Cecilia Northman Vs. Minerva Larsen; Two out of three falls

After she had invited Minerva up into the ring, Cecilia would watch her old rival start to step up, speaking her her annoying voice and tone, it wasn't long before a referee came running down towards the ring and slid into the ring. Cecilia kept her eyes fixed on her raven haired opponent though, watching Minerva as she dropped her coat and made her way in towards the ring. Both women seemed to be staring each other down, keeping their eyes fixed on each other, the blond grit her teeth a bit as she'd keep her feet rooted against the mat.

The bell rang and the match had officially started, the crowd was a stir as they looked on at the two tall and powerful beauties keep their calm to a degree. Cecilia clenched her fists as she'd start to move in a bit closer to the Dane, inching her way towards her old former friend. As she watched Minerva she watched the girl start to circle around in the ring, something which Cecilia did as well, ever slowly inching her way closer towards Minerva. When the two Northerners came in towards each other though and Minerva offered that lock up, Cecilia'd move in and try to do so as well, wrapping her arms around Minerva's neck and arm, pressing her forehead against her old friends as she'd press forward, pushing her frame against Minerva, wasting no time as she'd attempt to push forward with all her might, all to try and over power her raven haired rival.

While back in the day the two of them might have been fairly even in strength, Cecilia was willing to show Minerva without a doubt that she was far more powerful than those good old days, as she'd flex her powerful muscles and attempt to over-power and try to force Minerva back with a rush of strength, attempting to get the purple clad wrestler forced into the corner.

Relieved when Cecilia elected not to rush her right from the start, Minerva quickly found her composure and started moving out toward the center of the ring to meet her long time rival, for the first time in an AFW ring. This match was years in the making, at least as far as the raven haired Dane was concerned. With many in this audience likely unaware of the history between these two amazons, Minerva couldn’t help but wonder if they really deserved to be allowed to witness this clash of queens. No matter. Whatever the already knew or didn’t, as long as Minerva proved herself superior to the AFW legend tonight, then the rest would be trivial.

The two combatants locked up in the middle of the ring, foreheads pressed tightly against each other as each woman tried to drive the other back. Minerva already understood that Cecilia had greatly improved her already immense strength since they’d last fought in an official setting. Very, very few people who Minerva stepped in the ring with were capable of overpowering her, but Cecilia was on that small list. So she wasn’t too surprised when she felt one foot being forced a step back, then the other, with the process gradually repeating until her back was against the corner turnbuckles.

It was only a second or two after that the ref came in to break them up, and try to back Cecilia away to bring this fight out of the corner. Minerva slowly raised her hands, seemingly as if to show she would be compliant and wait for the blonde to back away. However, if Cecilia started to Minerva would suddenly reach out to grab her around the neck, then try to turn around to reverse their positions and put Cecilia against the corner, where she’d then start to fire a rapid barrage of forearm blasts right at the hardcore queen’s pretty face. If the underhanded tactic worked, the ref would of course be none too pleased, and neither would the crowd. But quite frankly Minerva didn’t give a damn as long as she was inflicting pain on Cecilia.

While in the mind of Minerva this match might have been one which had been in the making for years, Cecilia felt as if she had already settled this, that she had completed this little song and dance between them...however, if Minerva wanted to start shit again...well then Cecilia was more than willing to smack the Dane down, again and again and again. No matter how many times she was going to teach Minerva not the fuck with her, that's how simple it was in the mind of the blond beauty.

When the two beauties locked up in the middle of the ring with their forehead's pressed against one another as each woman tried to overpower the other, Cecilia found herself soon pushing Minerva backwards. It wasn't long before Cecilia started to force Minerva to back pedel, the blond grinned a bit as she kept pushing her old rival back more and more towards the turnbuckle.

