Strangers in the Night

Wow.

”Wow.”

While she didn’t think Kanda was lying about the size of the bed, Carmen had to admit, seeing it in person was more impressive than simply imagining it. It was huge. Where Lily had even found something made like this was a wonder in itself, not to mention how she’d gotten it set up in this room.

And, of course, there was the beauty sitting in the middle of it, looking all fresh and ready. Carmen thought Kanda’s body was alluring before, and her choice of clothing certainly didn’t change that opinion.

”Taking a little rest?” Carmen hopped on top of the bed and made her way towards Kanda, taking her time with each step. She needed to get a feel for the way the bed felt, get comfortable with the motions so she could use it to her advantage. Or, at least, not have it be a hindrance.

Kanda occupied the dead center of the bed, her legs crossed demurely, and her shoulders propped up on a row of pillows as though she were a princess. She smiled politely at Carmen's question and watched as the woman sprang up onto the bed and got a feel for the soft, springy surface. The Thai beauty sat up with a slow grace and rolled onto her knees, coming once again to face Carmen. She spoke in a tone both serene and pleasant, "The bed is large, but it is still easy to fall off. It is recommended that you stay low when possible."

Korra moved along the outside of the room, her eyes drifting between Carmen and Kanda in their new 'costumes'. She couldn't help but lick her lips like a salivating predator as the two women eyed one another for the kill. As the prize Korra found a spot in a stout armchair nestled in a corner of the room. Being so voyeuristic felt strange to the Filipino, more so than playing the exhibitionist.

Now that it was time for the main event, Carmen’s brain shifted over to something a bit more thoughtful, taking in the whole scenario. Kanda’s confidence was a bit worrisome, and it occurred to her that the ring might have been the better choice - she got the distinct impression that her opponent had fought like this before, an experience Carmen didn’t share. On top of that, she had no real idea what Kanda’s style was. Based on her legs and her homeland, she guessed muy thai, but even if that were true, there was no telling what she might have mixed with it.

Oh, well. The surprises were half the fun.

”Appreciate the advice.” Carmen brought herself down as well, mirroring Kanda’s stance on the bed. ”But you might want to keep the tips to yourself. Take whatever you can get.”

Carmen’s tongue darted out across her lips as she took in Kanda’s frame once - raw, powerful, elegant, beautiful. It was almost a crime to get rough with it, like throwing around a piece of artwork. Somehow, that made this all the more delicious. She leaned forward, arms at her side, fingers wiggling, eyes feral.

”Let’s go.”

At her own signal, Carmen moved forward and plowed into Kanda, trying to lock up with her and establish dominance right from the outset.

Kanda waited placidly for Carmen to get ready, her hands floating lightly by her shoulders in anticipation of the start of the match. Her dark eyes wandered up the Puerto Rican's body as she stood on the bed in front of her, carefully sinking down onto her knees until their bodies were like a mirror. No matter how this match turned out it was definitely going to be a win for everyone involved. This wasn't to say that Kanda wasn't driven to win, but she enjoyed a hard fought loss nearly as much as she enjoyed a hard earned victory.

Intrigued by this strange woman, now half naked on a bed with her, she decided to find out just how strong her opponent was. Quick hands moved to meet Carmen's to lock their fingers and flatten their palms together in a test of strength. Leaning into the hold she brought her body within mere inches of Carmen's, their breasts nearly touching. "Nnf. Now now, we can't have you hurting yourself by being clumsy. After all, hurting you is my job." There was a sort of dark humor behind her cold voice.

Carmen laced fingers with Kanda, slamming each digit in its proper place, switching her gaze up and down as they battled for dominance. Outwardly, she kept her confident air. That same dark smile. Those same lowered eyelids. Inwardly, she was a bit more unsure - she was strong, yes, stronger than even some of the men she’d fought in Tension, and she’d be able to overpower the average woman with ease...but she could tell right away that Kanda Kaya was anything but average.

”It doesn't matter if you hurt me, I can take that.” Carmen muscle began to swell and harden, tapping into as much power as she could with this unique position. "You've got to hurt me enough."

For a moment, it felt like Carmen had the advantage, in part thanks to the momentum she’d come in with. But after a few seconds passed, she could feel the tide start to turn away from her. It was subtle, maybe such a small difference that a contest of strength like this was the only way to notice but it did feel like Kanda was the stronger one between them. The enchanting woman had a little more weight to work with, a little more muscle, and Carmen was being pushed back, inch by inch.

”Okay,” Carmen grunted through gritted teeth, as another inch was ceded. ”Starting to impress me.”

The Thai fighter (hah!) kept on the pressure as seconds ticked by and both women refused to back down from the challenge. At first Carmen seemed to drive her back slightly, but then progress was halted, and with time gradually began to reverse. Kanda seemed to be at an advantage here, but it was only a slight one. Carmen's admission prompted a tiny smile to curl up one corner of Kanda's lips, but it lasted only a few seconds before vanishing back into her placid mask.

She had a decision to make. This test was interesting, but it was only serving to wear them both out before any of the real fun got started. She would have to break the stalemate soon if things were to take a more decisive turn. So the lithe, dark haired woman shifted her weight slightly before giving a sudden twist of her shoulders. Instead of pushing on Carmen's palms she reversed direction to pull her forwards and attempted to throw her down onto the bed.

From the corner of the room Korra watched silently. Her heart pounded in her chest, both from anxiety and from rampant desire. She didn't want to be the first person in this room to orgasm, but she was definitely the closest right now.

Carmen’s breath was quickening, her heart was racing, her blood was pumping full steam. It had been all long while since she’d locked horns with a woman like Kanda in a way like this, and it felt as if her muscles were just starting to wake up and realize the fight she was in for.

And she could've sworn she saw a smile break through that calm face of Kanda’s. Brief, but it was there. Carmen was getting the distinct impression she was being toyed with. She wasn’t sure whether she hated that or found it unbelievably hot. Or both.

She spared a quick glance towards Korra, seeing the tension in her lover’s eyes, then focused back on the woman she was grappling. Things were swinging in the femme fatale’s favor, but strength wasn’t everything. Carmen had a height advantage, and if she raised up and pushed her leverage, she might just be able to-

”Gugh!” A surprised yawp flew from Carmen’s lips as she chose the exact wrong movement to plow forward, falling right into Kanda’s trap. Down she went, rocking the bed with her impact, and while she did want to be on top, she wanted it to be on her own terms. Not when her fingers were deadlocked and she was in a prime position for all sorts of bad things.

Carmen tried to unlock her fingers and roll away from Kanda, hoping she could make enough distance before what she feared would happen actually happened...
