Elimination Chamber: Neske Alapo Vs. Gabbie Desjardin Vs. Etzlicoatl Vs. Serina Kashibara Vs. Akiha Kosha Vs. Belinda Northman

Gabbie watched as Akiha got up. Once she was standing, she could go back to work. She took note of their close quarters and was about to make her move when Akiha spoke. Gabbie wrinkled her brow in confusion and stared at Akiha. "The heck?" She muttered and shook her head. Akiha must have gotten punched in the crotch so many times by Serina that she was cross eyed and seeing things.

Gabbie certainly wasn't going to stand around waiting for an explanation so she dashed forward with her guard up. In the close quarters between the ring ropes and the cage, her kicks weren't the best option, so she went forward aiming a few crisp jabs at Akiha, to try and get the confused Japanese aristocrat to back up and stay off her game.

All things considered, Neske seemed to be about as good at getting herself out of trouble during this match as she normally was at getting into it. Even when she had pretty much deliberately picked a fight with one wrestler or another, within no time it seemed like they were all preoccupied with each other, giving her the chance to slip away and recover. As Belinda plowed Etzlicoatl into the ground, she found herself with yet another one of those chances. Sure, she could step in and help out a bit more, but as annoying as she was, Etzicoatl deserved a break. Well, at least so far as 'not being wailed on by two girls at once' could be considered a break. Neske could always go for Belinda, but... for once, she figured maybe it would be a good idea not to make someone her enemy right away. Besides, maybe Belinda could put Etzli away for the rest of the match at this rate.

"Alright, I'll just let you... yeah..." she murmured as she backed off, her hands raised by her face as she spoke. Looking around, Neske assessed the situation, and all things considered, it looked pretty good. She heard counting earlier, and seeing Serina laid out like a ragdoll, it didn't take two guesses to know who that was for. Akiha and Gabbie, on the other hand, were at odds with each other, which was probably Neske's single favorite thing at this moment. Both of them seemed to like kicking her around like a child so far, so it was pretty nice watching them expend their energy on someone who was actually going to hit back.

Yeah, this would work fine. All she had to do was slowly back away and let things play out for a bit.

Here was the question now that she had managed to smack Etzl down hard against the mat like that, probably causing a fair bit of pain upon the Aztec warrior. Belinda would start to slowly push herself up but as she did so she thought about her options....going after Etzl might be the safest bet though....part of her did want to get into the fray and fight it out with Akiha and Gabbie.

Hell she kinda wanted to smack Gabbie down a bit, and she always wanted to fight Akiha. Still Etzl could be a threat, that much Belinda had learned in their match. The young blond would attempt to reach down and grab a handful of Etzl's hair to try and pull the young brunette up towards her feet. " Come on...up with you..." Belinda let out softly to herself as she'd attempt to then try and yank Etzl up onto her shoulders. Attempting to hoist the young girl up with a fireman's carry.

Being a lot more fresh than the rest of the girl's was without a doubt a great bonus for the young blond, as she had a clear advantage over them all. If she could pull Etzl up onto her shoulder she'd proceed to finally attempt and throw the young Aztec warrior down to the mat with a fireman's carry slam! Attempting to smack her down hard to buy her more time so she could go smack the two combatants which she kinda really wanted to fight at the moment. She hadn't exactly forgotten about Neske though...but at the moment it didn't seem as if the girl wanted a piece of her, and she figured that if she could soften up Etzl a bit maybe she could convince Neske to deal with her instead.

Etzli had figured the pendulum would swing out of her favor eventually. In a match with this many girls, everybody got a turn fighting the tide, so to speak.

That didn't mean she was going peacefully; as Belinda hoisted her to her feet and then lifted her into a fireman's carry, she blinked away her dizziness and was already working to grab a crucifix hold before the blonde turned, heaved her into the air, and slammed her into the mat at speeds that probably came pretty close to simulating a car crash.

Ow. Etzli actually bounced when she hit the mat, having collided with remarkable force, and ended up flopping at Belinda's feet, limbs splayed out like a starfish. Holy toledo. She was at, like, negative momentum right now. It was surprising that Neske hadn't joined in on the beating. Perhaps she rightly feared the wrath of the Sanguine Serpent coming down upon--nah, realistically, she was probably just being tactically smart. Etzlicoatl couldn't really imagine anybody being intimidated by her at the moment. Hell, even she thought she looked sort of comical.

She rolled over onto her side, letting out a distressed groan. Ugh, everything ached. Maybe she wasn't cut out for this kind of match.

Akiha could see her comment had caused some confusion for Gabbie. Of course the Canadian wrestler self deluded herself into thinking she had done nothing wrong or dishonorable. This wasn't the effect she had hoped for but it still gave her an extra second or two.

Akiha would then attempt to move forward, moving in for an attack. Yet just as she was about Gabbie made her move. A bit to Akiha surprise she had gone for a punch, hitting the raven hair wrestler square in the face. This would send her spinning back towards the ropes. Using the momentum of the punch, she would run towards the ropes before using them as a springboard as she jump on the middle rope. She would the twist her body as she jump off and attempt to slam into right into her opponent and bring her down to the hard metal ground.

