Aquatic Circus: Tessa "Blue" Malore VS Bethany "Circus Babe" Maroza

On her knees, Tessa was contemplating every strategy she could think of in order to catch the circus babe. It was a fair enough idea taking a hit and running with it, but the idea became less and less appealing the more of those sharp hits Tessa took. The idea became even less likeable when it involved trying to catch an assault Tessa simply couldn't predict.

Turning her head sideways as to slightly see what the girl was actually up to, her heart quickened when she realised Beth was mounting a turn buckle; her moves already hurt enough, without a great drop being added to them.

Biting through the pain, she'd try to rush to a stand, turning, finding that Bethany had already begun to fall, her legs wide apart. Arms up, Tessa would try to catch the girl, leg over each shoulder!

Bethany was thinking that if she got this right it might take Tessa out of the fight, and it would be in a very stylish manner too. Which all in all would be just how the circus girl would like it, but things rarely would work out that way. Except when Bethany performed solo acts back home, performing those jaw dropping routines that wowed those who watched them.

Speaking of jaw dropping, Beth was doing just that. Tessa had suddenly sprung up like the living dead as Bethany had executed her special move, this was designed to strike the opponent when they were down and keep them down. But Bethany hadn't practised for this sort of occasion, the circus girl got caught with her legs getting shuffled into the position of how Tessa wanted them.

"Crap! Crap! Crap!" Bethany shouted as her arms waved about as she got herself up to a sort of sitting position, this wasn't looking good. She hadn't planned for this, so rather than rely on a practised routine Beth was going to try and improvise. By trying to clobber Tessa on the head, and hopefully avoid getting slammed down hard.

Tessa had every intention of power bombing the girl near straight to hell, and it was a confident bet that she were about to, given the two women's positioning. It would of likely happened, had Tessa not being solely relying on the surprise to throw off a quick power bomb rather than hold a girl on her shoulders, and her feet suggested she was no way prepared for a suspended lift.

The punches didn't help one bit, and just like that, Tessa found herself again on the mat, the small figure of Bethany crashing on her bouncy chest, Tessa's arms falling to her side as she lay breathless.

Bethany wasn't a stranger to sitting on the shoulders of people given her performing background, and it was usually in high risk situations too. Though their was usually a safety net down below in case something happened that wasn't part of the routine, the canvas below didn't really register as a safety net in Beth's mind though. In fact it was the opposite, if Tess slammed her down that probably could have put the circus girl out there.

It was a good thing that Bethany was often opportunistic, to make up for her lack of wrestling background. When she saw any sort of chance she figured it would be rude not to have taken it, and Tess had so gracefully fallen backwards. Ms Maroza didn't weigh much at least, but at least she had a nice cushiony landing on Tessa's chest.

An idea came to mind for Bethany, she was just pretty much making this up as it went. But the idea was that she would try to hook Tess's legs under her arms and try to go for a pin attempt, Tess had the power advantage. But Beth would settle for this as the ref slid down to count for one!

Tessa groaned under her breath. Had she pulled off the power bomb, on a woman of Bethany's size with such force and momentum, even though it was not a signature move of Blue's, she would of likely caused match finishing damage. That being said, she missed her opportunity, as the smaller woman had turned Tessa's own chest into a butt pillow.

Laying on the mat spread eager, panting from the brief but light squash, Tessa found her legs hooked. Closing her eyes, she'd purposefully wait for the count to reach just before the 3, before she'd suddenly raise her shoulder, cleverly using the time to gather breath and her senses. That being said, she was still in the worse spot, laying flat on her back with an opponent that had every means to take advantage of the situation.

Beth was thinking that she might have it there, sure it wasn't an very heroic or impressive victory. But in her life she learned to take chances when they could pop up, and this had certainly been one. Never look the gift horse in the mouth as they say, the circus girl was dripping beads of sweat down her forehead as she looked down at Tessa. Bringing back memoires of when she made the mistake of looking down during tightrope walks.

But the three count never came, Tessa kicked out. And as Bethany was moved off the enemy she was silent before giving a loud groan, and the circus girl thought she knew how to have a sense of theatrics. Though it was more likely a case of catching her breath than trying to psych out Ms Maroza, it was clear that trying to go for the slippery victory wasn't going to cut it. Perhaps something decisive, one final act so to speak......

Grunting as she did so Bethany would try to prep Tessa up, or at least try and get her as vertically inclined as she could. And then take a deep breath as she sprinted to the ropes, rebounding off of them with as much momentum as Beth's frame could muster before charging at Tessa with a spinning jumping roundhouse kick. One that could perhaps strike Tessa down once and for all, should it connect of course. The momentum that would happen if she missed could lead to Bethany going back on the rebound to try again, though that might work against her.......

