Cecilia Northman Vs. Minerva Larsen; Two out of three falls

Cecilia groaned out in pain as she had the towering body of Minerva standing above her like that...she should have known that Minerva wouldn't keep up their little punch-out, Minerva wasn't the kind to fight a loosing battle after all. Still that was Cecilia fault to think that Minerva would do something which wasn't completely in her character. Those hands of her rival soon gripped at her hair and started to pull Cecilia up, her back facing her rival...

Fists clenching tightly her gloves creecking from the pressure she was putting as leather was being stretched and ground against leather. She growled out as she would quickly attempt to spin around, attempting to hold her left fist out and attempt to drive the back of it right into the cheek/side of Minerva's pretty head with as much power as she could! For a heavy impact spinning backfist!

Minerva could feel the excitement in anticipation welling up within her, and so could the crowd! It was one thing for the Danish amazon to put up a vicious fight, but at the same time she hadn’t been around nearly as long as the hardcore queen, nor had she had much of a chance to make a name for herself. Were they really about to see her do so by defeating one of the most decorated stars in AFW?! It certainly seemed that way. Until...

“AGH!” Minerva shouted out as the back of Cecilia’s fist came smashing right into her face! A small splatter of blood flew from her lips as her head was rocked back, and immediately Minerva began to stagger and slump around. One moment she had seemed firmly in control, perhaps even on the verge of victory. But now she looked like she hardly even knew where she was. How Minerva was even managing to stay on her feet at all was a mystery, but it was clear Cecilia’s sudden backfist had done a serious number on Minerva.

Sending Minerva stumbling backwards like that Cecilia had the perfect opportunity, she quickly attempted to grab a handful of Minerva's raven colored hair, attempting to pull the girl down into a doubled over position with her back turned to the girl, her arms would attempt to reach back and try to underhook the arms of her former rival. " Hah! It's over Minny!" Cecilia would shout out as she'd attempt to turn around until she was underneath with Minerva's back pressed across hers.

The Blond would try and push up towards her feet, trying to hold Mineva upside down back to back before she'd try and drop down on her rear, attempting to drive Minerva's head right into the mat with her mighty vertebreaker finisher Gungnir!!

Minerva was still trying to get back to her senses when Cecilia doubled her over and hooked their arms together. The dazed Dane was turned around then hoisted upside down, and only then the danger of her situation really sink in. “No!” she shouted, squirming as much as she could in an attempt to escape. But it was too little too late.

With a mighty crash Minerva’s head and neck were slammed hard onto the mat. And while the crowd went crazy with thunderous cheers for Cecilia, the raven haired beauty slumped over onto the mat in an unconscious heap.

Cecilia let out a loud huff as she drove her former rival's head down hard into the mat, the echo of the impact ringing a second or two after the move hit, the crowd was cheering like crazy for the blond beauty as they loved seeing her finish this match in style! With her finisher!

The mighty blond would attempt to push up towards her knees and start to move up to the side of Minerva. She'd look on at the slumped over girl and attempt to roll her over onto her back, attempting to place her knee over Minerva's chest in a cocky pin. Raising her right arm up into the air and starting the count along the ref-girl. " One!.."

Minerva’s body was completely limp and unresistant as Cecilia rolled her over and planted a knee on top of her chest. It would’ve given the Dane so much joy to kick out of this cocky pin, even after being on the receiving end of her rival’s brutal finishing move. She could only imagine how dumbfounded and simultaneously infuriated Cecilia would be. But alas, none of that happened.

‘Two!... Three!”

That was it. The bell rang, and Cecilia was victorious. After harboring hatred for the Swede for so many years, all the while craving revenge after the hardcore queen had set her career back with an injury, Minerva had finally had an opportunity to take that vengeance. And she had failed. Humiliation was no doubt going to plague Minerva after this. Not because it was her first defeat since coming to AFW. But because it was Cecilia of all people who had defeated her. The same woman who Minerva thoroughly believed stole her chance to have the same illustrious career. The same woman who had once been a dear friend, only to leave her behind at the first opportunity. The only bright side was that Minerva was still unconscious at the moment, and wouldn’t have to bear the weight of that shame in front of her rival.

But being the vengeful, hateful, spiteful witch she was, chances were she wouldn’t let this be the end of her issues with Cecilia...

Cecilia smirked down at Minerva, her gaze never moving away from the pretty face of the Danish foe, who was now beaten. The third count came soon enough and the crowd erupted into loud cheer as the queen had been able to beat the purple clad Dane. Cecilia would keep herself on top of Minerva for a few seconds longer, her right hand moving down towards Minerva's left cheek, a light stroke before some rough pats...like mini slaps against Minerva's cheek.

" Nice try Minny, but I'm way out of your league." Cecilia let out as she would push up from Minerva and then rise to her feet, raising her right arm up into the air in a triumphant manner. The blond would walk around Minerva's fallen body for a bit before she'd look down at her yet again. With a spin she turned around and would head out of the ring, so walk up the ramp as her music was playing her out.

Fortunately Minerva was still out cold while Cecilia stayed on top of her and condescendingly pat her cheek, so she was spared the humiliation of it for now, though she was not going to be happy about it at all when she watched the match back later and saw it. Only once Cecilia had left and made her way back up the ramp did Minerva finally stir and slowly come to, groaning in frustration when the realization of her defeat set in.

“That bitch!” she cursed through grit teeth while smacking a fist against the mat. Slowly she rolled out of the ring while holding a hand over her aching skull. A few people came to try to help her walk back, but the Dane shoved them all away. “Don’t touch me you disgusting little insects!” she barked. They wisely heeded her words and stayed back as Minerva limped past them and staggered back up the ramp. “This isn’t over, Northman...” the Dane muttered to herself, needing all her willpower to keep from exploding in a fit of rage right then and there. But she meant it. Cecilia may have one this battle, but it certainly wasn’t the last she’d seen of Minerva...
