Tension in Ueno: Tag Team Championship Ladder Match- United Kingdom Elite (c) vs WhiteGale

Ryan hadn't been expecting Sion's moonsault, it seemed that Ryan wasn't the only guy that could flip around when the situation called for it. Normally that would be something that Mr Knight would praise. Were he not on the end of it of course, then it was something that he despised. Sion was preparing to continue his ladder assisted assault on the British paragon, Mr Knight was still feeling the impact of Sion plowing into him. So he was more or less open for being attacked once again, Ryan grunted as he was hefted up. The sudden blurting of someone saying ladder got Ryan's attention, and suddenly he realised what was occurring.

Though it was too late, the next thing the tag champ knew he got suplexed. And it wasn't just a normal one, he got sent right into a steel ladder. This marked the third time Ryan took a trip into metal, and it hurt just as before! Sure enough the big frame of Ryan prompted the ladder to take a tumble, and he'd be lying down in a small heap. The big ladder's top had fallen onto the rope, with Ryan down near it. His only movements being deep breaths, and his teeth gritting in pain.

Before that though John was being pressured to come down by Daisuke, again the Canadian just did not want to just lie down and call it a day. Thankfully though John got wind of what Sion was doing, it was bold but clearly obvious. And the artist would manage to escape the ladder before his boss crashed into it, though if Daisuke was going to continue being troublesome then Mr Carnaby would try to attack. John had turned his body after leaving the steps and made to come down near Daisuke, so that he could drive her to the mat with a tenacious DDT!

Lina let out a small sigh or relief when the ladder began to fall after Sion suplex Ryan into it. Things were beginning to not look pretty but lina was glad the team was bringing the fight to the opposition.

Daisuke wanted to stay on John, though after a small struggle for position she was planted with a ddt from John. As for Sion, Lita made eye contract with him and pointed to the corner closest to him. The chair that Daisuke used on John while they were both outside earlier on happened to be there, most likely due to her putting it so it would be easier for him to get at, though he didn't see her place it there. It didn't matter to him how it got there, he saw something and wanted to take advantage of it. Picking up the chair and putting it under his shoulder he would make a run towards Ryan, taking a small leap before bring it down across Ryan's head.

Ryan was starting to wonder something, just how much many times was he going to be sent in the general direction of steel climbing instruments? The paragon of Britain was quite confident in his ability to withstand considerable amounts of punishment, though that might be the reason why he was put through them. Mr Knight felt the pain in his back, but to him he knew that being able to feel that meant he wasn't out of the fight. It was just going to be harder after all. Though at the very least John was paying dividends, the artist was being the good dogsbody.

Mr Knight had opened his eyes, the pain as aggravating as it was at least was keeping him awake. The ladder was down, which meant that it wasn't going to be as easy to get the titles as before. Ryan's vision was upside down at the moment, but he could see that Sion was coming in. And it looked like he was packing a steel chair, the alarm bells were ringing. So as the Canadian man lept up in the air, Ryan gritted his teeth and would prepare to roll out of harm's way. That was all he needed to do, all he needed to focus on. Sure enough it paid off and the paragon of Britain was just out of harm's way when the chair hit.

John meanwhile had taken a moment to catch his breath after nailing Daisuke, jumping from the ladder had added a little extra oomph factor to it. Still though Mr Carnaby had clocked what Sion was doing, and had promptly shouted with "Boss watch it!" which may have aided in Ryan's evasion. The artist would attempt to get to his vertical base and try to move in on the Canadian, he'd no doubt be in the process of recovering from his missed attack. Which the master of creation hoped to punish by going behind Sion and trying to wrap his arms around the waist for a good old fashioned German suplex!

It was close, but nobody was home and Sion felt the vibration of chair hitting nothing but canvas.  It wasn't bad, but enough to make him leave the chair where it was before looking to see where Ryan rolled to before getting back up.  As he got back to his feet he was soon taken back down as John grabbed him from behind with a german supelx.

As for Daisuke, she wasn't out of it from the ddt from John, but was shaken a bit.  Still she looked to shake it off and try to pull herself back up shortly after John called out to Ryan.

