Lilith Avera vs. Songbird

Tonight was another exciting night at Friction for another wrestler is about to make her debut in the ring itself. The auditorium is packed with excitable and crazy fans who are hungry for the fight to commence. This newcomer is going to face a veteran who has been out of the game for a while and has now returned to showcase her skills once more. This veteran is named Alice Jenkins aka Songbird.



While sitting on a bench in the locker room, Alice was hearing the crowd and began some breathing exercises to calm her nerves. It's been a while since she has fought in Friction because she felt the need to be more at peace with the world. But not that she is back, she must put that all aside so she can see to this newcomer. Alice soon received word from the stage hand that she's on in a couple minutes and she wasted no time to finish preparing herself.

After two minutes were over, the lights would dim and the ones at the walkway started to shine a bright pink as a loud screech filled the entire stadium. The fans who heard this sound before knew who was coming in. Suddenly, an explosion of black smoke came from 5 feet close to the ring, covering up to the sides where the audience was. Once it was clear, Paramore's "That's What You Get" began to play and there stood a girl with pink and white hair. Her clothing consisted of a dark shining pink sleeveless zippered suit with the collars covering the bottom of her face, long black fingerless gloves, and black army boots.

She started to walk with a serious look in her eyes and her fans could see that as she was beautiful, she's also quite lethal. Then she jumped and kept her balance on the top rope before doing a double body twist into the ring. She slowly stood up as she unzipped her gag just to screech out loud to live up to her name, making the crowd rise up and cheer for Songbird has returned.

Lilith got herself ready backstage as her opponents music went off over the stadium this was a big match for her and she needed to go out and win it. She took in a few breaths closing her eyes psyching herself up jumping up and down a tad. She wanted to show this crowd how powerful and dangerous she really is. She couldn't hold anything back today if she wanted to win and she wasn't going to not a single bit.

As her opponents music faded off into the back ground her own music began to play over the stadium and that was her que to go make it happen. She headed to the curtain and walked out the lights flashing over the arena and then onto the amazon of a woman as she made her way onto the ramp. Dressed in tight black pants that hugged her body and a tight black top that hugged all her curves and showed off her muscles. That was enough to illicit cheers from everybody.

Without further ado she strode down the ramp her eyes locked onto her opponent the entire way. She took a hold of the rope as she got to the ring and pulled herself up. She stepped in between the ropes and moved to her corner. She never once broke eye contact as she waited for the bell to ring.

Songbird would wait over at her own corner, eager to meet her opponent and confront her for this upcoming fight. When she finally arrived, she was evidently taller and quite strong. Songbird took a deep breath to again calm her nerves because this girl is quite intimidating on appearance alone.

By the time Lilith stepped into the ring and got to her corner, Songbird would start walking over to her. She stopped at a good few steps between them and said with a smile, "Hello there, I'm Songbird. And what is your name?" She offered a hand in greeting to show good sportsmanship.

Lilith watched her opponent closely scrutinizing her with her eyes looking her over in her entirety. She was smaller that was for sure but a lithe frame so that meant she was definitely going to be quicker. That was okay she was used to fighting quicker opponents she'd just have to slow her up and keep the match in her pace.

As the girl walked over she raised an eyebrow as Songbird was just giving her a huge opening starting the match. Yet she was not one to take cheap shots in the beginning. She'd take the hand shaking it very firmly "I am Lilith." She'd let the hand go so Songbird could move back before the bell rang. Once the bell rang she'd move in on her and try to get her into a quick lockup and pull the smaller girl right into a side head lock.

Smiling when her opponent accepted the handshake, Songbird would give a quick nod and say, "Well, Lilith, I am honored to meet you. Let's have a good fight today." The introductions were done and the match can proceed with the bell ringing.

Songbird locked up with Lilith, but Lilith would choose to get her in a side headlock. She would grunt a little as that arm wrapped around her head quite well. But Songbird was a clever one and she usually found ways to get out tight situations. While in this headlock, she attempted to give Lilith an elbow to the gut to double her over and catch her off guard in hopes to make her loosen her grip.

If this worked, Songbird would also try to slip through and take that arm to throw Lilith over her shoulder.

The match started off quickly which was fine for Lilith as she trapped her opponent with a side headlock. Her opponent was quick on her feet giving her a nice elbow to the gut. She let out a grunt but that was it on her end. Unfortunately for songbird Lilith wasn't just strong she was tough.

So instead of doubling overt she kept her grip firm on the smaller girl. Not wasting anytime she gripped her opponents bottoms. Then she'd give a vicious snap suplex right onto the mat for her troubles.

Songbird tried to get out after giving an elbow to Lilith's gut, but it looks like that's not going to be enough to stop her. From her position, Lilith would grab Songbird by the bottoms before giving her a snap suplex right onto the mat. "UGH!!" Sognbird grunted as she got slammed with quite an impact.

But Songbird would try to roll out of the way and rise back up as quickly as possible since this was still early in the match. If she can, she would rub her back a little and say, "Not bad...not bad at all."

Lilith got a nice groan of pain from Songbird after catching her with that snap suplex. She rolled back up to her feet after hitting the move and watched as her opponent ran away. It looked like it had done some damage but it was early yet. She'd let her opponent to get to her feet planning her next move.

"Thanks for the compliment." With that she moved right back in at her opponent and went to lock up with her. This time though if she gets the lock up she is simply going to scoop the girl up and dump her right back down in a slam.

Though this was early in the match, Songbird knew for a fact that she couldn't let Lilith win this so easily. The snap suplex was indeed good, but it would take more than that to take her down. After all, she herself has some tricks up her sleeve too. Songbird's eyes kept watch as Lilith moved right back in to lock up with her.

Songbird would follow and lock up, only to be scooped up and slammed back down on the mat. But at the moment after the slam, Songbird would attempt to use her position to perform a leg sweep to trip up Lilith. If this worked and if she fell, then Songbird would also give her a punch to the gut for good measure.

So far so good for Lilith as she scooped Songbird right back up and slammed her onto the mat definitely causing her some damage in the process. She didn't expect the quick counter from her opponent though who immediately went and swept her feet right out from under her and sent the big girl down to the mat. She quickly tried to roll over but was delivered a nice hard punch to the gut making her let out a groan and keeping her grounded for the moment.
