Tension Tag Title Match: United Kingdom Elite(C) Vs. Sion & Daisuke Kamiya

It didn't go well for Daisuke right there, though things weren't too bad, at least not yet. Not long after she landed she felt John grabbing hold of her leg again, though with how he was doing so she had a strong feeling of what he was looking to accomplish. With that beside said she tried to kick him off with her free leg.

Sion wasn't being too vocal, but still kept an eye on things as they happened. He wasn't panicking and knew she would be alright overall, even it meant taking things back a bit in order to get there.

John was wanting to apply his forte whenever he had the chance, it was his standard way of operating. The longer the match went it would surely favour John, having been shown as a fact when Mr Carnaby captured victory for the UK Elite against the Takeuchi siblings.

With locking in the one leg of Daisuke John had intended to crank it back as far as it could go, and cause the most amount of pain to go along with it. That said though as good as Mr Carnaby was in locking in submissions, it appeared that his rookie side was still shining through. Daisuke was just as fresh as the artist, which meant that she could easily move about.

And John regretted the fact that he had failed to cinch in Dai's other leg, because she kicked him off with her boot connecting on his backside. Mr Carnaby promptly jumped slightly forward, his hand covering the attacked area. He turned around and grunted in anger at Daisuke, the woman left him a little embarrassed there. John felt like maybe he should perhaps try something else, like trying to go for a kick to Daisuke's legs instead. If he couldn't grab them then maybe hitting them was the next best thing.

From what Lina could see it didn't look like a rookie mistake on John's part nor anything negative, not that it was because she was confident Daisuke would have been able to have the same result regardless if John grabbed hold both legs or not, which she was though. From what she observed the same could have been true if their positions were instead reversed, but it was neither here nor there. She saw Daisuke back roll and nip up when John went to kick her instead, and when she got back to a standing position she would fire off a kick in his direction, more of a way to back him up for a moment.

If she was able to get back up like that she'd move her hair back a little bit, which it wasn't really in the way before circling a bit and looked for a lockup of her own.

John didn't like the fact that Dai managed to nip his submission attack in the bud, the artist had learned to work to what he was best in. And in the situation of a tag match, where chaos could most certainly break out John felt that when he had the enemy he had to milk each hold for all they were worth. The better to secure victory.

Mr Carnaby's kick wasn't really thought out though, and he paid for that when Daisuke had gotten herself up and blasted out a warning kick of her own. The artist grunted out as he felt the impact to his gut, which served the purpose of making him back off. John would have done so anyway, granted he could throw a punch. But he preferred not to get into pitched slugfests, it didn't really suit the artist and his playstyle of grappling.

In response to Daisuke moving her admittedly cute blonde hair John would twirl the strand of hair that he dyed blood red, before moving his right foot in a cross the line gesture. A tense circling soon followed, something that John was no stranger to. Daisuke did look to offer a lockup, and John would try to take advantage of that. By trying to move and grab hold of her hands and pivot himself in an attempt to send the woman down to the mat with a hip toss, down on the ground was where the artist preferred his enemy.

There was some resisting on Daisuke's part but eventually she did get taken over by the hip toss. Part of her looked like she wanted to jump right back up while another part wanted her to stay there for a second or two to see if he would come down to her. She had him scouted and knew what he prefered so if he did come down to her she would to catch him in a small package, but not with the intent of hoping to pull out a lucky quick win. If John took the bait and kicked out in time Daisuke would spring up and look to execute a hiptoss of her own. Though if John didn't come at her that fast and she had the time to get up she would look to go for a lockup again, with having the thought of giving him a double underhook hiptoss if she got the space to.

While he said nothing, Sion watched on from the outside and he felt ready to get back in there but was in no rush to.

Daisuke might have scouted John out, given how after the hip toss he would love to cinch in an anaconda vise. It was a simple two move combo that Mr Carnaby dubbed the masterpiece, it was probably a bit early to be doing that though. But the artist felt that might not matter, after all the move was highly effective when properly locked in.

So with that in mind John had gone down in the effort to get the hold applied on Daisuke, but that examination of the master of creation and his usual tactics would favour the blonde haired woman. Because in the transition of Mr Carnaby sitting down to try and cinch in his anaconda vise Daisuke suddenly managed to transfer the movements, allowing her to apply a small package pin!

