Tsukasa had managed to get away from Claire when Claire had her bent over the desk, by pushing back with her butt and sending Claire stumbling backwards. That was the second time Claire had her foe bent over and exposed, and the second time Tsukasa had managed to escape—using a completely different escape tactic than she had the first time. Claire was so annoyed, with Tsukasa and with herself. The very first time she had bent Tsukasa over like that, that should have been the end of it.

"Grraah!" she would growl, as she would launch herself forward and tackle her opponent down onto the floor. She knew that she couldn't spank Tsukasa in this position, but at least she was winning. Tsukasa wanted to get out from under her, though, and started kicking, her foot hitting Claire's ankles and knees repeatedly as Claire tried to get her foe under control.

"Ow! Stop that!" Claire would insist, as she would try to keep her legs away from Tsukasa's kicking. Being on top of her opponent, however, she could not manage to put that distance between their lower limbs. She groaned. "Fine! I'm getting off!" Claire would say, rolling to the side and off of Tsukasa. But she was not giving up. She had noticed Tsukasa trying to crawl away, and she would let the girl crawl. But Claire would then hop up and try to slam her butt down on Tsukasa's back, getting into a position where she could ride her, albeit facing backwards. If she could do that, she would then grab at Tsukasa's skirt with one hand, and bring the ruler down hard with the other.

"Give...up!"

Tsukasa kicked and kicked as she tried to get Claire off of her, as long as she had that ruler in hand she was definitely going to be trouble no matter what kind of distance. She finally managed to get Claire off her and gave her a small burst of energy to try and crawl underneath the table in an attempt to put more distance between her and Claire to give herself some breathing room, but that was quickly nullified when she felt Claire jumping on her back on again and forced her to the floor.

Claire managed to force Tsukasa back down onto the floor, once again on her front so that she was vulnerable to a spanking. Claire was ready to go down onto the floor, but she didn't. Suddenly, her backward motion was arrested by a hard, blunt object. Claire cried out in plain as the back of her skull smacked into the side of the desk. She would crumple a bit, stunned by the sudden blow to the back of her head, and she would fall down onto her side, her body slipping under the desk. She lost her ruler, and it went clattering off into the next row of desks. She couldn't think about that too much right now, though. Her head rang, and she cradled her cranium in both of her hands.

"D-damn...oooouugh..."

Tsukasa managed to force Claire to slam head first into the desk like she intended to as she heard the sound of the ruler clankering away. She quickly turned her eyes towards the direction of said ruler, however it had already gotten quite a distance away and could not justify going to get it. She however turned her attention towards Claire who was now sprawled out on the floor, clutching her head in pain after that hard hit to the desk with the back of her head.

This was a prime position to take advantage of, even if she didn't have a ruler she still had her hands to spank Claire with.

Tsukasa winched in pain as she began to feel the sting of having Claire hit her tail bone. Tsukasa knew that she made the right choice sitting on Claire's back as she felt Claire trying to reach her butt in vain, she felt so proud of herself she had a big smile on her lips. Her smile only grew as she continued smacking the butt of her opponent as she thought there was nothing for Claire to do but give up. However she was wrong in thinking that as she felt her challenger beginning to move, kicking her legs out and moving them across the floor.

Despite her best efforts to pin down Claire, Tsukasa soon felt her back hitting the table behind her. It wasn't as hard as when she threw Claire into it, but it was a good motivator to get off of Claire as she scampered off of her. She was about to try and grab Claire by the ankle to try and pull her out from underneath the table, but the Champion got an idea. Standing up on her feet, she then decided to open the table behind her to procure her own ruler.

Deciding that a few seconds of rest that she'd give Claire would not be enough for her to recover enough for when she smacked the hell out of her butt with her weapon.

As Claire began to squirm her way towards the desk, knowing that it would allow her at least a brief respite, she couldn't help but feel very, very annoyed at all the stupid things Tsukasa was saying. The girl was so childish, and so petty. "I spanked you for twice as long, and I did it with a ruler! You can't top that! But then, Tsukasa let go and got up onto her feet. Claire wasn't exactly sure why, but she was not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. As Tsukasa was opening up that desk, Claire would scramble on all fours into the next row of desks, putting some furniture between herself and Tsukasa, wincing as her butt bumped into a chair leg and, tender as it was, sent out shockwaves of pain through her body.

Now that Tsukasa could not just pull her back out, and would have to climb over the desks to get to her, Claire had a few seconds' cushion. She looked around. She knew what Tsukasa was going for, and Claire wanted to level the playing field again. After a few seconds of searching. She saw it. Quickly, she would roll out from under the desk, grabbing her ruler another desk further up, and would then use that desk to pull herself up onto her feet. "Ha!" Claire exclaimed as she made her move. Once she was up, she and Tsukasa would be separated only by a single row of desks—and they would both be armed with rulers.

Ignoring her opponent for a few brief seconds as she pulled the ruler out of the desk, Tsukasa turned around to eye her prey and begin to smack the hell out of her butt with her weapon. However when she turned around she saw that Claire was no longer in the spot she was in. Instead now she was in the next row and had managed to get back her ruler as both kawaiis had a stand off, both armed with a dangerous weapon to be spanked in the rear of.

It was a tense moment, Tsukasa knew that whoever could hit the other's butt with their ruler the fastest and hardest was going to get a huge advantage. Perhaps one that could even lead to a victory should they ride that momentum hard enough. As nervous as she was, Tsukasa knew that a Champion never backed down from a fight, which was why she was doing these series of matches with her rival. She decided to make the first move.

"You're mine!" she shouted as she immediately began to move for Claire, moving between the desks into the row her opponent was in as she lunged to try and wrap her arm around Claire's body to snap the ruler into her butt.
