clutch. It was a basic hold that just about any wrestler was familiar with, but it was also highly effective, and there was a certain aspect of domination that accompanied it. While she sat there on James’ back and bent his spine, she had to admit it made her feel powerful.
But naturally, it was early in the match and she had suspected James would be too tough to submit to her yet. The more he struggled beneath her, the harder it became to keep her balance and her grip on the hold. So after holding it in a few moments longer, Yajiri released James and let his upper body fall to the mat, then climbed off of him.
Moving by his head, Yajiri would then reach down and try to drag James back to his feet by his arm, intending to Irish whip him into one of the corners if she could get him up.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
James could breathe easy now. Or as easy as anyone could breathe during a wrestling match. The few moments of torturous pain were brought to an end and James was thanking the wrestling gods above that his struggles or Yajiri's mercy was enough to get him free, but his brief respite was similarly brought to an end. His arm was seized and the aerial ace was forced to his feet. It was a lot more conducive to winning than resting on the mat, but he wanted to be there of his own volition.
Just as he wished to be moving under his own volition. Yajiri made that decision for him, however, and James was always the type to go with the flow. The aerial ace was sent packing towards the ropes, but managed to get his back to it before he toppled over them, and sprang back.
He had pulled himself together enough to form some plan of attack as he came bounding back. His feet fell hard and heavy on the white canvas, especially on his last step as he flung himself into the air. Two strong legs extended forward and James launched a missile dropkick towards his beautiful opponent.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
And just like that, Yajiri had made her first rookie mistake of the match. James had a light build, and had struggled once she’d brought him to the mat moments ago. A more experienced wrestler would likely have deduced his strengths were probably more tied to his speed and aerial prowess. The key to dealing with opponents like that was to keep them close and in your clutches, not throw them into the ropes where they could actually be dangerous.
But that’s what Yajiri did, and she paid for it as a pair of boots came crashing right into her torso. “Gah!” she gasped out as the hit blasted her off her feet and sent her rolling across the mat, grimacing in pain while her arms moved protectively over her chest.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
James liked blows like that. It showed off his body and skills a lot, and showed a little bit of initiative. But most of all, it hurt like a bitch. The attack came in directly to Yajiri's sternum, and James knew from experience how much shit like that hurt. If he did the move incorrectly, there was even a small chance of caving in the victim's chest. The aerial ace wouldn't be able to live with himself if he did that, but James was lucky that he only bowled Yajiri over.
Very lucky indeed. The aerial ace quickly gathered himself and jumped up once again. Someone who was a little bit cleverer than he was would probably be trying to secure some sort of submission on his opponent, but James was only good at a few things when it came to wrestling. The purple-haired wonder turned away from his opponent and launched into a backflip, trying to catch his opponent with a quick splash.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
Simple as a dropkick was, it was a beautiful thing to see when executed at its best. Clearly James had a talent for throwing them, and Yajiri would no doubt have appreciated it considerably more had she not just been on the receiving end of it. The kick not only dropped her to the mat, it also provided James with a perfect opening for his standing moonsault followup.
“Ugh!” Yajiri cried out as James splashed down torso first right on top of her! Despite being winded by the impact, the rookie wasn’t feeling worried. She was down, but still far from out. Though, whether or now that would change soon likely depended on how many more of these high speed assaults she’d be able to protect herself from.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
James had never felt so alive. The crowd cheered him on as he popped right back up and raised two arms in the air. This was fun. This was exciting. This was wrestling. When the talent scout told him of all the glory of Tokyo, this is exactly what he imagined, and the usually cool boy was grinning ear to ear. The aerial ace wasn't trying to showboat or anything, although many in the crowd would argue with his self-assessment. James didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings. This was just who he was.
And another core facet of who he was involved lots and lots of speed. Yajiri was an easy target on the ground, but James was all about movement. He turned back to his opponent and bent over to pick her up. If he managed to bring her to her feet the same way he brought the crowd to theirs, he would Irish Whip her towards one of the far corners and wait to see if she came bouncing back.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
Yajiri certainly wished she could attest to having just as much fun right now as James was. Maybe she would’ve if she were watching from the crowd. That had been an excellent moonsault he’d just pulled off. But being on the receiving end of moves like those gave her a perspective that made it a bit more difficult to immediately appreciate the entertainment value behind them.
Still winded from the impact, Yajiri grunted but offered no resistance as James pulled her up to her feet. And once she was up she was sent in an involuntary sprint right toward one of the corners! Instinctively she turned at the last second and grunted out as her back crashed into the turnbuckle pads, then began to groggily stagger back out of the corner after the impact.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
The girl was still aching. Good. A faint smile flecked his lips before a look of determination came over him. His purple hair flew backwards as he barreled towards his opponent. James preferred to have a leaner body to help him bend and twist as he needed to, but when the blood started flowing and his legs began to churn, man, did James look imposing. Two purple eyes never wavered from his quarry.
The aerial ace then did a handspring forward, only a foot or two away from Yajiri. He did not seek to leave the ground completely at any point during the attack. Rather, he hoped to use his legs' momentum to carry him forward. The initial impact was sure to hurt, but that was not what he was aiming for. Instead, he aimed to wrap his legs around Yajiri's head and send her to the ground with a sort of impromptu on-the-ground hurricanrana.

Re: James Wright vs. Yajiri Kasamatsu
Things had started going downhill fast for Yajiri ever since James had freed himself from her clutches earlier. High flyers like these tended to be much easier to manage once you had them grounded and controlled, but such a situation was proving rather difficult to create at the moment. James’ momentum was snowballing, and that trend only continued here.
Yajiri saw James suddenly handspring toward her. Not exactly the kind of move you learn to expect from your opponents in amateur wrestling. Needless to say, in the split second she had to react, her inexperienced mind couldn’t put together something in time. The legs snagged around her, and down the brunette went, crashing down onto the mat once again!
