Tension in Ueno: Tag Team Championship Ladder Match- United Kingdom Elite (c) vs WhiteGale

John was getting frustrated with Daisuke's efforts, it made him wonder just what was it going to take to ensure the blonde Canadian was going to stay down. He'd made her bust open even more and was wringing her with an ironic move, short of tossing a kitchen sink at her the artist wasn't certain of what else he could attempt. And being the stubborn person Dai was she attempted to capitalise on the weak spot in the master of creation's gameplan, using her arms to try and claw at John's head. Damn those nails weren't trimmed, it made Mr Carnaby flinch up as scratches got on his face.

Which opened up another chance for Daisuke to take advantage of, going for a Iron Claw right on the master of creation with that same arm. Clearly shades of the legendary Fritz Von Erich, though at this moment in time he couldn't really appreciate the old school right now. As the move was being applied on him, causing a large jolt of pressure on his front facial area. John loudly yelled, those nails were digging in like no one's business. But he wasn't going to panic, instead the master of creation would try to focus on the attacking arm. And get his hands and legs around to wrap a sort of armbar around it, the crossface was more or less done now as clear by how the Canadian was dealing with it so might as well try a change in holds.

Meanwhile with Mr Knight he was intent on making Sion feel the wrath of Britain, at least how it would be in the mind of the eccentric rich man. Though given his current state Ryan would have to settle for just trying to smack the man of WhiteGale as best he could, Ryan's blonde hair going wildly about as he swung at Sion.

Still though Sion was of course not going to take this if he could help it, no wrestler did. Unless they were masochistic, those who coveted injury found it in no short supply in the squared circle. Though the young man wasn't one, didn't appear as such to the paragon of Britain. Sion blocked the first swing in time, turning to face Ryan as he did so. No matter, Ryan would try to attack again. And throw out some more hard slaps, if Sion wasn't going to have a red back then the front could be given the spanking instead!

The sounds of John's reacting to being clawed and held there reminded Dai of how she when she was first taught the move. It wasn't a pleasurable experience and it appeared to be a simple yet effective thing to do. Though it was something she wouldn't be able to hold in for very long as John was looking to apply and armbar on her. If her long time trainer Kelly, who has has wrestled longer than she's been alive and competed under the name Kei, saw the transition John was making it would surely be something she'd enjoy and maybe also what soon was to come. Dai could tell John's legs were close by and the first thought that came to her mind was to take a big ol' chomp out of it and cause a chain reaction and cause John to ease up the grip and hope it gives her time to escape from it, but she didn't go that route. Instead she would strike one of them with her forearm to get herself a little bit more wiggle room before attempting to turn to her side so she would be facing him. If she managed to get there she would look to wrap her legs around the back of his head and bend him closer to her. Other than that nothing came to mind on what she would do if she managed to do that, but she wasn't trying to think too far ahead.

The sound of the chest slaps didn't sound pretty to Lina nor Lita as they saw Ryan make repeated contact with Sion's chest. While to some they might not be much Sion knew first hand they were effective and in large doses their effects would amplify. Clearly he didn't enjoy what Ryan dished out as he held his chest for a breif moment after the final one Ryan send his way, but after that what he was about to do some could say is a bit nuts. He looks up at Ryan and tells him "I could take that all day, can you?" before responding with one of his own. The girls on the outside see this and notice a look in his eyes that they've seen his mother have from time to time in the ring. He slaps a part of his own chest that Ryan didn't make contact with seconds ago and tells him "Is that all you've got? Come on!" Of course nothing was stopping Ryan from just punching him in the face or kicking him in the dick, but Sion took those chest claps like he was given a glove slap to his face. There have been times traded chops were an opponent earlier in a match, but not at this point. Even if it wasn't the intent Sion felt like his pride was being called out. The girls noticed this and stayed silent as they waited to see how Ryan would respond.