Cecilia kept herself pressed against Minerva, pushing further and further against the woman now trapped against the corner. However, when the ref came over and started to pull Cecilia backwards to bring this fight out of the corner. When Minerva raised her hands as she did, Cecilia narrowed her eyes and started doing the same, looking to step back a step as the ref wanted. When she took that step back though, Minerva's arms shot around her neck and turned their position, throwing Cecilia's back against the corner. " Ungh..." The blond groaned out before she started to feel Minerva's forearms starting to pepper her face, " Gngh!" the blond cringed out as blow after blow would come at her. The ref was surely looking to pull them apart again....though Cecilia wouldn't have it, as she'd attempt to shoot out her right foot to try and have it smack down for a stomping kick against Minerva's right knee in an attempt to put a halt to Minerva's assault.

If that worked out, then the blond would try and bring her hands down to grab a hold of Minerva's head by her hair, and after shaking her head a bit she'd attempt to shoot her right knee up into Minerva's face with tremendous force!

What Cecilia felt she had ended and settled long ago was still alive and burning in the mind of Minerva, and always had been even during their extensive time apart. The way she saw it, the collapse of everything her hard work had worked to achieve was entirely Cecilia’s fault. The split of their dominant team, an injury that had taken a big chunk out of Minerva’s career, and the loss of her momentum that had been oh so close to taking her to the big leagues years ago. All because of this blonde bitch! To describe Minerva as bitter would be the understatement of the century.

Her animosity toward Cecilia was poured into each forearm strike that was smashing right down against the blonde’s face. This time the ref decided to forego the count, and attempted to pull Minerva from the corner. “Get your filthy hands off me, you insolent little rat!” the Dane barked at the ref while shoving the girl aside. Who was this prick to try to get in the way of Minerva's retribution? Honestly, the audacity of some people!

Minerva quickly turned her attention back to Cecilia, only for a boot to suddenly stomp right against her knee. “Agh!” she grunted out, and a pair of hands then wrapped around the back of her head. And before the raven haired queen could try to defend herself, she was blasted right in the face with a heavy knee strike, courtesy of Cecilia! “Ungh!” she shouted, stumbling back while her hands moved protectively over her face.

As the ref came in and started to try and get Minerva off of her, there was a perfect moment for the blond beauty to counter attack, she decided to take advantage of it and do so she did, kicking down against Minerva's knee which got the girl to back off a bit and get distracted, however, that wasn't enough. Cecilia went forth and grabbed Minerva's head which she then pulled down and drove her knee right into for a powerful strike to her old rival's forehead.  The Dane shouted out and started to stumble backwards, while the blond would ready herself in the corner.

Seeing Minerva standing there open for another attack the blond beauty would proceed to rush towards her former teammate, running like a locomotive towards the purple clad amazon. Cecilia'd stretch out her right arm as she'd try and rush into Minerva with it in an attempt to clothesline the raven haired woman and drive her down to the mat in a powerful manner. Hoping to take Minerva down onto her back and leave her open for a bit of a continued assault so that the blond beauty could work over the Dane and start to vent some anger.

The crowd that had only seconds ago been booing Minerva mercilessly for her treatment of the referee was now unloading a barrage of cheers for Cecilia as the blonde’s knee came smashing right into the Dane’s face. What a bunch of ignorant simpletons. Minerva thought to herself. Really, how dare these fools judge her for seeking out the retribution she rightfully deserved?! Especially when most knew little, if anything, about the history between the two that had led to this moment! In Minerva’s eyes, they were nothing but a pack of fools, and likely always would be. The way she saw it, they should consider themselves lucky just to be allowed to witness her in her moment of vengeance.

But at the moment, that vengeance wasn’t quite working out in Minerva’s favor. The heavy knee strike had dazed her and sent her stumbling out of the corner. She moved her hands from her face, just in time to see Cecilia’s arm come blasting right into her with a clothesline! “Ughh!” the Danish amazon grunted as the impact dropped her right to the mat, and again the pain inflicted on her drew more shouts of praise from the audience for Cecilia.

The raven haired beauty needed a moment to regroup, so almost immediately after falling onto her back she started rolling toward the nearest set of ropes, and attempted to slide out underneath the bottom rope. If she could get some distance between herself and Cecilia, perhaps she could stall the hardcore queen’s momentum before it could grow out of control.