While things were busy inside the ring, on the outside Lita looked a bit concerned.  Not so much with what was going on to Daisuke and Sion, but more about someone that was not there. She whispered to Lina "I'm kind of surprised Lucy hasn't shown her face around here yet.  Figured she's be a bit more visual given what's up."  Lina nodded slightly.  Taking her eyes of the match for a couple of seconds she took a quick look under the ring before looking back at Lita and giving her a small shrug.  "Well she's not under there" Lina tells her and gestures to Lita to remain alert just in case.

John knew that every move was going to count, Ryan had taken a significant beating over the course of this match. And of the two he was the more durable no doubt, but still it was something to be concerned with. Given that there was a lot of notable redness on Mr Knight's back from all the repeated slams through steel, he inwardly considered himself lucky that Sion hadn't brought that chair down on him. That could have really done a number on the British paragon, the ring shook a little as the artist slammed Sion into the mat.

Unknown to both of the tag champs however one of the cameras had looked up to the crowd, and being shown on the titantron was Lucy Grange. Who looked quite miffed, after Ryan had tricked and trapped her in the VIP booth that the UK Elite bought. He had done so that if he and John were to lose, well it would be with them fighting to the end. Which was always how the tag champs wanted it to be, though this fight wasn't over. Not by a long shot. Which was evident by how Ryan pounded the mat with a balled fist and made to rise back up, the belts were on the line and Mr Knight gritted his teeth as he stood back up.

John had taken Sion down, and he made brief eye contact with his boss. That was all the communication that was needed, the paragon of Britain clocked Daisuke. And would proceed to make his way to her, literally stomping as he did so before attempting to clothesline her. While Mr Carnaby would try to remain close on Sion, and rain down some balled fists onto the back of the Canadian male. Time to switch targets, could equal a better chance of victory.

Lina glanced at Lita and told her "Found her" while giving a motion with her head towards the video screen. Lita looked at the screen and she saw where Lucy was hiding. She looked up there originally and didn't see her at first glance. Though looking a bit closer something made Lita think Lucy didn't want to be up there if she had a choice. Part of Lita was tempted to go up there.

Lina was also keeping her attention on the ring as well and saw Ryan and John switching things up. As John fired away on Sion, Sion felt the barrage coming and in reaction to being hit he'd try to throw his elbow in John's direction to try to get him to back up a bit.

As for Daisuke when she got back up she Ryan coming straight for her. Both ladies on the outside saw him coming at her too and had a feeling they wouldn't like the out come. Luckily for her she was able to at fast and bend herself backwards, almost like something out of the matrix. Lita and Lina were surprised with Daisuke's quick thinking, though that wasn't it as Daisuke held it there after the clothesline flew overhead. If Ryan didn't go too far past her she would wait until he turned back around and from where she was look to deliver a bicycle kick. She might not be able to match Ryan physically but she sure is innovative.

John would normally attack an opponent on the ground with various submission holds, to work them over now that the young man had his foe where he wished them to be. In any sort of match Mr Carnaby would have played to his strength and probably be trying to crank Sion's neck as far back as he could. But this wasn't just any match, no this was a battle. To prove who was the best, the titles were at stake. And the way to win was to climb up the ladder, so this had led to the artist going a bit wild at this point. Though of course Sion wasn't going to take it lying down, the close proximity of the male Canadian enabled him to drive his nearest elbow into John's gut. Being suddenly attacked like that made John take a deep hiss and promptly back away a little, and going a bit more vertical in his stance as he gave the distance to Sion.

Elsewhere Ryan knew that Daisuke was the more nimble, and arguably more persistent out of the two. Well Mr Knight was the persistent one out of the tag champs, say what you would about Britain's paragon but he fought no matter what. He'd been slammed through steel about three times now, the pain could be felt in his back. But Ryan focused instead on fighting, and defeating his enemies. Daisuke ducked under the clothesline, putting her speed to good use against Ryan.

