AV 15 Entropy Title Match: Julia Rogers (C) Vs. Alaina Sanders (C)

Alaina cried as Julia spoke, embracing her friend. She gave Julia a hearty squeeze. Alaina was happy beyond description that Julia accepted her apology. "Julia, you are the best you know that? You never got in anyones way either and as far as I am concerned you've really never done wrong by me." Alaina said as she kept hold of Julia, picking up her new belt and making her way to the ropes, the two women helping each other along. Alaina doubted that either one was able to walk back up the ramp on their own.

Alaina hald her right arm around Julia as the two worked their way up the ring to the thunderous roar of the crowd. They did blow the roof off the place, that much was for sure. "So... we should totally do more tag stuff. I can't think of any team that could stop us!" Alaina said with as much energy as she could, although her supply was essentially gone. She couldn't remember the last time she hurt this much. Julia fought so well, Alaina was convinced that she had tons of work to do if she were to be as good a champ as Julia would have been. Julia would have been a superb Entropy Champion. Alaina was fully confident that Julia would have a belt around her waist sooner rather than later.

As soon as she recovered, she would have to get to work defending the title against whomever it was that she picked.... in the match type of their choosing. Alaina would do her best to make the title honorable again, and to make sure that the fans were entertained each and every time she defended that belt.

When Alaina’s arm came around her, Julia put her own around Alaina as well. And together the two assisted each other through the ropes, then slowly limped side by side back up the ramp, leaning on each other each step of the way.

“Heh. Damn straight!” Julia said through a chuckle, while using her free hand to wipe the tears out of her eyes. "But first thing’s first. Lets go see the trainer. Think he’s probably expectin’ us.” She also had a feeling he’d want her to stay out of the ring for a little bit before getting back to action. Regardless, the cheering of the crowd more than made it clear Julia and Alaina had given them something special to remember, and that thought made the cowgirl’s lips spread into the widest of smiles.

Tonight Julia had failed to win the Entropy Championship. But with only a little under a year under her belt with AFW, she was just getting started here. She had no doubt Alaina was going to be the kind of champion the Entropy division had needed for some time now. And as for Julia herself, she was eager to fight on to the next step of her journey in AFW, whatever that may be.

The two warriors from the fabled Higurashi dojo disappeared behind the curtain and made their way backstage, proud of what they’d accomplished tonight, and glad to have their friendship back on track.
