Round Two Masane Tajiri vs. Yatori Shizuku

Yatori took a while to recover sufficiently to try getting back on her feet. "Can't we be also friends in the ring?" she wheezed. She hadn't been hit this hard since... forever. She needed to get her game back on.

Masane frowned softly. "Maybe.. maybe in some matches.. but not in this kind." She stated, tightening the sash Yatori had given her, securing it tighter around her waist before going back into her stance.

She's wearing my sash, Yatori realized. I kept her obi at home...

Her grimace turned into a game smile. "Fine," she agreed. "I'm not going to disappoint you anymore." She straightened her posture and brought her hands up. "Come at me however you want."

Masane nodded slowly, and started to shuffle in towards her slowly, watching her carefully before trying to fake a punch aimed at her face.

Yatori took the punch as a real one, all right. She grabbed at Masane's wrist to try and drag her arm behind her for a hammerlock armbar.

Masane yanked her arm back as Yatori reached out to grab her arm and would try to slide in with a hard knee aimed at her gut.

Yatori doubled over Masane's knee with a sharp gasp. "Urgh!" She grabbed Masane's thigh in a defensive maneuver to keep it from kneeing her again. Not good... but I got to last...

Masane felt her thigh being grabbed, and would try to grab her firmly by the top and fall to her back, trying to toss her across the ring before kicking back to her feet and turning around to face her.

yatori_shizuku: Yatori flew far thanks to Masane's assist. She managed to pull the worst of the impact, but she was still rough. "Gah... forgot karatekas can throw..."

Patrick OConnor: Masane still remained expressionless as she turned to face Yatori. She was really a whole different person in the ring, stoic and rough against her opponents, having naught in her mind but the goal she wished to reach. She started to shuffle towards Yatori again, staying in her stance.

yatori_shizuku: Yatori tensed when she heard Masane's approach. She looked up, still breathing heavily from the knee strike to her gut, but hopefully ready for what was next

Patrick OConnor: Masane tried to move in for a series of strikes now, aimed for Yatori's jaw, chest and stomach, trying to shift it up as best as she could.

yatori_shizuku: Yatori just barely blocked the first thrust at her jaw, but that left her breasts exposed (aside from being topless) to the following blows. She took the rest of Masane's blows solidly, always blocking at the wrong play, until she got laid on her back again, curling up desperately into a ball.

Patrick OConnor: Masane's eyes softened as Yatori hit the ground once more, and stepped towards her as she curled up into a ball. "Yatori... please give up now. I don't want to hurt you anymore than what is needed to win." She stated.

yatori_shizuku: Yatori shuddered. "No," she refused. "I can't do that." She uncurled and made to get back on her feet. "I can't give up any more than you can..."

Patrick OConnor: Masane frowned a little. "Yatori please. You're hurt, and sore, and.. I said I wouldn't hold back.. but it's really hurting inside to attack you like this. Please just submit.." She said, moving to place her hand on her shoulder.

yatori_shizuku: Yatori shook her head. "You made a promise. I did, too. I can't fail that promise. Not until I've done everything I can. Not unless you've beaten me thoroughly."

Patrick OConnor: Masane frowned, and stepped away, resuming her stoic expression and shifted back into her stance. "So be it." She replied before throwing a straight punch aimed right for her head.

yatori_shizuku: Again Yatori snatched at the approaching wrist, repeating her attempt to put Masane in a hammerlock, this time guessing the blow was real instead of a feint

Masane was caught this time, cursing as Yatori caught her blow, and tried to yank her arm away in the hopes of escaping her.
