Very excellent episode of NXT last night. Last week was sort of hit and miss for me, but this week was solid all the way around. Asuka had a short but see match against a new girl, Santana Garrett - don't think I've seen her before, but she was actually pretty good, held her own against Asuka fairly well, made for a fun match.

Carmella and Emma had a pretty decent match, too. I'm honestly not too hyped about Carmella being the number 1 contender, but they are hyping it pretty well and giving her time to shine. She's been wrestling better than I remember her doing months ago, so that's a good thing.

And Apollo and Finn had a GREAT match. They worked chinlocks for like, five minutes straight, and managed to make it very tense, and once they started going fast they never stopped till the end. Intense stuff.