Sion was seemingly enduring Ryan's offence decently enough at this point, granted the male Canadian was in better shape than the paragon of Britain. Even with the kick that would have made Goldust proud in breaking dreams from John, so much in fact that Sion felt confident enough to mock Mr Knight's strength. Now that was just being plain bold, the words made Ryan pause. A wild look emerged on the Brit's face, Sion had poked the paragon. Which was one thing that was very, very ill advised. Ryan quickly ran his hands through his blonde hair, letting a very loud roar. Before suddenly preparing to grab hold of Sion and headbutt him, both hands on the sides of the head and the forehead poised for the nose. Sometimes, when you had a bad idea you might not want to act on it. That might be one of those times.

Meanwhile John hadn't gotten his armbar properly locked in, he knew that too. His current frame of mind was simply trying to cause as much damage as the artist could try, the stubborn lady wasn't relenting up. Still Dai was fighting smart, despite the pressure the master of creation was applying to her. A clear sign of a will to win, regardless it was required by John to stop her. The awkward hold would serve to work against the tag champ, the Canadian getting a chance to further fight with John by delivering a shot with her forearm to the lower limbs of the artist.

It made John grunt hard in response, damn Daisuke could smart like no one's issue. Before proceeding to flip around above the master of creation, her more lithe form was giving her an advantage in this exchange. Managing to get those legs around the back of his head, causing considerable pressure around the head area. John was starting to feel desperate, grunting the young man would try and do something simple. Try to grab hold of the Canadian and attempt to move up and then slam her down, John couldn't think of much else to try at that point.

It wasn't that Sion 'poked' Ryan, it felt more like the other way around. Sion saw and heard Ryan about to do something, which to him looked he may take Sion up on the challenge that was thrown down. However it wasn't what Sion was expecting as he received a headbutt from Ryan instead, not that Ryan was obligated to do anything specific but it wasn't what Sion was hoping for. The girls saw this and they were a bit surprised by Ryan's choice of action. Sure they could have exchanged chops and they wouldn't have been surprised if Ryan outlasted Sion there, but to them Ryan came across as someone who would have accepted it...then again everyone else has done stuff they usually wouldn't have if things were different. Still it came across as unexpected.

Sion turned and held his head after the headbutt connected. He was able to let out a "Really?!" as he held on to his face, but in the process secretly licking his hand before turning around and tagging Ryan in the chest. At this point he didn't expect Ryan to do the same to him but he still felt like he had something to prove. The sound of the hand connecting surely wouldn't sound pretty, and would cause the girls in his team's corner to let out a "Whoa."


The exchange Daisuke and John were having on the other hand was something one wouldn't expect for a ladder match, but they were mixing it up nicely. As Dai was trying to figure out what to do with John as she pulled him close to her, the fact of what she was doing having some effect on him didn't rush her way of thinking, but she wasn't completely safe where she was as she felt John attempting raise himself up, and her in the process. Finding herself about to be slammed back down to where she just was she let out and "What the?...aw shit" before making contact with the canvas below, groaning shortly after impact.

Ryan liked to consider himself a classical sort of wrestler, one that was a straightforward grappler and powerhouse. And from time to time executing elaborate moves such as the Knightmare to ensure victory, but at this point in time Mr Knight had one thing on his mind. Batter Sion, let him know that it's not just Ryan that's beating the shit out of him. But the whole of Britain too, the Mother of all omelettes. Ryan liked to consider himself mostly an even tempered man, it took a heck of a lot to get under his skin. However, Sion was winning the solid gold kewpie doll. This was a rare and not very pretty sight, the tag champ was actually losing his shit at the moment. Gone was the stoic focus.

Mr Knight grunted after colliding his head with the male Canadian's, taking a couple of steps back with regards to recoil with a hand on the forehead. After all neither was wearing a helmet, but Ryan knew that Sion was going to come off that exchange hopefully in a more worseoff state than him. Perhaps he was, but the man of WhiteGale had remained on his feet. Vocally expressing his feelings, and then sticking Ryan on his bare chest. Despite the sweat already on the paragon of Britain the young man knew what the gesture meant, and that just made the champ even more mad. Screaming at Sion Mr Knight threw caution and self preservation to the wind and prepared to try and give the male Canadian another headbutt, now that Ryan was solely intent on clobbering Sion he wasn't putting much thought in a gameplan right now.