Breaking out of a pin, by no means meant Tessa was still in the match. If anything, the effort of pushing someone, even someone petite like Bethany, off the top of you just to ensure the match continues was somewhat of a draining effort. Panting in a spread eagle position, Tessa prayed the girl wouldn't do something harsh, like outright try to drop on her.

Luckily, such assault never came, as the smaller more agile Bethany started to force Tessa to her feet; even though it was safe to say that she was no powerhouse, the yanking on Tessa's arms suggested it would be wise for her to assist and stand with her, unless she wanted some form of acrobatic assault delivered to her whilst laying down.

Standing, swaying like a leaf in the wind, Tessa's arms would swing by her side, as she'd somewhat hunch over, eyes slowly coming up, as she felt her nimble opponents feet again move. Raising her chin, she'd spot the circus performer essentially flying off the ropes, running at her with a speed Tessa herself would never exceed to. That being said, a mixture of desperation, and arguably a error on Bethany's part of actually turning her back to her as she'd spin in the air, led the buxom blue-nette to drop somewhat, bending over more so as she did, praying that her nimble foe would fly right over her, or even more hopefully, be caught awkwardly landing on Tessa's back and perhaps tumble to the mat!

Bethany knew that this fight was drawing to a close, it had been going here and there. But the circus girl felt that she had this in the bag, Tessa might have the better in ring know how. Though when it came to defying the odds Bethany had made quite the living out of it with her acrobatics, which could also double as powerful strikes at the same time!

Which was what Bethany counted on, she counted on one big attack. One last throw of the dice, on the table of the battle. To strike the opponent down and claim her victory in a magnificent manner, that would leave a very good impression on everyone who bared witness to Bethany's marvellous offence!

Or at least that's what the young lady wished, but still sometimes it just didn't work out like that. Sure Bethany did a lot of practise with her acrobatics, but there was times where she'd fumble. Or the gym equipment was on the fritz, and this was kinda one of those times. Considering what Tessa just did, yeah that was an example. Bethany's eyes went wide as she realised just what occurred.

Sure enough she landed awkwardly, Beth's beautiful kick failed to connect. And there was a loud bump as the circus girl took the unexpected landing, Beth tried to instinctively draw on her years of tumble practise. Which did help to lessen the pain of the impact, but still left the young woman down on the mat in a dazed heap. Ms Maroza just crashed and burned with that.

Tessa didn't quite know he she did it, but with a defence comparable to a child curling up into a ball to avoid a monster, she avoided potentially a kill shot from her nimble foe. In the mat on essentially all fours, she'd bring her eyes up, and smile in relief. Bringing herself up into a crouched position, like a lion about to pounce, her smile would turn to a grunt, as she'd prepare for what could hopefully be, a finisher of her own.

Waiting for the perfect moment to leap forward, Tessa would hope Bethany would be somewhat dazed and lacking her signature agility as she'd rise, making perfect the timing for a spear attempt by Blue, attempting to set up her finishing manoeuvre, The Through And Blue!

Bethany knew that even with years of practise in something it could go horribly wrong, and this was clearly one of those times. Bethany had taken a hard impact there, and it was at a bad angle too. Sure Beth drew on her time spent practising tumbling to at least deal with these falls when they happened, still didn't make it any better of course. If only Tessa had just stayed in place and been a good girl, oh Beth was lamenting that.

Moreover something was known in the back of Bethany's mind, Tessa would still be up and about. No doubt plotting to strike back against the acrobatic circus girl, that notion hadn't been lost on the young woman. Beth could tell one of her ankles had been sprained, she could feel it when there was a bit of pressure being applied to it. Still the circus girl turned around, and Tess was there. Rushing in and spearing Bethany in the gut!

That knocked the breath right out of the circus girl, the wind out of her sails. Bethany hissed as her back hit the mat once again, Tess just plowed right into her there. It was like hitting your body on the balancing beam when you slipped up, only worse. But the opponent wasn't done yet, Beth was still aware of herself. And that she was being prepped back up, normally Beth could have done something about this. But she had just been speared, damn near out of her shoes too.

So Beth got sent for a loop with Tessa's next move, in spite of Beth's opponent not being the biggest girl she'd seen. She could lift for sure, and with that massive German release suplex Bethany got tossed to the other side of the ring with an impressive thud. And with that the circus girl just lay there, wondering only one thing. Just what the hell hit her? She was a bit blurry on that area.
