Sparring in Starlight

Kyoko's eyes widened as she felt her legs get pried apart, Tabitha was free and there was no telling what she would do next. Kyoko quickly rolled away until she was a fair distance from where she was before getting to her feet, where she was treated to the sight of Tabitha resting against the ropes. Kyoko decided words weren't necessary and it would be better to just press her attack and let Tabitha learn from experience. Kyoko runs forward towards her resting opponent and jumps to perform a body splash to crash against the resting rookie.

Tabitha saw Kyoko roll away herself. As Kyoko charged forward, she would lauch herself at Tabitha who was still on the ropes. Not sure what to do as ducking would see Kyoko likely go flying out of the ring, Tabitha would try to catch her. With being able to brace herself on the ropes, it was easier than if she were in the middle of the ring.

In almost every other circumstance, Tabitha would have ended up on her back. Though now she had Kyoko, but the damage to her midsection caused her to buckle a bit. All Tabitha could manage was a simple slam as she would herself fall to one knee as Kyoko hit the deck herself.

By the looks of it, they were both getting tired now. Tabitha did want to score one pin or a submission on Kyoko if she could but the simple fact that she is being worn down was maybe even part of this whole training session. Just how far would or maybe even could they push each other?

Despite the pain in her Tabigha found the strength necessary to grab her, using the ropes for support and drive her down to the mat. Kyoko let out another pained grunt as she back smacked against the canvas harshly and she layed agains the mat exhausted, although brief her session with the trainer before her was taxing on to the strain of this session and she found herself losing a lot of the spring that used to be in her step. Nevertheless this is where the difference in training would effect the outcome, she had been in thei situation before, but how would her opponent fair was the question.

Kyoko didn't see what caused it but Tabitha had fallen to her knee and Kyoko realized this was her chance, laying on her back wasn't going to win here he match but getting control would help it along. Kyoko pulled herself up and sent a kick forward to try and hit Tanitha's gut to to keep her from standing again. If this worked she would start to get back up to her feet and try to put this match away.

Tabitha caught Kyoko but she was basically hit by the full force of the move anyway as the ropes did not absorb the shock very well. Using the last of her energy, Tabitha would act on instinct and slam Kyoko down. As the pain from catching Kyoko settled in, it would cause her to double over and not be able to follow up with an attack on Kyoko. The harsh reality of her situation setting in as Tabitha just had nothing left in the tank.

Tabitha was so thoroughly exhausted that all she could do was drop down to one knee as Kyoko got her self back up. Kyoko would take full advantage if Tabitha's weakened state and give her a good shot to the gut that was certainly the beginning of the end of this session. Kyoko had taken Tabitha to her limit. Now all that was left to decide was in what way Kyoko would finish Tabitha off.

Kyoko felt her foot connect with Tabitha's gut, stunning her enough for Kyoko to return to her feet. She decided enough was enough, she had too many close encounters and had more then gotten her workout out of this encounter as she lifted the rookie back to her feet so she could place her against the ropes, using them to keep her up.

"Feel free to tap anything when you've had enough." Kyoko said as she put her arm against her chest while using her other hand to deliver repeated blows to Tabitha's tummy, figuring she might as well end this her favorite way after all the trouble she went to get here.

Tabitha was all but out of it. The last kick she had absorbed was totally unnecessary but Kyoko wanted to put a stamp on this "victory" as they both gave their best. Kyoko would end up the winner as she draped the defenseless Tabitha along the ropes and started to torment her with repeated blows to her body. The first few came in rapid succession, but Tabitha refused to quit.

Even with the unbearable amount of pain she was in, she let out a small smile toward Kyoko and it would seem they both understood each other without saying a word. Kyoko would start hitting her body and twisting her fist to drive it in further. It was then that Tabitha had reached her limit and finally admitted defeat by collapsing off of the ropes and tapping the mat a few times.

Now on all fours, she was looking up toward her opponent with a level of respect. She had not simply defeated her, but made Tabitha push herself well past any limits that she previously thought she had. Though Tabitha would get one last word in before they would go their separate ways. "If this was boxing, I'd have shown you a thing or two.." A prelude to their next encounter with each other perhaps?

Kyoko could have ended this anytime she wanted too but chose to prolong Tabitha's suffering to give her one last painful lesson, never expect mercy in the ring. Tabitha's belly was destroyed under the barrage of punches but the rookie held out for as long as possible, until Kyoko decided to let stop her attack, allowing Tabitha to collapse to the ground and tap the mat to signal her submission.

Kyoko smiled and brought her hands to her hips. "Not bad for someone with your experience, but in the end it ended the only way it could." Kyoko said as began to take her leave, she was too tired to go another round and needed to rest up. Her exit was halted by Tabitha's parting words, a boxing match huh? "Maybe we should test that soon, get in contact with me when you can and Ill gladly take you on." Kyoko continued her exit, leaving Starlight to recooperate from the exchange.