John was in a similar sort of situation, the master of creation was doing his damndest to take the fight right to Daisuke. The chaos of this match had only increased over time as both teams were trying to bring the other to the point where they couldn't get up, still as crafty as the blonde Canadian had been John was no stranger to trying to jockey for the lead in a grappling situation. Though the situation wasn't the most ideal one the master of creation was able to at least drop Daisuke down, like a right bad habit. The ensuring impact had rattled John a bit despite his superior vertical positioning, and he wobbled to the right towards the ropes. Where Mr Carnaby let them accept his frame as he panted a sigh of relief.

Thumbing his nose John was wondering just how much left did everyone have in their tanks? Sure Dai was stubborn, but every inch of John's body was screaming in pain. And he was confident in his ability to withstand punishment, even if he didn't have the factor that Ryan had. Taking a deep breath though John would assess Daisuke from this position, sizing her up so to speak with where she was. The artist would then move off the ropes, and go into a movement that was little faster than a walk. With John deciding to try and leap down and splash onto the blonde Canadian, perhaps slamming his weight down might press the sails into buckling. If John could land it that is, given the sluggish movements of the tag champ.

Ryan's reaction to and response to what Sion did didn't surprise the ladies watching on the outside of the ring, nor did they not expect Sion to have a similar reaction to Ryan's resposce like last time, however it taking him down to one knee, shaking his head shortly thereafter, and without the 'really' this time. "He's not gonna get it!" Lina attempts to tell him, strongly suggesting he "Abort!" his current way of thinking. She didn't look thrilled when she saw Sion about to back for more. She pounds near the edge of canvas on their side of the ropes "Sion no!" as she saw him about to take another swing at Ryan. As he was about to fire away after the wind up he instead ducked and quickly sidestepped past Ryan. Turns out Sion heard and processed Lina's message the first time and simply wanted to fake Ryan out. He looked to spring himself off the middle rope and jump back towards Ryan, looking to execute an inverted ddt. Lina did not expect to see Sion on the move, blinking when she saw him take off. At this point in the match Sion didn't take into considering the distance and between the ropes and Ryan, and the other math associated with this. Usually he'd be able to tell just before the launch off, but this was clearly a move out of desperation.

Just before John began to move again Lita caught glimpse of John's gesture. While keeping quiet about it she kept her hands on the part of the canvas in front of her, but made a slight motion of realling in a fish before one of her fingures quickly popped up, showing what she thought, but other than that she said and did nothing else at the moment. Daisuke however reached out and grabbed nothing but air as John was just coming off the ropes. A couple of seconds later she did feel something though, him crashing to her. After John removed himself off of her, if he did that is, she would hold on to herself where he landed, though she did let out of a huge groan after the initial impact.

Ryan was fuming, he was looking very much like a pissed off Scotsman. There was look in his eyes that was akin to a bull seeing red, in fact very briefly a picture could catch an enraged expression. Which seemed to encapsulate the amount of fury that was now within in the British paragon, who most likely was going to chop Sion to pieces and leave the male Canadian totally rekted. Still though this had made Mr Knight reckless, usually he was focused and always had a plan in mind. But his head was focused on trying to make contact with Sion's again until either were Sion was down and out of it. But going back to the well a second time seemed to not be advisable, as the man of WhiteGale would proceed to avoid the attack and nip past the British paragon. Giving a loud bellow, akin to that of a wounded hippo Ryan would try to turn and continue on assailing the man from Canada.

But Sion was more nimble than the lumbering angry Brit, and Ryan turned around to get caught just in time by the opponent. In a shocking inverted DDT, the momentum smacking the paragon of Britain down to the canvas with a very loud thud. Ryan's legs went right up in the air before falling to the mat also, the sudden pain in his head had left the tag champ wondering just who turned off the lights. The paragon of Britain would roll a little to the right, his hands clutching his head in pain.