The crowd was certainly looking to be on the side of the blond beauty who had managed to get back a bit of controll after having her face pounded in by a few forearms shots from Minerva, she shook her head a bit as she drove her arms against the Dane's chest and took the woman down onto her back with a thud, turning around to look on at the purple clad wrestler. The Swede was far from done with her old rival and she was saw Minerva try and roll away and out of the ring.

Cecilia would shake her head a bit as she looked on at the girl, she'd take a moment to raise her arm up for the crowd who'd start to cheer loudly for the Northern Queen, when she saw Minerva start to get up to her feet, the blond beauty would attempt to rush towards that side of the ring and before she reached the ropes she'd dive forward in an attempt to drive herself down into Minerva outside of the ring for a running diving spear! Which were getting the crowd to shout wildly!

After being dropped with the sudden clothesline, Minerva was fortunate enough to be able to roll out of the ring and momentarily distance herself from the hardcore queen. Naturally, this wasn’t bound to last very long. But it did give the Dane a moment to rethink her strategy a bit. Cecilia was almost certain to come meet her out at ringside in a matter of moments. Perhaps she could find a way to use that to her advantage...

Her train of thought was broken by the sight of several fans right by her suddenly rising from their seats, looks of awe spread on their face as they looked toward the ring. Curious as to what was holding their attention, Minerva turned around just in time to see Cecilia flying through the air right toward her, causing the Dane’s eyes to shoot wide open in shock! The blonde was athletic. Didn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out. But Cecilia had never done this in any of their previous encounters, and it took Minerva completely by surprise as the hardcore queen crashed right into her! The crowd went into a frenzy of boisterous cheers for Cecilia as Minerva shouted out in pain while being plowed right into the guardrail before dropping down to the ground.

It had been a long time since Minerva and Cecilia had met each other in the ring, over the years the blond beauty had developed quite a bit as a wrestler....hell just as a fighter over-all, she had taken all the things she learnt here in AFW and she was planning to dish all of that growth she had gained out against Minerva to show her former rival once again why she is far superior!

When she rushed out of the ring and came crashing down into the Dane's stomach, shoulder first and drove the woman back into the barricade, getting that loud shout of the raven haired woman. Cecilia grinned a bit, the fall wasn't exactly a comfortable one and the blond was forced to groan a bit in pain as she started to pull herself up towards her feet. The Ref quickly went towards the ropes and started to shout at the two, telling them to get back into the ring or they'd start the count.

Cecilia only nodded as she'd try and reach down and grab a handful of Minerva's long black hair, looking to try and lift the woman up towards her feet and then try to pull the Dane's fame up onto her shoulders for a fireman's carry, showing off a bit of her power to the crowd. Cecilia'd attempt to take a few steps to flaunt her strength for a second or two, all before she'd try to align Minerva's body so that her stomach was pressing against the back of Cecilia's head. " Welcome to the drop zone!" Cecilia let out as she'd then attempt to throw herself backwards, trying to drive Minerva' back first into the barley padded floor outside of the ring for a powerful samoan drop!

When Minerva was driven into the barricade, a few hands reached over it to pat her shoulders as some fans in the front row took advantage of a rare chance to touch a pro wrestler in the middle of match. What was it about today disgusting vermin thinking they had ANY right to put their filthy hands on her?! Fortunately for them Minerva slumped down to her hands and knees immediately after, otherwise they’d be in danger of having broken fingers.

The raven haired beauty then felt Cecilia’s hand grab onto her hair and guide back toward her feet. And once she was up, Minerva was then scooped up and hoisted over the hardcore queen’s shoulders and paraded around while the blonde showed off her power to the crowd, who loved every second of it and continued to roar in Cecilia’s favor. But as soon as Minerva’s body was adjusted on her rival’s shoulders, she saw what was coming next, and she knew she had to act fact if she wanted to avoid imminent pain blasting through her back!

She quickly began hurling her elbow at the side of Cecilia’s head while squirming about, hoping to daze her foe just enough to allow Minerva to slide off her back. If she failed, she’d be in for one hell of a rough landing. But if it worked, she’d then immediately push against Cecilia’s back as hard as she could, attempting to throw the blonde forward and send her crashing face first into the steel post of the corner of the ring just up ahead!