Gabbie had connected with her first jab so cleanly that even she was a bit surprised. It had felt good to land such a clean hit on her Japanese rival, sending her stumbling back towards the ropes. Gabbie was ready for a follow up knee strike when Akiha showed her back but when she hopped up to the second rope, Gabbie found herself with no where to go when Akiha beautifully twisted towards her.

Her only recourse was to try and catch Akiha but as her arms wrapped around the spinning girl, she crashed to the grated metal hard, grunting as Akiha's svelte frame still impacted against her.

"Ghhh!"

Dropping Etzl down was slightly satisfying, especially after Akiha and the young girl had only a few moments ago been arguing over who'd get the first piece of the young blond...now though it was the Swede who had taken her piece of Etzl instead. Moving up off of the shorter brunette the blond would turn to look over at Akiha and Gabbie...she had to get in there! With how her heart was pumping right now there was no way that she could stay out of the action.

Turning in her heels she'd face Neske and give her a bright smile, raising her right hand and giving the young girl a thumbs up. " I'll leave her to you! ~" was all that Belinda let out before she'd dart off towards Akiha and Gabbie, running up towards the ropes which she'd pull herself up onto the top rope and jump off of them!

She'd attempt dive down right onto the pair with a jumping elbow drop right into Akiha's back as she laid on top of Gabbie!

Huh. Well then. After more or less pounding the life out of Etzli, Belinda ran off, leaving Neske to finish her. Neske couldn't help but notice this was the first time someone offered to help her out and didn't just smash her to pieces or berate her for it not long after. Etzlicoatl on the other hand... she had done nothing but bully Neske since this match started. So what if Neske had called her a clown? What kind of reaction was she expecting? And how did that warrant the kind of brutal anger Etzli had launched at her? But now look at her, lying on the floor as a broken heap. Just lying there and groaning, she looked so helpless. Almost... well, cute. Neske could probably easily put the screws to her, and even get in a pin at this point. But... still, she felt kind of bad for her, and compared to the other girls left, she probably was the least dangerous...

With stern resolve in her eyes, Neske marched over to Etzli, grabbing a handful of her hair and lifting her head just barely off the mat. "Look," she said coldly, "I'm going to give you one chance. Neither of us are doing too hot, but right now I could kick some serious shit out of you. So help me with these other bitches and I won't just stomp on you right here until you can't feel your ribs." She loosened her grip so Etzli could rest her head. "But if you fuck around with me on this, I will fucking take you down with me. You can count on it."

Ugh.  Everything ached.  For all intents and purposes, Etzlicoatl was certain she was about to be double-teamed out of the fight...but then Belinda ran off to gods-only-knew-where, and as Neske snagged her by the hair (it drew a hissed "ow"), she received not a brutal kick to the head, but a glimmer of hope.

It was a bittersweet glimmer, of course - the idea of not only accepting a dressing-down from her hated enemy, but acquiescing to cooperate with her.  At first, her fierce pride rebelled, and the usual spiel started up.  "Agitate me not with your churlish--"  Thump.  Her head dropped back down to the canvas, followed shortly by Neske's follow-up threat.  Etzli swallowed, suddenly looking perhaps just the tiniest bit cowed, and for the first time in the match, gave a proposition some serious thought.

She could take her chances.  She was still reasonably sure Neske wasn't half the wrestler she was, and with the beating she'd taken so far, she could probably be overcome.  But the other three were fresher, bigger, stronger...and nothing was stopping them from teaming up on her either.  This was the only way she could reliably get strength in numbers.

Etzli hesitated, trapped at a crossroads.  Her ideals warred within her all the way to the point of decision.  The Etzlicoatl persona had been her shield for the past few years, keeping the indifferent world away, getting her noticed.  And now, at the edge of really achieving something great, she had to decide whether she wanted to stick to her guns and do this on her own terms, or throw that shield away and...maybe, just maybe have a chance at being taken fucking seriously for once in her life.  Her eyes darted to ringside, where the other three girls were fighting.  Then back to Neske.  To the other three.  Back to Neske.

She took a deep breath, agonized for one more second, and made the hardest decision of her career.

Every muscle was sore, and courtesy of Belinda's slam, the wind had been knocked right out of her, so it was a bit more difficult to get up than she'd prefer.  But after a moment of struggling, Etzli was upright, eyes grim and jaw set in resigned determination.

"Okay."

She popped the obsidian clips out of her hair, undid the gaudy ribbon from her ring gear, and used it to tie her hair up into a practical bun.

"Try to get over by the ropes, right next to them.  I'm gonna need you to boost me up over the side."

Akiha had managed to get to the ropes without incident before jumping on the middle rope, using it as a spring board. She would twist her body and land on top of Gabbie, sending the arrogant Canadian down to the metal ground. It felt good to get a solid hit into Gabbie.

The Japanese wrestler would start to get up but suddenly she would be sandwich by her arch rival who had suddenly landed on top of her. Akiha would gasp for oxygen as her eyes widen. She would once again curse her luck. Though she could take comfort that Gabbie also took some damage as well. Hopefully she would not get up soon.