As for John he had managed to splash down right on Daisuke, with a splash that would have made The Ultimate Warrior proud no doubt. Granted Mr Carnaby wasn't as dynamic, nor was he as stodgy as his boss. But the artist was no stranger to tossing his weight around, he landed right on the Canadian woman. And it resulted in a feeling of relief that he had managed to squash Daisuke there, even someone as tough as she was would need to catch her breath.

The master of creation would pause a second before rolling and sorta flooping where he was, that move took quite a bit out of John. But Daisuke had been much worse in that exchange, the consolation was enough to make Mr Carnaby smile a little at least. Though that was short lived as he heard the loud impact of his boss hitting the mat with Sion's attack, the artist looked on. He wanted to get in there and clobber the Canadian, but in the state he was in that was much easier said than done. The tag champ knew what Mr Knight would want though, stay on the enemy closest. And Daisuke had been determined as the more difficult of the two. John slowly got to a crouching position, taking a brief moment to wipe the sweat off his forehead before trying to bring Daisuke slowly upwards in a vertical Dragon Sleeper. Unlike the formerly enraged paragon John was having an idea of what he might want to try, half an idea but better than anything else.

Fortunately for Sion he was on target, it would have looked pretty bad if Ryan caught him or he flat out missed. After connecting with the the inverted ddt he knew he had to keep Ryan down as he kept coming back for more. He saw the ring post where the girls were and something came to mind, but another part of him told him not yet. Considering what Ryan has been through so far he might have to do just a little bit more to keep Ryan down long enough to go for what he was thinking. With that in mind he reached for one of the ladders that was near by and pulled it towards Ryan. The ladies on the outside watched Sion move, wondering what he had in mind. They soon saw Sion grabbing hold of Ryan and setting him up for a possible Canadian Destroyer on top of the ladder. That is what Sion was intending for but to them it looked like he could be thinking of a number of things.

Daisuke on the other hand was feeling the opposite, and John looking to lock in a dragon sleeper wasn't doing her any favours either as she didn't get much time to get the wind back that was squashed out of her. She did flail her arms about, desperately trying to find away out. She did attempt to reach back and pull on John's hair, but couldn't get a grip on it. While it wasn't too short to grab it was too slippery for her to hold on to in this position and her hand simply fell to the side after a couple seconds of attempting to grip it. Some more blood was coming out of Daisuke's face with how John held her and Lina was growing concern. Normally she wouldn't encourage this but she shouted out to Dai "Take a bite out of 'em! It worked last time!" Depending how John had her held that might or might not be an option, though either way Dai couldn't process what was Lina's creative suggestion out of desperation. She could still hear Lina's voice but it sounded garbled to her. She reached out in front of her, getting nothing but air, which almost right after that she felt her self just wanting to fall. Both Lita and Lina saw this and tried to feed some momentum to her as they pounded on the canvas on the outside and Lita turned to the crowd and encouraged the crowd to help her out. Only questions that remained were would it help and would it be in time. She didn't want to it to be over, but she could tell she was running out of time.

Ryan had taken inverted DDT's in the past, but that one just didn't feel like it usually ought to. He didn't know where to put his finger on it. Was it the bouncing off the ropes that made Sion's move have that much more oomph to it? Was it the suddenness? At the end though Mr Knight was only pondering on what the hell just hit him there, felt like a little case of whiplash to the young Brit. Regardless of how the British paragon processed the pain though it served it's purpose in battering the head of Ryan, some innovative offence from the male Canadian had taken the champ aback.

Still Mr Knight was aware of his surroundings at the time, though the ringing and numb feelings was something that wasn't very positive. But even so the fact Ryan could feel this meant that he wasn't out, and that meant he was still able to fight on. But Sion most likely knew that Ryan was going to try and come back from this if given so much as an inch, so he began to make plans to try and end the young man. Ryan grunted quietly as Sion had begun to heft him up, given the stunned state of Mr Knight it was like lifting a small foreign car. The young Brit knew that whatever Sion had in mind wasn't going to be good, the panic began to really set in once the male Canadian got him in with the head between the legs. Ryan on reaction would ball his fists and try to deliver some shots out of desperation.