John's eyes went wide, the ref had gone down to the mat and went to the one count. That was all they got though, the artist quickly managed to nip that pin attempt in the bud. Had it been far later in the match Daisuke might have won, not right now though. Following the kickout John would also spring back up, but before the opponent could hip toss him John would quickly aim to grab Daisuke and deliver a harsh shove away from him. Wasn't anything fancy but it would at least allow the artist to avoid a bad situation. All the while Ryan watched from the corner, bottom lip lightly bit in worry. That could have been horrible for Britain's finest, but it was avoided at least.

It did Daisuke her back, though not enough to lose her balance. As she was about move back closer to John while keeping her ears on him she saw just a little bit of Lina, who scratched behind one of her ears before rubbing one of her arms for a moment. It looked innocent though Dai had a feeling that Lina was trying to suggest something. She was originally going to go for another simple way of taking John down, but that changed her mindset a little bit as she was considering Lina's suggestion for giving Sion a little taste of the action again even if just for a little bit.

Daisuke moved closer to John cautiously before looking to tie him up again. This time however she would attempt to move him a bit so she could execute a drop toe hold and have him land close to her team's corner. She would look to hold onto the leg he tripped up with both of her legs while reaching to tag in Sion, and if he was able to make it he would slingshot himself in and look to connect to the upper part of John's back with an elbow drop.

John knew that he had to try and keep the fight going against Daisuke, the woman would need to be worn down so that in future she'd be susceptible to Mr Carnaby's hard submission holds. John thought of himself as a unit that bloomed and became great in late game, it was just getting to that point was the conundrum.

Daisuke was entering another lockup, although she was suddenly quite aggressive in her attempt. John hadn't properly grounded himself in time, and was forced to give some ground. But it was deceptive, as the opponent was able to turn and lure the artist into a drop toe hold. Which promptly sent the master of creation to the mat, John on instinct got his hands ready to help cushion the blow. That worked, but the worst was yet to come.

Sion managed to get tagged in, and John felt a shadow over him. The next thing the artist knew he got a hard elbow drop, it didn't hit the spine though. But it hurt to be sure, in response John let out a heavy grunt and moved his left arm to try and massage the affected area before trying to roll to the left. This wasn't good, Ryan was biting his lower lip in worry for his tag partner. But John knew the plan, retreat no matter the cost. Easier said than done though.

Sion knew his time in the ring wouldn't be long on this go around so he looked to make every second count. He saw John rolling and wanted to make sure that he didn't get too far away. He looked grab hold of John and lock in a dragon sleeper, at least that's what it looked like as it was a set up, even though he would hold it in place for a few seconds so while not a full one at leat enough to make John feel it for a second before looking to transition it into a reverse suplex towards his team's corner.

If John landed where Sion was hoping for he would take a quick glance up at Daisuke, which she would give a small nod and Sion would lift John up and tag Daisuke back in. Daisuke would re-enter and run off the ropes as Sion held on to John, and if Ryan didn't prevent her from doing so she would come off the other side and take a running leap and look to strike John with a lariat takedown.

John knew that this wasn't good, the biggest danger in a tag match was being double teamed. The usual tactics of the UK Elite revolved around keeping it close or to the middle of the ring, where the flow of the match could easily be managed. Sion was seemingly intent on continuing the attack, keeping the artist lock downed. John was no stranger to the hold, and on instinct he braced himself for what was to come.

Only that was simply to keep Mr Carnaby held, for a reverse suplex attack. The artist wasn't prepared for the sudden transition between the holds, and it jarred John enough so that he was sent for a loop. "Grhn!" John grunted out, tossing Mr Carnaby about was not an easy feat given his height and weight. But when he was slammed about John of course was going to feel it. Yeah this really wasn't looking good, the enemy was dominating.

In response the artist was trying to do whatever he could to try and recover, taking steady and deep breaths promptly followed by gritting his teeth. Mr Carnaby wasn't yet done with however, far, far from it. John's eyes were shut as a response to the pain he was being put through, but he forced them to open as Sion picked him up. He noticed that Daisuke had been tagged in, and Sion was still restraining him. As Dai bolted to the ropes Ryan would suddenly rush forward on the apron to try and bash her in the back with a hard fist as she went on the rebound from the ropes, but the distance didn't favour the young man there. "Dammit!" Mr Knight yelled out, practically spitting in rage.

John was still reeling from the suplex applied by Sion earlier, which resulted in dulled reflexes from the master of creation. He knew this was gonna hurt, least this time John had the chance to brace for impact. After being attacked hard by Daisuke's lariat takedown once he hit the mat, it looked as if John was perhaps pinnable. His eyes were shut and the only movements he made was that of his chest lightly breathing up and down, was this it?
