Hibiki Izayoi vs. The Won Sisters - Rage of the Dragon

Cindy prided herself on her powerful kicks, swift and strong, the ruin of many enemies in their past and many more in their future. Hibiki, however, seemed like she would not be part of that number - not only did she take the kick, she took it without even a hint of pain. Cindy, on the other hand, felt like she was slapping her leg against padded iron, and it hurt so much that she almost wasn't ready when Hibiki came in with her furious counterattack.

Cindy gasped and ducked under the clothesline, narrowly avoiding it as it flew over her head. She ran to the ropes behind Hibiki, bounced off, and came back at the Dragon full speed, twisting around at the last moment to launch a spinning heel kick towards her stomach.

Hibiki looked visibly annoyed as Cindy ducked under her clothesline, passing harmlessly by her. Her brow wrinkled as she narrowed her eyes, quickly turning back towards the twin, ready to continue her attack on her. She spun to face her, but suddenly...

Wham.

Cindy's foot made direct contact with the hard stomach of the Dragon, and for the first time, she showed an actual sign of weakness. Her eyes widened slightly, and she doubled ever-so-slightly forwards, a loud grunt of pain passing through her lips at the same time.

Cindy swore, she had kicked sandbags with more give than Hibiki's body had. When her spinning heel kick connected, she was the one who was driven back by the impact, as the recoil forced her lithe body down to a knee. She expected the Dragon to be all over her in the next moment, ripping her to shreds, stomping her into the mat...

...but that never happened. Cindy looked on, astonished, as Hibiki was stunned for a golden moment. From the sidelines, Bridget screamed and urged her on. "Move!"

Cindy didn't waste another moment, immediately bolting to her feet and running to the ropes. She jumped up, planted her feet on the middle rope, and flipped backwards, trying to crash into the Dragon with a moonsault press, turning her entire body into a deadly projectile weapon.

That one moment was the only moment that Cindy was going to get. Hibiki had been stunned, but it wasn't because of Cindy's kick. Her kick was strong, sure, but Hibiki had felt stronger before, and it was going to take more then that to slay the Dragon.

When the smaller twin jumped onto the ropes, flipping through the air towards Hibiki, the brutal Wrestle Angel straightened up, sneering in disbelief at the sight. She couldn't believe that Cindy was trying something so flashy and so foolish after a single hit like that, and she planned on making her pay for it.

She quickly braced herself, spreading her arms wide to meet Cindy as she crashed towards her. As soon as the twin was in range, Hibiki closed her arms around her, catching her in mid-air, giving her a tight squeeze against her muscular, powerful body. She held her aloft for but a single moment, then dropped forward, going to drive the Chinese woman hard into the canvas with a huge powerslam.

In training, Cindy had executed the moonsault a thousand and one times, perfecting the technique to the point of it become science. It was crisp. It was slick. It was clean. She executed it with grace and style that befitted one of such noble origins, finer than the wastrels in the audience deserved.

Today, though, it didn't matter. That became painfully clear, when all her perfection did nothing to stop Hibiki Izayoi from snatching her out of the air as if she were a small child.

"Nononono-" Cindy wiggled, squirmed, squealed, did everything she could to avoid the monster's implacable grasp, but there was nothing to stop her from going down and going down hard. Hibiki brought her body down with earth-shattering force, and while it wasn't enough to knock Cindy out, she almost wished it had. Her back arched on impact and she let out a tortured scream, as unbelievable pain coursed through her back. Curses spewered from her mouth in every language she knew, becoming an unintelligible mix of Chinese, English, and Japanese.

Finally. Hibiki had finally gotten in her first solid hit on Cindy, and shut her mouth up. For good, she hoped, but she wasn't going to put money on it. Not yet, anyway.

She began to rise back to her feet, and at the same time she caught Cindy by her wrists, pulling her up as well. Once they were both standing, she didn't waste any time continuing her attack. She swung Cindy around, launching her towards the furthest ropes with a giant Irish Whip, intent on sending the twin flying away.

When Hibiki reached down and pulled Cindy back to her feet, the elder Won Sister did not make it easy for her, slumping every bit of the way. It was not by choice - her back felt like it was aflame, as every nerve seemed to be screaming for release that they would likely not be getting anytime soon.

She did not run to the ropes when Hibiki sent her flying. She staggered towards them, barely able to keep her feet steady as she crossed the ring. She spun around and bounched off, coming back towards the Dragon as fast as her wobbling legs would allow, only staying upright because she knew that, if she fell down, things would be far, far worse for her.

The crowd, which had been glad to see the Won Sisters get beaten before, started to become slightly restless. As much as they didn't care for the two Angels, Cindy's distress and pained eyes were beginning to strike a few uneasy cords...

Hibiki's expression remained cold as she sent Cindy flying away towards the ropes. She barely even moved as she waited for the twin to return to her, standing there like a statue as she watched Won flying back towards her.

When Cindy finally did return, however, Hibiki finally exploded. The moment that the smaller Won sister came towards her, the Purple Dragon's leg shot straight up towards her, with a huge big boot attack aimed right for the center of the woman's face.

Bridget had finally recovered enough from the initial onslaught to make her way back up to the apron and take her position. A little dizzy. A little hurt, still. But she could compete, if given the chance. If. Judging by the way Cindy was hurtling towards the ropes at Hibiki's brutal whims, she could not venture a guess on  how long that would take. "Cindy, look out-"

Bridget tried to warning her sister about the boot she was rapidly heading towards, but she was not nearly quick enough, as the Dragon showed off the frightening speed that came along with her devastating strength. The blow landed squarely on Cindy's chin and sent her flipping in the air, doing a full rotation before she crashed on her back with all the grace of a train wreck.

She laid there, not unconscious, but barely moving. Her vision was a blur and her head was swimming, so dazed that it was hard to put together cogent thougths.

Cindy went down, and the moment, the moment she hit the canvas, Hibiki was already stepping forward, leaning down towards her. With one hand, she grabbed for Cindy's wrist, then began to pull her back up again, her other hand grabbing for the twin's hair once she was standing.

With a tight grip on her hair and her arm, Hibiki then would drag the woman towards her corner. Not close enough for Bridget to be able to tag herself in, but close enough to give her hope, to make her think that she could. The Dragon met Bridget's gaze, and sneered towards her, giving her sister a shake as she began to speak.

"I think your sister is done," she began, her eyes never breaking away from the larger of the two Wons. "Do you want to try your luck against me again? Or should I go ahead and break this bitch in half first?"