Then the next thing he knew Ryan was going for a flip, and the top of his head crashed onto steel. The crowd had held it's breath and then let out a loud shocked reaction, the paragon of Britain just got dropped right on his head there. With the unrelenting steel in place of the canvas, Mr Knight simply let out a quiet groan. Aside from a simple twitch in his body Ryan was unmoving.

Elsewhere John heard the mighty crash, shit. The artist was going to have to try and seal the deal before it was too late, and he had an idea of what to do that could put Daisuke away. The dragon sleeper had just been the start, to get her upwards and close by for an attack to take her down for an undetermined period of time.

The master of creation would seek to adjust his grip on the female Canadian, wrapping his arms around her back and the nearest leg with hers. So that John could bring Daisuke to the mat onto her head with a sudden and jarring skull crushing finale, that shot on an affected area such as that was certain to incapacitate Daisuke for now. And Mr Carnaby knew he'd need it for the end that was drawing near.............

There was a lot going on. Not only was Sion in the process of Sion planting Ryan on the ladder, though Ryan did not go quietly as Sion felt Ryan's punches before Sion introduced his head to the ladder, John was doing something big to Dai, at least that is what he thought was going on as he hear Lita trying to rally people behind her.  The ladies' reaction to Ryan being driving onto the ladder was that of the majority of the crowd.  The wondered if that would be enough to keep Ryan down considering Sion and Daisuke almost crushed his head earlier on, not to mention everything else that has happened up to this point.  While they didn't have an answer they would soon see that Sion wasn't about to take chances with it.

He drags Ryan close to the corner, sliding out of the ring for a few seconds to get Ryan as close as possible to the ring post before sliding back in. Grabbing hold of Ryan's legs he would look to apply a variation of the regal stretch.  Even though he wanted to believe that flipping piledriver on the ladder would be enough to keep Ryan down and out, he wanted to be sure, even if meant wearing down Ryan some more.  With how he was positioned he could see where John and Daisuke were, but kept his current focus on Ryan.

Daisuke could feel Lita trying to her their supporters behind her, which the feeling was all that was keeping her from completely fading.  She knew she was running out of time and had to get out of this our it would be all over for her.  As it looked liked she was going to try to make a come back as she raised one of her arms up to show a possible second wind, John suddenly changed position, catching her by surprise and whatever she felt flowing through her was lost just as quickly as she was taken down with the full nelson facebuster.  With how sudden it happened the landing felt more amplified than usual, taking also into account how she was moments prior things were becoming worse for her.  As she laid face down, her mug now resting in her own blood and sweat, she felt like things were beginning to shut down.  Shortly after impact she could feel the mixture sticking to her face, which would floor closer towards her eyes and blur her vision. Other than feeling the initial sting she couldn't feel anymore more other than overall hurt as she laid there pretty much unresponsive.  If John moved away from Daisuke after that, Lina would scream at her to get up, with a tone of obvious concern.  John could do what ever he wanted and more than likely she'd still be laying there.

As Sion was busy with keeping Ryan tied up, he would occasionally glance in the direction of John and Daisuke. He saw Dai laying there and part of him wanted to react to it right there and then, but he decided not to and continued to do what he was doing.  He would however be sure to keep an eye on John while having it look like he wasn't, just so he could react in time if John decided to come his way.  That way he'd be ready for him.  Only thing that could pose a problem would be untangling himself from Ryan caused any issues.  Lina was busy trying to get through to Daisuke she lost sight for a moment of what Sion was doing.  Lita gave her a small shoulder tap to her and made a tiny head gesture.  Sion was still up and moving decently.  That didn't make Lina feel any better as Dai was in a lot of trouble.
