Friction World Title Match - Kelly Conway (C) Vs. Akashi Tanikaze

The crowd was already hateful and horrified but they had seen nothing yet. She looked at the peanut gallery and pointed at their Japanese Hero with a wily grin before running from her corner towards Akashi with the world title hanging by her head, going full speed as she tried to slam her Friction world title belt across the face of the sumo.

"And heeeeere'sssss the pitch!"

Skrrrrik.

Down below Talia came the subtle metallic sound of a handcuff closing around her ankle. Then a pair of hands grabbed her from ringside and yanked her clear off her feet, and dragged her out of the ring, leaving Akashi to slump back to the mat just before Kelly could plow through her with the Friction belt.

A grim-faced Taylor Parker stood over Talia just beside the ring, and quickly dropped her knee on the small of the girl's back to keep her pinned. She slapped the other end of the handcuffs on, chaining Talia's right wrist to her left ankle behind her back and leaving her in an uncomfortable, hog-tied position.

She didn't linger for a second. She left Talia on the floor and leapt back into the ring, and instantly got in Kelly's face. She resisted the urge to kick her ass right then and there, and she managed to not check on Akashi quite yet, though part of her just wanted to forget Kelly and tend to her sister.

She put her forehead against Kelly's and drove her back toward the ropes, looking like she might just eat the champ alive.

"Hey," she rasped in a low voice. "Lookin' for me?"

Kelly boots came to a screeching halt when she saw her comrade being handcuffed by someone, yanked out of the ring and hogtied.

"T-The hell is..." Kelly began to scream, seeing her partner subdued. Kelly was about to go help her friend (Maybe) but before she saw who it was and immediately she smiled. A pleased expression. She was very happy to see her. Miss. Taylor Parker.

Kelly met her halfway with an eager stare, their heads having a near headbutt as Kelly met her halfway, pushing herself against Taylor to prevent herself from being overpowered. Putting them nose to nose. The champion flaring her teeth at the wily punk.

"And I was worried you wouldn't show!" Kelly exclaimed in Taylor's face, only to obtain a smug grin and raise her title above her head while mashing her head against Taylor before trying to shove Taylor away.

"Get the hell off, Punk!"

Talia braced Akashi steady for the upcoming blow but she felt a sudden tug at her feet. "What the-" And the next thing she knew she was on the floor outside the ring. She groaned as a sharp knee was pressed up against her back. "GET THE FUCK OFF-" she screamed before feeling her right arm tug painfully back. Then came the sound of something clicking.

"What the....are-are you serious?" she yelled into the floor as she uncomfortably rolled to her side. Awkwardly, the brunette placed her left hand on the ground and tried to hobble on her right foot. Though to where she wasn't sure. The steel steps were between her and the ramp out of the arena, so she started that way regardless.

Taylor stumbled back a couple steps, but kept her fierce eyes locked on the champ, with a snarl of a smile on her lips.

"Whatsa matter, Kelly? Too scared to get up close with me?" She taunted. "Just like how you weren't woman enough to face Akashi without help. Is this all you are, Kelly? This is the kind of champion you are?" She asked sweeping her arms toward Akashi and the bound-up Talia.

"A coward?"

Kelly ignored Talia's screaming on the outside, her eyes were locked solely on Taylor, grinning the whole time as she shoved her back. She felt so confident and powerful but most of all in control of the entire situation.

It was only until Taylor called her a coward that Kelly's eye began to twitch. She didn't used to care about being called that, but times had changed. The Title had changed her.

Kelly stood there gritting her teeth at Taylor before pointing a finger at her. "Don't move. Don't you fucking move!" She growled, keeping her eyes on Taylor as she backpedaled  to the ropes to get a mic handed to her.

"You say I'm a coward!? I've had it up to HERE with that word!" Kelly screamed as she raised her hand above her head before pointing at Akashi.

"Kelly Conway is not going to be played by her. By Brittany. And certainty, not you, Taylor Parker. You see after I challenged Akashi.... She came to my home and tried to turn it into a match against you. It is because of that, I had to punish your friend and now she knows I'm not someone to be fucked with." Kelly said into the mic as she paced in front of Taylor.

"Everyday I wake. I think of how everyone thinks I'm either running, cheating or hiding. And I didn't care until now and I hate what your friend did to me. The only way I can shake this itch off my back.... Is getting rid of you. I don't want to compete with you. I want to end you." She snarled into the mic before reaching into her tights to pull out some folded paper.

"This is a contract for me and you to fight."

Taylor folded her arms over her chest and cocked an eyebrow at Kelly.

For all her theatrics, all her long-windedness, her grandstanding, for all the lies that her and her thugs had told about Taylor and the Higurashi Dojo, Kelly could never quite shake off the truth. Taylor knew what Kelly really was, and everything else was just distraction.

She was acutely aware of Akashi's unconscious form in the corner of her eye, but she entirely calm, even relaxed in front of Kelly. By the end, she broke into a broad grin.

FINALLY!

"That's all you had to say, man!" She exclaimed. "Maybe if you can get through the whole match without hiding behind your girls or your dirty tricks, you can actually earn some respect! That is... If you can last more than a minute."

She looked deliberately down at Akashi, and then outside the ring at the awkwardly cuffed Talia, and then back at Kelly. "Now, take your toy and go home." She said with a nod toward Talia.

Talia hobbled to the steps and leaned on them, looking up at the two. She tugged on her own shoulder but it felt like any fierce struggling would have popped her shoulder out, so she stopped. She stared at the two as the challenge was made and accepted. The brunette ground her teeth, feeling herself fume over her humiliating posture. She could already imagine herself doing to Taylor what she'd just done to Akashi.

"Uncuff me," she growled lowly from the ringside up at Taylor as she nodded her way.

Taylor cheerfully booped a finger at Talia.

"No!"

Kelly narrowed her eyes  as Taylor smiled so proudly. She let the bitch have her moment, looking on with a scowl, letting her run her Big, Fat, Stupid mouth while she stood there, dreaming of ruining Taylor's face and her stupid, stupid mouth!!

"DON'T GET HAPPY!" Kelly screeched into the mic as she glared hatefully at Taylor.

"Did you hear me? I said I DON'T want to compete with you. I want to end you. I'm going to hurt you. See that fat cow over there?" Kelly sneered, pointing at Akashi.

"She said she was doing this for you. Now I'll make her regret it for the rest of her life! I'll make YOU regret ever deciding to step in the ring with me... We're not gonna wait for a fucking pay per view. I'm not sharing the card! No, We're gonna do this MY WAY. We're going to see who AFW's top American is! We're going back to where we belong!  We're going to fight in New York City's most famous arena! Madison Square Garden! For The Friction World Title!" She announced with her finger jutting in the air, the same hand that was holding the contract, letting it fall to the mat.

It had already been signed by Kelly. And she looked at Taylor smugly, throwing the title on her shoulder before spreading her arms out wide backing towards the ropes. "Two Weeks."
