The Queen City Sisters

"Eh?" Nicole turned and looked at the ring. Both irls looksed so fierce! The red head was really glad that Cassie and Taylor showed up. Gabbie really needed a friend and it looked like she already found one. She wrapped an arm around Cassie and leaned against her. "They grow up so fast." She said and giggled and then faked a teary sniffle. "Too bad we don't have any popcorn, eh?"

Gabbie's mitts hissed as Taylor's left crashed into them. The blonde dipped her head under the right and threw a hard kick at Taylor's side. This bitch. Who does she think she is? She can take me? I'll knock her on her ass without even trying.' Gabbie thought. All she had to do was get in Taylor's face and once she started swarming her, no doubt Gabbie would knock Taylor to the ground. It would just be that easy in abbie's mind.

Cassie put her arm around Nicole too, and the two stood there to watch the spar. "Awww..." She giggled.

Taylor quickly recovered her balance when her lead hook missed it's mark, but she was left turned too far and unable to stop Gabbie's counter. She conceded to eating the kick and grunted as it slammed into her ribs, the shin guard helping to soften the blow, and kept pressing forward.

She stuck her glove in Gabbie's face and stepped in to bully her back, use her size and strength to unbalance her, and chopped at the smaller girl's lead leg with a short low kick.

"Oh, ow..." Cassie mused quietly, and winced with her ribs at the sight of Gabbie's kick landing flush.

Gabbie smirked when her kick connected. She was expecting to continue to assault Taylor but had to pull back to try and regroup to get to a better position. She batted away Taylor's glove but the low kick continued to keep her backpedaling and she had to try and use her speed and footwork to keep from being pushed back towards the ropes.

Gabbie snorted through her nose and circled around, dancing on her heels and looking for a good place to come in. She didn't like that Taylor was trying to muscle her around. She didn't like much of anything about Taylor. She needed to put her on her butt so she swung out with a low kick to try and get Taylor's attention and then charged in quickly, swarming at Taylor with a rapid left and right combination aimed at Taylor's head.

Taylor moved in, and was irked when Gabbie squirreled away. How frustrating. Maybe Taylor was getting a taste of her own medicine.

But Gabbie didn't let up. Taylor planted her lead leg to keep moving in, letting the kick thud against her thigh while she readied a big left hand. Her carelessness earned her two punches from the kickboxer, both landing flush on her face and making her pause.

She grinned from behind her gloves as she raised her guard and backed away. This was getting fun.

"Oh, wow," Cassie commented quietly to Nicole. "Gabbie's so fast! And she stays so composed. She's really come a long way, eh?"

Taylor kept her guard tighter this time. She beckoned for Gabbie to come after her with a quick motion of her right hand, but didn't wait for her to approach. She covered a surprising amount of ground all at once when she leaped forward, spinning in the air and swinging out a big, spectacular wheel kick, her heel arcing at a downward angle toward Gabbie's head.

She couldn't resist showing off a little bit.

"Oh, yeah, her technique's top notcch, eh?" Nicole said back. "But it looks like Taylor's not too shabby, eheh. She must be pretty fierce in a wrestling ring."

Gabbie was once again pleased when she nailed a combo on Taylor's smug face, only to scowl once more when Taylor taunted her. Oh, Gabbie was coming, but before she could even take a step, Taylor was sailing through the air. Gabbie almost stood to watch with wide eyes, but at the last moment, dove out of the way, falling to her hands and knees.

She spit out her mouth piece and growled at Taylor. "The only thing showing off is going to get you is knocked on your ass!" Gabbie quickly shoved her mouthpiece back in and punched the ground. She stood up and faced Taylor. She weaved towards the blonde and threw two harrassing jabs at Taylor's guard to try and get in close for a combination left, right at Taylor's body and a follow up knee strike to Taylor's side. Her movements were fast and aggressive.

"Oh yeah?" Taylor grinned. "You're gonna knock me on my ass?"

She turned and popped her hip in Gabbie's direction, but then quickly snapped back into her guard.

She kept her gloves high and fended off the jabs, but was playing catch up when the body shots came. She adjusted a moment too late for each, and took nearly the full brunt of them on her hard abs. She kept pressing forward, and while the knee strike slammed into her side, it lacked its full power.

Taylor was quick to hook an arm around Gabbie's knee and pressed the top of her head against the underside of her chin while hooking a leg around Gabbie's standing leg. She stiff shove was all it took to send her sprawling.

And then Taylor bounced away, grinning and playfully shadowboxing. She planted a gloved hand on her hip and waved to Gabbie with a wink.

"Oh man," Cassie said.

Gabbie was pretty merciless with her punches and while the knee felt good, she could understand what Taylor was trying to do to a degree. That was until her let was grabbed. "Wha.." Before she could even think, Taylor dumped her on her ass and Gabbie quickly scrambled to her hands and knees.

"I thought you came here to be fucking serious!" Gabbie growled at Taylor, hopping up to her feet. She bounced on her heels and stared at Taylor. She took a deep breath and clenched her fists hard in her gloves.

Her hips pivoted as she moved closer. Her guard was up and tight and she tried to work her way close to Taylor. She was a bit bullheaded with her desire to infight, but she wasn't being reckless either. She lead with a snapping kick at Taylor's thigh to try and close and then moved in to throw a fast flurry at Taylor's face to keep her busy defending and off guard.

Taylor responded to Gabbie's rage with only a wink. She was taking this sparring session much more seriously than Gabbie knew, and so far she was holding her own. She was getting hit, and not managing to hit back very much, but she could take the shots and she was patient enough to hang in there and wait for an opening.

When Gabbie entered with another low kick, Taylor stepped back with her lead leg and cleanly pulled it out of harms way. Then she leaned away from Gabbie's lightning fast punches, and used her expeditious footwork to keep out of reach. Her hands were low as she bounced away and circled off, and she could only imagine that her smile was infuriating to Gabbie.

"Oh, Taylor," Cassie said quietly. "She's... Oh, Gabbie." She began to explain it to Nicole, but instead waited to see how this played out.

"Eheh..." Nicole blushed at Cassie's words. "It's ok. Gabbie knows that she's being goaded. She probably doesn't like that Taylor used a wrestling move more than she's bouncing around smiling and winking. If it was a serious match, Gabbie wouldn't let Taylor get to her one bit. I'd say... that Gabbie probably likes Taylor quite a bit. Otherwise, maybe she wouldn't waste the emotion, eh?" Nicole shrugged and put her free hand to her mouth. "C'mon, Gabbers!"

Gabbie bounced after Taylor quickly, not letting Taylor get too far away from her, racing the blonde while she kept her guard firmly up. She had been taking what was given well enough. Gabbie was curious though. She came in for a lightning quick one-two-three aimed at Taylor's guard and then with her lead foot planted swung a hard, fast roundhouse right at Taylor's head.

"Gabbers?! C'mon, Taylor! Woo!" Cassie cheered.

Taylor kept her guard high and kept pace in reverse as Gabbie charged after her. She nimbly deflected the three punches, planted her feet, and began to return with a punch of her own, only for Gabbie's shin to smack her on the side of the head.

"Ungh!"

She stumbled to the side, and then started to regain her balance before her knees wobbled and she dropped onto all fours.

"Shit..." She muttered.
