Because rather then try and do so they told him to bascially "do nothing while we hunt down your friend." When they could have gotten them, mainly people like Wido or Stark to talk to himand convince him to help. During the movie Tony almost got Cap to sign the accords, showing that he was willing to discuss the issue if they just tried but with Bucky they didn't.

I mean....is he one to argue. They went in with a fucking strike force to attack Strucker...without much reason or being allowed to at all ? The problem with Captain America, is that everything he does...is not allowed or legal in this world. While what the people like the task force....are!

I am not saying the way they handled Bucky was 100% correct, but what Cap did is 100% wrong xD Also what Bucky did is 110% wrong

To be fair, it WAS set up that Zemo spent the time after Sokovia studying the Avengers. If you know someone, then you know how they will react given a set of options. It's not REALLY luck but more of an educated guess.

It being Legal doesnt mean its right though, Cap doesnt do things for the sake if them being legal or not he does them because he belives there the right thing to do. Thats where the differnce is. They handled Bucky poorly and Cap as he is couldnt just stand there and allow them t do it that way just because the law said so.

Xantos gambit is a plan where tou win no matter what the outcome is Tat, Zemos plan had several things that could go the wrong the way and feels more loke the batman gambit.

I mean caps argument that his friend bashed his head in until he was in a coma for a few days, and then didn't allow him to drown was not a very good argument for Bucky not being brained washed still.

But not letting Cap get a chance to try and talk to Bucky first wasnt the best way to go about it.

Eeeeh...see, if cap would get killed in that scenario. It would be on them, not cap. Cause he isn't registered as any fighting force. For all intents and purposes he is a civilian, they can't send a civilian into a place like that =P

Caps still an avenger, that didnt change all of a sudden, he wasnt written off. They Just didnt care enough to ask.

I'll also point out Winter Soldier is a known killer. He was innocent of ONE thing, but still killed other people and he is wanted for that.

Bucky is a mentally fucked up person needing godly amounts of therapy. If the movie had him like, give himself up, and be like, "Hydra brainwashed me, I'm sorry, pls help" I would have felt sympathy for him and maybe Cap could have helped him better.

Instead he makes it clear he expects to be able to lay low and hide and just let it all go away, and Cap spends the whole movie pounding his chest and acting like he knows what's best for everyone, to the point of breaking the law several times, making his friends fugitives, and demanding Bucky get off Scot free.

Honestly, the fact that so many of Caps crew were willing to just beat the shit out of their own allies, and that quickly just start HATING Tony Stark outright, makes me question their loyalties.


Also, Fuck Wanda. The movie tries to make you feel bad for her, but it really doesn't excuse the crap she pulls.