The young man clicked his tongue in his mouth, he should have guessed that might happen. Too obvious, Ryan quickly turned around. Only to be struck with a bicycle kick from the blonde woman, Mr Knight grunted and staggered back near the ropes as he felt the strike across his chest. Nearly going through them, he put his upper body above the middle rope and grabbed the top rope. Letting the ropes take him, and then Ryan would use them to spring back up and try to rush at Daisuke once again with a Dean Ambrose style rebound lariat!

Having the distance to do so Sion was able to get up without trouble, however he could still feel some of John hamming down on him moments ago. Given how things have gone so far he felt he had to take things up a notch. He's done that so far but it didn't last for very long. Trying not to think too far ahead he wanted to get John on the outside of the ring and take it from there. With that thought in the mind he would look to grab hold of John, not in a full lock up, though it looked like a slight one at first but ended up being more of a force grab after a second. While moving his feet in the direction of the ropes he looked to get control of John and toss him over the top rope and to the outside. If he managed to succeed in getting John to land on the floor he would then back up a bit to get some running room before taking off and leaping through the ropes with a suicide dive.

As for Dai, she saw Ryan going through the ropes, but she couldn't reset herself in time when she saw Ryan coming back at her and took the lariat before she could come up with a counter for it. Falling back and over, coming to a stop with her face laying against the canvas she let out a small "Ow."

John was beginning to feel that perhaps the way he was going about this wasn't working out for him, but with how the fight had been progressing trying to setup a submission hadn't seemed viable. Though not going for one seemed to be the folly of the master of creation, because Sion was made of grit. And the Canadian would take advantage of the situation by springing up and getting into a lockup with Mr Carnaby, though it wasn't a proper one. Rather it was attempt to send the artist right out the ring!

John hadn't expected the move in that manner, and he'd pay the price for not attempting to deal with it in the right way. Mr Carnaby's view became upside down as he was sent over the top rope, though thankfully he had the wherewithal to grab the top rope and make his fall have a bit less impact than it might have had otherwise. Still though John fell to the outside mats shortly after, the young man only had enough time to ponder what he might do next when suddenly the Canadian proved he wasn't done yet. Sion suicide dived the artist not too long after he got back up, which sent the tag champ from the apron to the iron guard rail. John quickly exhaled and hissed out at the impact, and he was half sitting down and half sitting up.

Meanwhile Ryan had proved once again that despite his large frame he was more than capable of being creative in his offence, and Daisuke had been taken aback by this display of fitness. The blonde lady had just been taken out her boots when Mr Knight struck her down, the British paragon thumbed his nose and was on one knee. Ryan couldn't say he'd done a counter like that before, but it was kind of a spur of the moment kinda thing. Now, time to try and improve on what he had done.

Mr Knight would turn to look at what occurred outside briefly, but the young man was confident in his partner. Besides if Sion was out the ring, he couldn't climb a ladder. Ryan and Daisuke were still in the ring, so the young Brit would get close and try to grab hold of her right leg. Lift it up and deliver a quick kick to Dai's kneecap before slamming the limb down on the mat, if he could weaken one leg then that could improve the chances of victory. Daisuke was persistent, perhaps lessening her ability to stand would help.

Lina and Lita made sure not to get in the way when John came near them just in case if something were to happen, which something did in the form of Sion coming his way. Sion felt pretty good after that but knew he couldn't rest on that feeling alone. As he moved to stay on the offensive he made a small gesture towards the girls and they nodded looked under the ring. This time they weren't looking for someone, but something. As they searched, Sion lifted John up and looked to drop him chest first across the railing.

The girls knew what they were looking for. While this was a ladder match there were no rules saying tables can't come into play, which is what they pulled out from underneath the ring. Depending which side of the crowd one was one the sight of this being brought into play would either be welcomed or not at the current moment. Either way however business was about to pick up even more so than it already has. They quickly went to work on setting up not to far from where the guys were and moved back, not sure of what Sion may have planned.

As for Daisuke, things were going the opposite for her at the moment. Part of her had a feeling what Ryan was trying to accomplish...after he already did it however. All she could think of was not wanting Ryan to do that to her more than once so she pulled the same leg close to her as soon as she good. If the girls on the outside weren't busy they would have seen Dai's visual sign of displeasure.
