After a gruelling match up with a woman near twice her size, being dropped near fully on her head was practically the frosting on the cake in terms of finishing off the Italian. She'd fail to respond both physically or with a scream of pain, as the woman tried to turn her body into a human pretzel. The referee soon fell down besides the two, reaching for an arm of Diana's to lift. As she grabbed said arm though, she'd soon meet eyes with the victim of the hold. Well, as much as she could, as Diana's eyes had somewhat rolled into the back of her head.

Immediately calling for the bell, signalling that the Italian was KO'd, the referee would proceed to tap the arm of the giantess somewhat rapidly, trying to not only alert her to the fact the match was over, but seemingly also try and save the Italian a long hospital stay.
