"Okay I am listening to the idea" Cody replied with eagerness. "Well I do try to look after my body and speaking of which you.look like you.look after your body too " As he did a warm smile. Cody was looking forward to holding her body in position.

Cody loved the idea and smiled "That sounds like a brilliant idea" As he immediately started to think about ideas before he realised he was being rude "You can do the first hold on me" He offered her as he just stood there topless for her to see his definitely ed muscles.

“Welllllllll....”, Asuka said slowly, “first you have to tell me one of the holds that you have the most trouble with and I will secure you in that hold.” “While I have you in the hold, you can tell me how you are trying to get out, and I will tell you what might work better”, she explained, “that way we both learn something every time.”

“So tell me which hold I should start with”, she said with a giggle. She was feeling like a school girl doing this training with Cody. But he seemed so nice, that she knew that she could trust him when it was her turn to be put into one of her problem holds.

"No ladys first so I insist you first" Cody offered trying to be the gent here. "Usually one of the holds that uses your own muscles against you. I like the idea" He smiled.

"Well I want an octopus or firgure four leg lock first but i Insist thet I do you first" Still insistant on being the gent.Cody was looking forward to doing some training with an attractive female wrestler amd giggled inside. Cody trusted her with helping him and doing a good job.

“Okay, lets start with the figure 4”, Asuka said excitedly. She loved to place this hold on people and would be interested in getting the verbal reaction from the person as to what she could do to make it more effective, and to see what could be done to get out of it, if anything.

“Cody, you lie down on your back and I will go ahead and wrap your legs up in the hold, then you can start to try different things to get out, and I will try to make sure that you can't get out how does that sound”, she said hurriedly.

She would not do anything to cause real pain, but she did want this practice to count for something, so she would definitely put some effort into it. She hoped that Cody was taking it seriously as she was.

"Sure" Cody said as he was hoping to work out a way to get out of the submission he goes not like. "You look excited for this. Do you like making a muscular man feel small or not muscular?" He teased her in a flirty way.

"How about we do it where the mats are" As he showed her to a seperate room with the mats in. He then lied down on the mats "Ready" As she then wrapped his legs up into the hold. As the pressure was applied he began to aquirm around. Cody would take it seriously as to think of a way to get out of it but would hope if he couldn't anf it got too much that she would let him go.

“OK, Cody, how does that feel, not putting any pressure on yet”, Asuka asked, checking on him. “Did you see all of the steps, if you can stop it somewhere before the person is finished, I guess that would be the best defense, thats for sure”, she said.

“Anytime you are ready to start trying to get out, go ahead and begin”, Asuka told him. She would only apply medium pressure unless it seemed to easy for him, she would definitely make him work for it, and offer suggestions as to what he could try (which was very little,being forced to lay back like that).

Asuka had to make sure that she stayed focused on what they were doing, the feel of Cody's bare sexy legs rubbing against hers was very stimulating to say the least.

"No but it is just the right amount to allow me to try something but not making it too easy" Cody replied "Yeah I did but still not sure about how to prevent because you do have a good point about trying to stop it in the first place" He nodded in agreement.

Will start now" As he began to wiggle around in the hold with his legs muscles flexing as he was wiggling about. As he was flexing his leg muscles trying anything to get out it seems he was also thinking of how to get out of the submission properly.

However, the feel of Asuka's legs on his muscular legs was very off putting at how soft and warm they were on his skin.

Once Asuka had secured the hold on Cody, he began to struggle to get out. Asuka knew that with her applying pressure like she was, the only hope that Cody had was to flip them over to reverse the pressure to her legs instead. She would let him work on it for a little bit to see what else he might come up with. She was not taking it easy on him, as she really wanted him to get something out of this.

“Lets throw a monkey wrench in the works”, Asuka said giggling as she started to tickle Cody's trapped foot. “Does that distract you Cody?” she said with a smile. “On the other hand, she was also getting distracted by the rubbing of his muscular legs between her own”, she thought to herself with a hidden smile.

“Cody”, she said, “if you are able to roll you and your opponent over onto your stomach, that might be the move that you are looking for to help”, Asuka said helpfully.

Cody Trapped:

Cody continued to try and struggle out desperately thinking of a way out. He kept on wriggling flexing his muscles and brushing up against the back and inside of Asuka's legs. As time passed he was getting into more pain.

When Asuka tickled his foot he laughed out and wriggled more flexing his muscles to the max from the laughter squeezing and pressing on Asuka's legs. He just heard Asuka whilst dealing with the pain and laughter "I think anything you do is a distraction" Not noticing what he was saying as he laughed and wiggled even more.

He had just about calmed down when he heard her suggest something and he thought "That is not a bad idea" As he then continued to try and roll himself and Asuka over. He had no idea what this would do but it was worth a shot as he flexed and stiffened his leg muscles and went for it.

Asuka was just about ready to increase the pressure some more, when Cody suddenly shifted his body and hers and rolled them both over. They were both face down now, and her legs were trapped under Cody's, so he was in control. As he started to push himself up from the floor, the pressure increased on her legs, bending her almost as if she were in a boston crab hold.

“That was a very good move Cody, now you have control of the situation as you can see.”, Asuka said with a groan. The more that you raise up, the more it now affects me instead of you, “owww”, like that she moaned with just a little bit of pain. Although the hold was pinning her down now, she definitely liked her legs being wrapped around Cody's, it was kind of sensual, she thought dreamily.
