Tension Tag Title Match: United Kingdom Elite(C) Vs. Sion & Daisuke Kamiya

With how their bodies were positioned, and all the commotion that going on Daisuke couldn't see nor hear John going for a pin as well. Lina saw part of it but didn't think it mattered cause she saw Dai covering John first and thought that when the ref came too that's what she saw as well, but it all appeared to be too close to really be sure.

The only thing that was known for sure is that a three count was indeed made, with neither person kicking out of the respective pins. When the bell sounded and Daisuke heard her theme play she felt both very relieved and very happy. While she didn't feel her arm being raised she didn't think much of it, after all the ref did get kicked in the head so she might need another moment before getting back up fully herself. Though before the ring announcer could make the announcement of the title change her theme stopped and in its place would soon be that of the opposition. It seemed the sound guys were confused by double pin, and with that the ring announcer also wasn't sure what was up.

Lina and Lita felt the same way Daisuke did at first, and when the music changed they too were feeling unsure of what's going on. Lina and Lita entered the ring and went to talk with Daisuke to figure out what was going, which she didn't know either. Lita stayed close to Sion after sitting him up.

Their supporters were pretty vocal as to what they thought the out come should be, which of course those that were backing the UKE would be stating the opposite, but it be all up to what the referee thought once she got her bearings back and could render a decision. It felt like it was one of those moments where what would seem like a for sure game winning goal in overtime was being reviewed and has a chance of being called back. Lina stayed by Daisuke's side as they waited for the decision to be made and announced. Lina knew both Daisuke and Sion worked very hard to get to this point and she knew they were championship material.

What had ensued was something that was going to be talked about for ages to come, and probably not in a good way. John thought he had it, Ryan wasn't really thinking right now. A three count was made, and then Daisuke's song blared through the speakers. John leaned up from Sion with his eyes slightly wide, did the tag champs just lose?! The announcer was speaking, but at that point Mr Carnaby wasn't really listening as he was contemplating that this was it.

No. It didn't seem like that, the music died down and then Imperial Code II blared through the speakers. But it didn't even reach the part with the guitar before it died down too, the artist sat up wondering just what the hell happened. Seemed like the rest of Sion's crew was coming in, Lucy took that as her cue to make her way in. The British girl promptly moved to her downed Brother, with John going over there too. As battered as John was he still made sure to promptly scoop Ryan up and get the arm over the neck.

"Ryan, hey Ryan c'mon!" Lucy said, giving her Brother some light slaps. After a good few of those it looked like the British paragon was having at least some semblance of where he was.

"Lucy?......fuck happened?" Ryan muttered out, keeping his eyes tightly shut. There was quite the numbing in his body, something that Mr Knight wasn't a stranger to. But preferred not to have it happen to him.

"Not sure boss." John muttered back, he was casting glances over at Sion's crew. And then outside, looked like the crowd was getting pretty riled up. That was just perfect, everything just seemed so up in the air. Something that didn't sit well with the logical minded British man.

Once the referee was able to speak and think clearly she spoke to the ring announcer, though while they spoke things weren't getting any calmer, nor worse for the current moment.  When the decision was announced it was revealed that due to the official scoring a double pin at the same time the match was ruled a draw.  If it wasn't for the fact that she wasn't alone there might be a slim chance she may have lost it and broke.  Mostly due to having this happen before, coming so close and having the win with in reach, only for it to slip away.  It stung a little extra this time around as some of the fans were chanting "You tapped out!" directed at Ryan.  Of course since the ref wasn't able to see it it didn't count even if everyone else did.  Instead she began to look empty, as if the announcement sucked everything out of her.

Sion wasn't too pleased with it either, same goes for Lita and Lina.  Sion was about to tell the ref what the crowd was saying that they saw, but instead saw the look of Daisuke change.  He looked concerned and had a feeling this might take some time for her to shake off.  He knows she put a lot of hard work and effort into this, and to have for one moment hear the news of victory only for it to be turned around wasn't a good feeling for any of them, though for her it hit a little bit harder.  She's felt defeat before, also matches where there also was no winner, but right now it was really doing a number on her emotions.  Even though the draw meant they didn't lose it feel like they were beaten as titles can't change hands on an outcome such as this.

Lina asked her if she'll be alright, which after a few seconds Daisuke whispered "I don't know...I just don't know."

Lina looked at her before moving infront of her and telling her softly while putting a hand on her shoulder "I don't like it either but look at it this way. Both you and Sion pinned and made Ryan tap out in the same match. How many people can say that? Look I know it's not the outcome we wanted but" she then puts a hand on each of Dai's cheeks and finishes telling her "we did accomplish something here today. We'll deal with this later but in the mean time keep your head up okay?"

There was enough light on in there that Dai was able to hear and make sense of what Lina was saying. She nodded slightly before they headed off. As they left Lita tried to think what all was accomplished other than what Lina mentioned. Even though Ryan and John were still the champions Daisuke and Sion did manage to take away their winning streak. Specific bits and pieces of the match they'd go over at a later time and maybe they could find more things but that was the only thing that came to mind at this moment.

Just before they disappeared out of sight from everyone watching she stopped and turned her head towards the ring for a short moment. Sion looks at her and asks her if she's okay. She took a breath and after a couple of seconds said "Yeah" and tried to smile. It wasn't a big smile, but was enough of one to show she was still with them as she was trying to settle herself down. Sion had a feeling it might take her some time to be completely alright with this as he felt it would be a matter how soon her competitive spirit could rest for the time being. When they disappeared from sight none of them would bring up the match until they left a building. Just before the left for the night Daisuke went to get a quick shower, which she was able to process more clearly what Lina said out there not too long ago. While she felt a little bad that her post match emotions almost got the better of her, she could tell that things would be alright.

Well that was it, cat's game. Just like the previous match, there was no clear and decisive winner. And then the crowd was starting to toss stuff in the ring, John worried that was going to happen. And lo and behold it was, thankfully it was all just plastic cups and not much else. Some of the fans might be stating that Ryan tapped out and nearly passed out, but there was one thing. This was a draw at the end of it all, in other words.....the UK Elite were still undefeated and still the tag champs. Which might explain that even as worn out as Mr Knight was, a small smirk graced his lips. It was pretty hard to see though as the young man was looking down at the floor.

"That's it! C'mon we're getting out of here, this racket's gone and flopped." Lucy said, she didn't want to stick around with this hostile crowd. Should have had those British royal guards stick around, maybe those big fancy hats of theirs could take the hits of the tossed garbage. The British girl quickly rolled out the ring, grabbing the tag title belts from the table.

John was a bit slower getting out, namely due to the big guy he was lugging around. And since Ryan wasn't really in a speaking position right now Mr Carnaby would turn his head and shout "Well.....so long! Might see ya around in the next year!" John said this to Sion's group before taking his leave with Ryan by his side.

As the British duo made their way out Ryan muttered something to John

"We're still the champs yeah?"

"Right you are boss, it was pretty close though. Third time the charm you reckon?"

Mr Knight was silent for 30 seconds, his body still reeling from the punishment it had taken.

"I don't believe in luck John, we'll simply just have to work harder in the new year. That will be your resolution, are we clear?"

"Crystal boss, we're nearly to the limo."

"Well done, carry on John. Carry on." Ryan muttered before nodding to Lucy who was ahead of them in the hallway, time to call it a night. While this match might leave a stain on the reputation of the British champs, the record still held in their favour.
